Stephanie was everything we could ask for in a wedding partner. Stephanie is an absolute miracle worker! We hired her for our wedding at The Ultimate Skybox in San Diego, driving down from NorCal. She was incredibly organized, handling every tiny detail. We found ourselves in quite a predicament with our original venue about six months out from our wedding (4/12/25) and reached out to Stephanie for help. Little did we know, it would be the single best decision we could have made, irrespective of the challenges we were facing at the time.

My wife and I are planners and tend to be well organized so we got the Day of Coordination package from Events Inspired. Despite coming on board a month before our wedding, Isabella jumped right in and was on top of every detail for our wedding. She was delightful to work with, listened to what was important to us, and made sure all our vendors were in sync on wedding day. She went above and beyond by doing things like scoring our trivia sheets for our guests. Her calm, confident manner was also very helpful to have around in the planning stage as well as on wedding day. My wife and I were able to concentrate on our guests while she and her team took care of everything behind the scenes.
