Brooke was absolutely incredible. She easily became one of our favorite additions to the day. Kept the day organized and on-time, but it didn't feel rushed. On your wedding day everything seems to fly by, but it was such a blessing to know if there was a decision I trusted Brooke to make that on my behalf. It allowed me to sit back and enjoy my morning with the bridal party. My mom (mother of the bride) still talks about how incredible Brooke was and how she was so glad to be able to sit and enjoy the wedding. Brooke truly felt like a close friend, AND knocked it out as a service keeping everything seamless. I highly recommend Brooke and her team with Everlasting Events. My husband and I are such fans!!! I recommend a coordination service to any bride!!! -

I cannot recommend working with Brooke and her team enough and she truly deserves every bit of a 5-star review! I booked her full planning package for my winter wedding, and it was hands down the best decision for my wedding.
From the very beginning, Brooke went above and beyond to support me. I tend to be very indecisive, but she was incredibly patient and offered thoughtful, expert advice that made the decision making easier and stress-free.
On the wedding day itself, Brooke was absolutely incredible. Any complications that came up were handled quickly and seamlessly. Honestly, I didn’t even know about most of them until after the fact because she had everything so under control. That peace of mind is priceless on such an important day.
She also took care of so many small but meaningful details that other planners did not offer. For example, she created all of my menus, place cards and signage as well as had candles, vases, table numbers and several wedding welcome signs/mirrors accessible if needed. For me, getting all of that in one place is so worth it. Her planning portal was another standout feature. It was super organized, easy to use, and kept everything in one place so I always felt on top of things and at peace knowing all of my contracts were easy to find.
What really sets Brooke apart, though, is how she becomes more than just your planner, but an actual BFF during the planning process. Brooke spends so much time getting to know you on a personal level and I guarantee you will not feel like just another bride with her. She was always quick to respond to my questions, incredibly supportive, and someone I truly trusted to help me make the right decisions for my wedding.
If you’re looking for someone who is organized, attentive, creative, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, Brooke with Everlasting Events is the one. I’m so grateful to know her and for everything she did to make my wedding day literally perfect. -

I recently hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son and DIL. The event was in TX and I live in NC. I knew nothing about the area. Brooke was incredible as she helped me identify and eventually choose a venue and vendors. She was instrumental when the venue changed management companies and helped renegotiate the contract just a couple of weeks before the event. She took my vision of what I wanted the evening to look like and helped make it a reality. I could not have pulled this event off without her professionalism, amazing communication and creativity. The evening was exactly what I envisioned and the bride and groom were blown away with the night. I highly recommend hiring brook for any event you may be planning! -

I hired Brooke as a day of coordinator and she did a great job!! She structured my timeline and was always readably avaliable when I needed advice/guidance. Her assistants Taylor and Madison were present day of the wedding and helped the day move along seamlessly and took great care of my husband and I throughout the night! I would highly recommend booking Everlasting Events to help take some of the stress off of wedding planning! -

Exceeded All Expectations!!!
Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! From the moment we started working with Brooke, her attention to detail was amazing. She asked questions we didn’t even think about. She handled everything with professionalism and organized all vendors into an easy spreadsheet for us to work with. On our wedding day, she handled everything so we could just have fun. She told us where to go and what to do and handled all the small details to make sure everything was perfect. Best day of our lives and it was all thanks to Brooke! -

Hiring Brooke as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding (it really felt like working with a close friend). My wife and I had most of the big planning items out of the way, but we knew we wanted someone to come in to take on all the extra things that come up during the 2 months leading up to the wedding (think vendor communications, timeline development, and all the little things you forget about or don't think of when you are that close to the wedding and have a million other things on your mind!) Brooke was there to take on all of that, answer our emails and take our calls, etc. 95% of our guests were from out of town, including our parents, and we wanted to be sure they were truly guests at the wedding and did not have to “work” during this special day.
Brooke and her team were absolutely amazing for our rehearsal and the day of the wedding. We truly felt that we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding completely stress free because we knew Brooke was on it.

Wedding Planner Extraordinaire!
If you're looking for someone with amazing ideas, great contacts (from florists to shuttle buses), organization, hustle and the ability to pull off an amazing wedding ceremony and reception, then you need to hire Brooke Romere as your wedding planner. She planned my niece and my daughter's wedding so I've seen her in action twice. She is at the top of her game. I would hire her again and recommend her in a heartbeat! -

Need to be stress free and simply enjoy wedding planning ? Work with Brooke. I decided I was going to plan my entire wedding, only to realize I just wanted to enjoy the process and could not do it on my own. So I chose to work with Brooke from Everlasting Events and it was the best decision ever. I loved that I could communicate with Brooke at any time, any day.
Being an overseas bride and fulfilling all planning through zoom calls only, did not stopped us from having our dream wedding. We are so thankful!! -

Brooke was the best wedding planner she made my dream wedding happen exactly how I wanted! my centerpiece to my flowers she helped out so much helping me find other vendors. If I was missing anything and made sure I stayed on track with my timeline to get stuff done. Very communicative and responsive so professional! And I texted her any time of day and she still responded. She was more then my planner we were like friends and still are after the fact. She made the day go so smoothly for me even got me and my girls breakfast the morning of my big day! Shes so sweet! She’s the absolute best no one is better then Everlasting Events! My memory of them is everlasting for sure! -

I don’t know what I would have done without Everlasting Events! Brooke was so incredibly helpful and serves others so well. As a hands on bride, Brooke listened to me, helped anytime with recommendations, and even helped calm me down anytime I needed it. I fully trusted her wholeheartedly with my wedding day and do not regret it at all. Brooke is not only professional, but she will be present with you and stand in your corner no matter what (while also being honest and real with you). -

Incredible service and communication - 10/10 Recommend!
We needed someone to help with coordinating the week of our wedding. Not only did Everlasting Events help with coordinating the week of, our rehearsal dinner, and our wedding, but they took so much of the stress and responsibility off of my plate so that way I can enjoy my wedding. Everything went so smooth, and was exactly how I pictured it, and a lot of that was due to their hard work and excellent communication! I highly recommend their services for planning or coordinating!!! -
