Great value and service
My wife and I are planners and tend to be well organized so we got the Day of Coordination package from Events Inspired. Despite coming on board a month before our wedding, Isabella jumped right in and was on top of every detail for our wedding. She was delightful to work with, listened to what was important to us, and made sure all our vendors were in sync on wedding day. She went above and beyond by doing things like scoring our trivia sheets for our guests. Her calm, confident manner was also very helpful to have around in the planning stage as well as on wedding day. My wife and I were able to concentrate on our guests while she and her team took care of everything behind the scenes. We appreciated that she was also honest with us about the best way to implement our ideas while still being flexible to our unique way of doing things. I would strongly recommend Events Inspired!

Stephanie is the best!
I cannot say enough nice things about Stephanie VandenBerg from EventsInspired! She made our entire wedding experience, from start to finish, so seamless and stress-free.
She was very knowledgeable in regard to helping us choose our food, rentals, band, etc. and kept everything simple and organized. She perfectly played the line of being easy-going and opinionated when it mattered.
Thank you so much Stephanie for helping us organize such a special wedding. We will be recommending you to anyone getting married in the San Diego area! We couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.

one of the best wedding coordinators in town
Julia was great to work with! She was very attentive and helped my job as the DJ/Emcee run smooth throughout the wedding. The newly wed's vision came together with the her awesome coordinating skills and logistics with all the vendors. I highly recommend her and team as one of the best wedding coordinators in town!
Julia and the team over at Events Inspired are always a joy to work with. They are so incredibly organized and make our lives so much easier. We always look forward to working with them! If you're after a great coordination "team", you'll find it with them!!
