We cannot recommend Nicole highly enough! She coordinated my sister Catherine's wedding, and from every guest in attendance, we want to express our profound gratitude for the absolutely incredible job she did.
From the planning stages through the wedding day itself, Nicole was simply outstanding. Her patience in answering every single one of our questions—no matter how detailed—was remarkable, and her knowledge gave us complete confidence throughout the process. She was incredibly responsive to our texts, proactive in checking in with us, and always easy to find when we needed her. Her communication before the event was exceptional—sending schedules, updates, reminders, and positive vibe texts throughout the day that were beyond helpful! I never felt like I was annoying her, even when I'm sure I was!

Stephanie was everything we could ask for in a wedding partner. Her communication throughout the entire year was something we came to deeply appreciate.

Best wedding planner ever!

Stephanie with Events Inspired SD was absolutely amazing! I could not imagine having anyone else as my wedding planner. She was extremely flexible, knowledgeable, and organized. Almost every vendor I worked with for my wedding discussed how nice it was to have such an organized wedding planner. The day went absolutely perfect because of her and I cannot recommend their company enough! She truly removed any stress during my wedding day and took care of every little detail!

Amazing!

Stephanie and the Events Inspired team are amazing! We used them for day of wedding coordination. Stephanie ensured all of vendor contracts were correct, and handled all of the communication with vendors 1 month out!

She was so helpful and kept me at peace and calm leading up to, and on the big day! She is above and beyond, even with last minute changes everything went completely smooth!
I was able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing my wedding was in GREAT hands.

Just hire them immediately!!!

If you are considering hiring Events Inspired, let this be your sign to do it — immediately! We found ourselves in quite a predicament with our original venue about six months out from our wedding (4/12/25) and reached out to Stephanie for help. Little did we know, it would be the single best decision we could have made, irrespective of the challenges we were facing at the time.

Stephanie was everything you could hope for in a planner: prompt, attentive, organized, endlessly kind, and truly invested in making our day special. She navigated every twist and turn with grace and genuine care, making us feel supported and taken care of through every moment. She also works with the best vendors in the biz—we were blown away with how it all came together. If things went wrong on the day of, we had no idea. And any time we would think “let’s ask Stephanie,” she would magically show up and be by our sides. I don’t know how she does it, but she does!!

And as someone who works in the events industry, I can confidently say the only thing I would change about our wedding and planning process is hiring her from the very start. That’s a big statement — and I mean every word.

There truly aren’t enough kind things in the world to say about Stephanie and the entire team at Events Inspired. We are forever grateful to her and will be lifelong fans of this incredible company. I never understood why brides would say, “I am literally crying as I type this,” but now I do!!! Stephanie, thank you for everything. Great value and service

My wife and I are planners and tend to be well organized so we got the Day of Coordination package from Events Inspired. Despite coming on board a month before our wedding, Isabella jumped right in and was on top of every detail for our wedding. She was delightful to work with, listened to what was important to us, and made sure all our vendors were in sync on wedding day. She went above and beyond by doing things like scoring our trivia sheets for our guests. Her calm, confident manner was also very helpful to have around in the planning stage as well as on wedding day. My wife and I were able to concentrate on our guests while she and her team took care of everything behind the scenes. We appreciated that she was also honest with us about the best way to implement our ideas while still being flexible to our unique way of doing things. I would strongly recommend Events Inspired!

Day Of Assistant

I am so thrilled that Stephanie and Isabella (our wedding coordinators) recommended that we use a “Day Of” assistant. From the moment Nicole walked in our front door, she brought a sense of calm and structure to what could have been a chaotic day. With her charming demeanor, she kept everyone, including us, relaxed. Absolutely Magical

My fiancé, mom and I recently had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Vandenberg and Isabella Nunez at Inspired Events for my dream wedding, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made! We knew that we wanted a “moving style” reception instead of a traditional sit-down dinner reception, following our traditional church ceremony. But, we didn’t know how to pull it off, especially since the majority of our 170 guests had never been to anything but a traditional seated dinner reception. On our first meeting with Stephanie and Isabella they were ALL IN, and helped us create a plan for the evening that was the reception of our dreams! From advance communication to all of our guests, signage at the venue, and the actual planning of the space and timing of events, their creativity, diligence and experience were exactly what we needed. Our reception truly was the reception of our dreams….and we are all still talking about how much FUN we had, and so did all of our guests!

The best decision we made!

We were referred to Stephanie at Events Inspired by a friend who previously used her for their wedding. We originally were only looking for a day of coordinator and Stephanie informed me that for our venue (Scripps Seaside Forum) she only does month of coordination given it is a blank canvas venue and everything is contracted out separately.

We decided to go with Stephanie for the month of coordination and it was the best decision we made through this whole planning process.
Stephanie and her assistant Isabella were immediately able to identify cost savings in all our contracts and manage those leading up to the wedding. They also took over all communication between vendors and kept us in the loop with everything which took a tremendous amount of stress and time off our plates.

The day of our wedding went as smoothly as we could of both hoped for because of Stephanie's expertise. She was personable, realistic, and attentive to detail. Manny of my family members gave us compliments on how well our coordinator managed the event.

You never realize how much goes into everything, especially in the weeks leading up to the wedding and we highly recommend using Stephanie and her team at Events Inspired for planning your special day.

Not hiring the Events Inspired team for your wedding would be a huge mistake.

Words cannot explain how grateful I am that we hired the Events Inspired team to help us with our wedding. Stephanie is an absolute gem of a human being and a coordinating rockstar. I am an incredibly Type-A personality and have issues giving up control but I was able to fully trust Stephanie quite quickly. Our wedding would not have been the amazing day it was without Stephanie and Isabella working so hard. Everything was perfect, and I do not say that lightly. Even with all of my research and ideas for the wedding Stephanie had so much helpful expertise that I had never considered. If I needed to make a last minute adjustment she made things flow like we had talked about it on day one. I was incredibly impressed and she was able to bring my vision (and Pinterest board) to life. Everything was beautiful and went so smoothly. She helped us prioritze private moments which was really important to us, but in a way that didn’t make guests feel like we were missing from the day. Stephanie became a huge support system for me in the months leading up to the wedding and her kindness meant (and still means) the absolute world to me. Tropical party perfection

Stephanie and Isabella were an absolute joy to work with. We had plans for a somewhat nontraditional wedding, and Stephanie really listened to what we wanted and what was important to us. We ended up changing not only our venue, but our entire destination in the middle of the planning process, and she was not only accommodating but enthusiastic about doing whatever she could to make our dreams come true. It felt like working together with a close friend to create a magical experience.

The organization and level of detail was flawless. Monthly checklists kept us on task and ahead of the game leading up to the wedding. We always knew what we were supposed to be working on, and felt fully prepared by the time we got on the plane for our destination.

The day of the wedding was so seamless and smooth. We didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying ourselves with our family and friends. The entire weekend was sheer perfection - we can honestly say it was the best experience of our lives. Thank you SO much to Stephanie and Isabella!!

Fabulous Event Planner

Thankful and so Lucky!

I don’t really know where to begin on how lucky I was to get my day coordinator. It really was fate that pick Rachael for my wedding. I found event inspired on theknot.com, what I really loved about this team was that it was owned by women! I did some research on their website and really thought they were a fit for me and what I needed. I was able to schedule a meeting with Stephanie who asked me questions about my big day, once the first meeting happens she’s able to place me with a coordinator that really fits my needs and what I was looking for. I can’t thank her enough for placing me with such an amazing coordinator! Since I got a day coordinator I was able to meet Rachael closer to my wedding date which was two weeks prior on a FaceTime call. We immediately clicked! She really knew exactly what I wanted and provided me all the feedback that I needed to know for the big day! Rachael really helped smooth over all the worries I had prior to the wedding and made sure that all the gaps that were missing would be closed by my wedding day. Rachael was professional, attentive, and most of all caring. I knew she loved what she was doing even after talking to her for an hour! My wedding was at a naval base, a few weeks before my wedding the venue told us all of the guest needed to fill out forms to enter the base. This was the most stressful part about my wedding because on short notice not all of my guest filled out the form, so they needed service members to escort them in. Rachael was in contact with one of our friends to escort our friends and family in the ENTIRE evening so that all my guest were there. She constantly told me that everything will be ok and I should never stress on my wedding day and just to enjoy my moment. I’ll never forget that, that really meant a lot to me and it also made me realize how she much I trusted her and her work. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for anyone else. I am so lucky to have had her be my coordinator. If you’re looking for someone who is great at organization, detail, and going over and beyond, Rachael is your go to! 10/10 recommended!!!

Beyond Satisfied

Wow, Events Inspired was everything our wedding needed. I'm definitely a budget-minded bride, but I didn't want our money spent on our wedding go to waste due to the lack of logistics. My husband and I got married at a strict venue with a unique layout and a guest count that made it a tight fit -- hiring Julia and her team made the wedding smooth and the best day of our lives. As someone who has a tendency to want to control everything I am so glad that I hired Events Inspired. Our vendors reported high satisfaction with communication, our guests had a wonderful time, and I really did feel like it was the absolute most perfect day. Month of planning thats more than worth it!!

I had locked in most of my vendors and made most of the big decisions ahead of looking for a planner, so I decided to just go with Month of planning. I considered doing just day of, but I am SO glad that I did NOT do that. Month of is worth it, Events Inspired basically takes everything off your plate that you can just enjoy the time leading up to your wedding and focus on other things that are more important than timeline, logistics and vendor communication. Amber was absolutely amazing, she was incredibly responsive leading up to the wedding and was super helpful in making recommendations for us along the way. Day of, they wedding truly could not have gone better and I truly attribute it to Amber putting together the most perfect timeline for our day and communicating so well with all of our vendors. Events Inspired knows how to do weddings and how to do them well, I would 100% recommend!!

We Could Not Recommend Events Inspired More!

We got married at the University Club in San Diego on February 19, 2022. We were introduced to Events Inspired by the U-Club and I believe we had some services included in the package. My now husband and I talked about expanding the service from Events Inspired to include full planning. Just for background: I am not a woman who has had her wedding planned since she was a little girl and had no idea what I wanted. My husband and I have incredibly busy jobs and were wondering how to fit wedding planning in. It genuinely caused me so much anxiety. Then we met Stephanie from Events Inspired. From the introduction meeting, she put us at ease with her sweet nature and calming presence. We knew from then we had to expand our package to full planning. However, we appreciated the flexibility Stephanie offered. For example, although we wanted full planning, we wanted to manage our own budget and expenditure tracking. That was absolutely fine and we were able to tailor the service to our needs.

Every meeting with Stephanie was a breeze. She turned my wishy-washy vision (
"What flowers do you have in mind?" "I don't know... like... colorful ones?") into something tangible and I got so emotional when she sent me her design boards. It also seemed like she knew the perfect vendor for all our needs and she handled all the negotiations and paperwork. All we had to do was sign and pay. That made such a huge difference to us throughout the process because it meant we did not have to invest multiple hours a week with vendor back and forths. Stephanie was always responsive to even my most minor questions. Where I think Events Inspired offer the best value though is in the run up to the wedding. That was such a busy time and I don't know how I would have coped with having to finalize a timeline and contact each and every vendor to make sure they knew what they were doing on top of entertaining family and doing the other last minute stuff. We didn't have to worry, Stephanie handled it like a boss and I can't tell you what a difference that made to us in the days before the wedding.

On the day, Stephanie and her assistant coordinated everything. There was not a single thing for us to worry about and they made it beyond perfect. It truly was beautiful and I can't thank them enough.

To anyone considering Events Inspired - do it. You will not be disappointed and the peace of mind and calmness they bring to what is a crazy time is absolutely priceless. Shout out to EI's other co-owner, Julia, too! She, like Stephanie, is incredibly sweet and amazing at what she does. Thanks for keeping Joe on track!

Fantastic expert to assist with things we didn't know we needed

Julia at Events Inspired was fantastic to work with, and played a huge role in making our wedding as successful and smooth as it was. She was an expert on all the aspects of a wedding that we didn't know we needed to handle, and had great advice and suggestions for things we weren't sure of. We weren't sure we needed a planner, but I can't imagine trying to sort through this many details without an expert's help.

What Wedding Stress?

I expected to be SO stressed leading up to and even on my wedding day, but thanks to Stephanie and her team, I wasn't stressed at all! Our meetings leading up to the big day left me feeling completely confident that they would make my vision come to life, leaving my nothing to worry about. And wow, did they ever deliver! Simply the Best!

We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie at Events Inspired and were recommended to Events Inspired by close friends! We could not be more thrilled with our decision and our wedding went off without a hitch! Working with Stephanie was very valuable for many reasons but to highlight a few:
-Stephanie walked us through postponing our wedding due to COVID and how to address all vendors and guests
-Stephanie created the entire layout for where tables, food, dance floor, etc should go! We flipped the space from ceremony to reception and she created the perfect layout for both!
-Advised us on necessary rentals, how many tables, etc we would need.
-Attended the Rehearsal and made everyone confident in knowing their roles during the ceremony
-Created the entire Day Of Timeline and made sure everyone involved (including vendors!) were where they needed to be at the set time!
-Created peace of mind during the entire process & kept me fed the day of!
Stephanie is truly a bundle of sunshine and is an expert at her profession. As a bride, I was so relaxed the day of and didn’t have to worry about anything besides having fun! Julia is amazing and so professional. We could not have survived without her in our corner. Julia is the BEST!!!

Our wedding was a total success and it was all thanks to Julia with Events Inspired! She knew all the details and thought of everything to make sure our wedding went perfectly. She is so nice and totally put me at ease during every step of the wedding planning process. The best decision I made for our wedding was hiring Julia and I am beyond thankful for everything she did. She handled every detail so perfectly, down to the smallest details! I stepped on and tore my dress a bit during our grand entrance and she even had a sewing kit ready to go to help fix me back up before our first dance. Julia Bagunu @ Events Inspired made the difference!

Having had Julia Bagunu as our wedding planner, for sure, sealed our special day. Initially Rose and I didn’t think we wanted a wedding planner, but we could not have been more wrong. The depth and extent of the details necessary to pull off a wedding that runs seamlessly and has all the special touches, does not happen by chance.

Julia provided us with professional timelines, followed through, and communicated with a well-received rapport on our behalf. The vendors she recommended were equally as impressive and added to our entire experience. She was calm, organized, and assured. She kept us on track and was willing to meet us at our convenience. She literally thought of everything and took over the reigns in a way that freed us up, both during the planning stage, but most importantly on the day of our wedding. She truly made it our day to enjoy. Even during a difficult family loss Julia experienced leading up to our wedding, she did not skip a beat and was a consummate professional. My sister-in-law called us the day after and asked us, “If you had to the wedding over again, would you?” Our answer was a resounding…absolutely!! The venue was beautiful and we attribute the fond sentiments of our guests, family, and our own experience, largely due to Julia’s role in getting it going and seeing it through to the very end. We recommend Julia Bagunu with the highest regard.

Incredible support system

Nicole was completely incredible. She brought us such peace of mind and ensured that our chaotic day went as smoothly as possible. She produced a detailed day-of timeline that we then collaborated on via Google Docs / dozens of comments/questions from us. She clearly communicated expectations with vendors; we arrived at 2:00pm for our 4:00pm ceremony, and everything was ready and perfect. She offered valuable advice on small details we overlooked, and shared constructive feedback in a kind, compassionate, solution-focused manner. She was an angel on our side and we’re so grateful!

Wonderful Experience!

Amber was our coordinator for our wedding at Feast and Fareway on Coronado on Oct 2nd, 2021. My wife is fairly type A and had a majority of the wedding planned but we knew a wedding planner was a MUST HAVE. I had the privilege of working with Stephanie from Events Inspired twice - once as a bridesmaid and again as a bride! After witnessing her in action in my friends wedding, I knew I wanted her to be a part of ours. We hired her for day of coordination and the moment she stepped in, I finally felt relief! You would be lucky to have them...

I found these ladies in the HEIGHT of the pandemic, and they were the only event coordinators who I knew, were keeping up with changes from the state and local government, and helped me create a "plan B" just in case. We fortunately did not have any problems, and Julia and her team of assistants delivered more on my wedding day, then I ever expected. Everyone in my wedding party and family were beyond impressed, at how seamlessly Julia handled the day. Honestly, don't look for anyone else, and the price was perfect!

Best investment of the whole wedding

I was on the fence about whether to invest in hiring a wedding planner/coordinator, thinking that I could figure it out myself. Boy am I glad I found Julia and the Events Inspired team - I had no idea how much goes into making a wedding happen. Now I realize that this was one of the best investments I have ever made! Best Coordinators Ever- great detail!

I don’t know where to start with this review because I feel like I am not able to get the words out well enough to explain how truly greatful I am for Julia and Stephanie. I’m going to start off by saying I am a planner type personality. As soon as I got engaged I knew I needed at least a year to plan the wedding, I gave myself 16 months. Upon my first meeting with Julia she handed me a budget worksheet, a timeline check list and a folder with organized contacts and a cute notebook. I honestly thought I walked into the meeting already prepared with my lists from several apps, but little did I know that check list was going to be everything. I started out meeting once every month or so and trying to stay a month or two ahead of my check list... well life happened and I was super thankful that I had follow up meetings with Julia to keep me on track and help answer any questions I had. Their wealth of knowledge on all things wedding was more than any google search could have helped me. When it came time to packing up items for the big day Julia suggested color coding items with labels on the outside to make things quicker during set up (something I never would have thought of). Stephanie assisted on the day of and for the rehearsal and it was very easy to go over everything with her. Honestly on my wedding day I showed up without a worry in the world since I knew I was in great hands. And to be honest it was more perfect than I imagined and it was all thanks to these two. The day was amazing and I received so many complements from the venue (an EI suggestion), the decor (all set up by EI) and the atmosphere (all possible because of these girls and their team).

Events Inspired is why my wedding felt perfect!

Highly Recommend! I am not sure I would have made it down the isle with a smile on my face without the help of Stephanie and her team from Events Inspired. We chose a 'blank canvas' venue (Scripps Seaside Forum in La Jolla) which required a lot of coordination between all the vendors, and Stephanie made the process seamless and enjoyable! She was the first one at the venue the day of the wedding, she set up, she met us at our getting ready rooms for last minute details, and was the last to leave the venue to make sure everthing was packed up and spotless. When we first hired Stephanie we received a package including a preferred vendor list and music & ceremony teamples. Many of our vendors were from the preferred vendor list, and we loved them all. Stephanie reviewed all our vendor contracts & helped with any questions we had. I can vouch that wedding planning can be very overwhelming, and having an expert like Stephanie is a game changer. We did not have to worry about anything, Stephanie even had drinks and passed apps waiting for us after photos. I can't say enough about Events Inspired. The cost is well worth the seamless day you will have!

Amazing Day of Coordinators!

We hired Events Inspired to take care of our Day-of Coordination, to help our day run smoothly so we didn't have anything to worry about on our wedding day. We didn't have a single thing to worry about on our wedding day! Julia was amazing to work with and took care of absolutely EVERYTHING for us. We met with her a few weeks before our wedding day, went over the details and timeline, and walked through the day and expectations with her. She stayed in constant contact with us in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding day, and Julia took care of everything for us during that time. From the moment she showed up on our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a single thing! My groom and I got to enjoy every single moment of our day, and Julia took away all the worry, so we could relax and have fun! She took care of every little thing for us, and managed everything after the wedding, so we could go out and enjoy the rest of our night. Amazing and Organized

I was working with Events Inspired and one of the co owners, Stephanie. She is incredibly sweet, understanding and very organized. Our wedding was cancelled due to the corona virus and she completely understood the pain and heart break that we were feeling. She worked with us and a friend of mine, whose wedding was also cancelled, to make sure everything was taken care of and contacted vendors. You would be surprised how many vendors are not willing to help and how rude they can be. You will not be disappointed if you use Events Inspired for your wedding! I have no doubt that our day would have been amazing and run smoothly. And the added bonus, they are great people!

Leap Day Wedding

We hired Events Inspired to be our “month of” coordinator and worked directly with Stephanie in the lead up to our big day. She was a great help preparing for our wedding, but was absolutely essential on the day of.

Stephanie had clearly seen everything in her substantial experience running weddings, from wrangling vendors to navigating last minute family drama. We were pretty organized going into this, but she asked questions and pointed out finer points that took us by surprise. With all the details to keep track of, I don’t think we could have had such a success without someone like her to guide us through all the points of ceremony and to make sure everything went smoothly. Having her there meant we could focus on the incredible moments and memories we made there.

If you are on the fence about whether to hire a coordinator, we would strongly encourage you to do so - even if you’re the organized type. Stephanie was warm, compassionate, and fully prepared for handling the details behind the scenes. This was some of the best money we invested in our wedding and we are continually grateful to have had her help.

Invaluable level of service

Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more thanks to Stephanie at Events Inspired. Stephanie was able to make the planning process way less daunting by putting us in contact with talented and professional vendors, who we genuinely enjoyed working with. She provided great tips on how to maximize our budget with ideas that I would never have thought of. Also, it's so easy to be overwhelmed by Pinterest, blogs and ideas from your friends' weddings -- Stephanie helped me figure out a clear theme and direction for the wedding in general. The decor detail planning process with her was so much fun! The time that Stephanie spent behind-the-scenes working with our venue and the other vendors, coordinating logistics and double-checking all the details with our best interest in mind, was invaluable. Professional & easy to work with!

If I could give Julia and her team more than 5 stars I would. That's how valuable of a service they provide. I hired Julia for the "month of" package and it was seriously the best investment. Julia is a total professional and super easy to work with. Julia keeps calm, which kept me calm. She is able to be firm when necessary to make sure everything goes according to plan but she is always respectful in her dealings with her clients and all vendors. I had full faith in her ability and I knew she always had my best interest at heart.

I'm in project management for my career so I was curious just how much help I would need. But Julia's insight and experience proved to be absolutely invaluable. There were a lot of moving parts for my formal wedding - very specific furniture and lighting plans, multiple music changes from musician to dj etc., and very detailed timelines that were pretty tight - I was demanding a lot from everyone involved that they would be on their A game to make it happen. There is close to no one I would trust to manage all of these moving pieces - except Julia! She was on it all from the first meeting til the end of the after party on the big day, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the evening with my husband, family and friends.

Frankly, they should be charging double for their services - they truly go above and beyond and add that much value to the planning process and big day. Julia is the absolute best person to have on your team, I can not recommend Events Inspired highly enough!

A Calming Miracle Worker aka Wedding Coordinator YOU NEED TO HIRE

Where to even begin except to say: YOU NEED TO HIRE EVENTS INSPIREDD! Julia was our day of coordinator and we couldn’t have imagined needing her so much not just physically to help set things up, but also emotionally! As a bride, it is so reassuring to know that you have someone who has all eyes on the entire event (including your groom, family and friends!). And as a grooms you want someone who can keep your bride calm and happy—going through the wedding planning process there are so many emotions that arise for each couple. For us it was that my (the Bride) mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I felt it was extremely important to have a coordinator who would be understanding, compassionate and extra attentive to my family's emotional needs on the day. Julia did this beautifully allowing each of us to have a our special moments and making sure we had tissues available .In addition to being a great source of calm for us, Julia was also extremely detailed and throughout the planning process. She helped us create a seamless timeline (which our other vendors raved about!) which kept the event running beautiful start to finish. She went so above and beyond that when my groom and I snuck off the dance floor for a quick bathroom break we saw her calmly walking our guest’s puppy in the background without even being asked!!!!! Lastly, our coordinator is one of the last people who you walk down the aisle with and you want to be reassured you have a positive connection to send you off into married life. We could not have imagined someone better suited for this important role then her. So bottom line is BOOK EVENTS INSPIRED! You will be sooo happy you did!

Julia is amazing!

I can with 100% certainty say that the BEST DECISION I made for our wedding was having Julia as our coordinator! From our first inquiry to see her availability I knew she was the perfect coordinator because she was personable, prompt and made me feel at ease right off the bat! I began meeting with Julia 2 months prior to our wedding and there is no way I could have done any of the planning without her- honestly wish I had her from the day after we got engaged! She is the perfect balance of being personable/fun/exciting girly talk with wedding planning, but then also kept me on track, was fully reliable, quick to action, and extremely organized. There is so much that goes into planning a wedding and Julia took so much work off my plate and made any involvement on my end as easy as possible- she is seriously a rockstar! I always looked forward to our meetings because she is such a great person and always made me feel so much more excited for the big day! Above all, Julia went way above and beyond for our wedding, specifically with my Mom’s decorating visions haha. My Mom is so sweet and thoughtful and fully decorated every little detail for our wedding. The décor was breathtaking, but my worry was always that my Mom would be stressed/not able to enjoy the day because of her wanting to make everything look perfect. Julia and her team were so accommodating and assured us that everything would be taken care of- and it all looked absolutely AMAZING! Every little detail was exactly how my Mom and I had envisioned it, and Julia went way above and beyond, which was so extremely nice of her. I know there were times we were probably way more than she bargained for haha, but she always made us feel at ease and was so beyond sweet throughout the entire planning process. My Mom and I seriously could not have done it without her! The wedding day was executed perfectly, and not a single thing went wrong- it was perfection. I am typically known as a very stressed out person, and my bridesmaids/parents/now husband were shocked at how calm I was leading up to the rehearsal, at the rehearsal dinner and getting ready. They all were almost weirded out haha, but the reason I was so calm and was able to enjoy is because I knew Julia had everything taken care of and was going to make it the most perfect day, and she 1,000% did! My wedding was everything I could have ever asked for, and it is all thanks to Julia and her efforts and being an amazing coordinator! And even though planning is done, I have already told her we need to grab drinks and reminisce on the day! 😊 THANK YOU JULIA!!!!!!

We initially worked with Stephanie and even observed her and her assistants setting up for another wedding months before ours at the same venue. Julia is the best-- so happy!

Julia is a goddamn QUEEN.
I was origninally talking with another company and was ready to book when I sadly found out that the coordinator was moving, leaving me with only a recommendation from her to Events Inspired.

Bridal. Freakout.

But after talking with Julia the first time, I was put completely at ease. She was not only incredibly diligent, she whipped us all into shape at the rehearsal, made sure that the timeline was perfect, all with a beautiful smile and happy soul.

I once heard the best present you can get a bride to be is an awesome coordinator. I really don't think our day would have happened without her.

Wedding atop Symphony Towers

Events Inspired was recommended by my wedding venue since they were the most knowledgable of my venue (University Club atop Symphony Towers in San Diego, CA). I made a great choice! I only needed a coordinator for "Day Of" as I did all the other planning and vendor contracting on my own. We met with Stephanie a month prior to our event to get the whole timeline organized, and then we saw her again at rehearsal, where I handed off all the materials for her to handle. When we showed up to our wedding, the scene was spectacular. Stephanie and her assistant created our vision into a reality. The night flowed smoothly, and if there were problems happening behind the scenes, Stephanie didn't let on. All our guests were happy and impressed, and so are we!

Zero regrets with Events Inspired

Stephanie helped us with our month of coordination and she was a rockstar! Prior to our first meeting, I had some what of an idea of which vendors I wanted to use but everything was a bit unorganized in terms of counts and scope of services, etc... my husband and I both have insane work schedules and planning these large events is not our area of expertise and we were so glad that we had Stephanie to guide us through everything! She made me feel so much better after we met and seriously took the reigns and made sure all the contracts, payment, timelines, and details were in order. She worked with several of our vendors before and all of them were happy to hear that she was part of the team. The event went so smoothly and she was so attentive. We even threw in a couple last minute curve balls and she didn’t even flinch! (I.e “Type A” aunts with their own opinions and demands, adding a grandmother/son dance out of nowhere) She definitely knows what she’s doing and we were so relieved to find someone like her for our big day!

Stephanie is a pro. I can't imagine our day going any smoother. We were in a unique position where we had most of our vendors when we sought out the help of Events Inspired, but Stephanie filled in the blanks with a few awesome recommendations and kept us on track in ways we didn't even think of. Events Inspired is the best

I was fortunate to learn last minute about a bridal fair at a possible venue location. There, I met Stephanie from Events Inspired and I'm so glad I did! Stephanie was warm, informative, and gave me a sense of calmness that is essential with wedding planning. Needless to say, we booked her to be our wedding planner. And, I could not be happier with the results! Stephanie is professional, yet keeps it fun. There were a lot of lol's at our meetings that made the planning less stressful. She kept us on schedule without making us feel rushed. She also never made us feel obligated to choose from their list of preferred vendors. Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Julia was the absolute best. We had a pretty small wedding (15 people), and I still felt overwhelmed at first. We created a custom package for our wedding, and it worked perfectly. Our reception venue (The University Club atop Symphony Towers) recommended Events Inspired as their preferred coordination vendor. We worked with Julia for our day of coordination. From the initial phone call with Julia, she was very attentive and accommodating in customizing our day of coordination contract. Since our wedding ceremony had an onsite ceremony coordinator, Julia offered to remove this fee from the day of coordination contract, which was an awesome savings! We met with Julia three weeks before our wedding to review our reception timeline and immediately felt at ease and knew we would be well taken care of. Julia walked us through our timeline in detail and made suggestions to ensure a seamless transition throughout the evening. She went above and beyond in joining us at our venue's final walkthrough and was of tremendous help in guiding us through the meeting. She also helped us secure the ivory linens we wanted as the venue had discontinued them. Up to the day of, we communicated via email mostly and she was always very quick to respond. We decided last minute that we wanted a photo booth and she immediately contacted a vendor she had previously worked with and let us know they were available on our date. She contacted our hair and make up vendor and secured an earlier start time and the vendor added a second hairstylist to ensure that the bridal party would be ready by our ceremony departure time. The day of our reception Julia flawlessly executed our timeline and allowed us to be present and be 'guests' at our own wedding. We cannot thank Julia enough for her professionalism and dedication in ensuring we had the best day ever.

Our wedding was such a fun celebration and went off without a hitch, thanks in large part to Julia's organization, timeline, and coordination. She was a calming presence during the planning process and the day-of logistics were spot on! We can't thank Julia and Events Inspired enough for making our special day perfect. Highly recommend them to any couple!

We used Events Inspired for our May wedding at the Catamaran Resort and it was the best decision we could have made!!! Julia was our coordinator but her partner, Stephanie was also there on our wedding day and both were fabulous. We planned our whole wedding with 165 guests in only 5 months. In the beginning, I was completely overwhelmed. I knew I needed a good coordinator to pull it off and I interviewed 7 of them. SOOO glad I chose Events Inspired! Julia is so calm and in control and it helped me relax through the whole process. She really listened to what WE wanted and never tried to force her opinions on us...she understood what our vision was but would also tell me if she thought there was a better way to do something.

We chose the "month-of" package but also paid by the hour to have Julia come to our tasting at the Catamaran (b/c it occurred so early). SOO worth it! There are so many decisions that you have to make (how do you want the napkins folded, what size table for the photo booth, etc) that I have no clue about and having Julia there allowed us to just relax and enjoy our tasting. As we got closer to the wedding, Julia took over the coordination with all of our vendors and she helped me think of all the little details that I would have missed.

Our wedding day went off without a single hitch and I give all the credit to Events Inspired! The whole day was coordinated perfectly, all of our vendors were exactly where they needed to be, all of the personal effects and decorative items were set up exactly as we wanted them and the families/wedding party knew exactly what was expected of them. Julia helped us set up a timeline that allowed plenty of wiggle room so we never had to rush. The best part was, I NEVER felt any stress and really got to enjoy my day. Even when I realized I forgot my veil right before the wedding, Julia stayed calm, found a key to the room it was in, ran to get it and put it in my hair herself. Julia is the BEST!

Amazing and professional come to mind about working with Julia Bagunu and her team at Events inspired. Throughout the planning process, Julia was attentive, organized and responsive. Which was important as parents of the bride we lived out of town from the event venue, This was important as Julia alleviated any additional stress leading up to the wedding. She took away all the worries and kept us from feeling overwhelmed. Julia was in total command and kept us informed, Julia also worked closely with all the vendors. She kept them on task and aware of the venue requirements. And on our rehearsal day Julia made sure we all knew our roles including working hand in hand with the venue to ensure the ceremony and all events went off as planned.

On the wedding day
Since we had smooth sailing through all the planning, There was absolutely nothing to stress or be concerned about. While we hosted the reception we enjoyed our daughter and son in law’s special day as much if not more than our guests.
We truly believe be the day was magical and so beautifully perfect due to Julia. We are so grateful for julia’s expertise and the pride she takes in providing her clients with top notch service.
We highly recommend Julia and her team to help you plan a fabulous wedding day!

Julia from Events Inspired was our secret weapon! She was not only a calming influence with a great personality, but a very knowledgeable and organized professional! She worked with my daughter and me to plan a destination wedding in San Diego by having online meetings (since we are each in a different city), providing timelines, suggestions and generally being a sounding board. We honestly could NOT have done it without her. She was great with all our vendors. The weekend of the wedding she was a godsend. We had a lot of moving parts – and she kept them all moving right along, seamlessly. The ONLY advice I would offer to anyone is …… hire Julia at the very beginning & never look back!!

I have two words for you: HIRE THEM!!! I was one of those brides who thought I didn't need a wedding planner, I am organized and figured I could get everything together and then ask a friend to be a point person for the big day. I quickly realized that I needed not only help but guidance and ideas! From the start I was impressed with both Julia and Stephanie. Julia was our wedding planner and was the best vendor that we hired! She was helpful, guided me in where to spend money and where to save, helped our vision come alive and was so easy to work with! Many people say that wedding planning is stressful, we did not have that experience at all! Julia and I would meet, she would help me with a list of things to accomplish, I would get them done and we would meet again. This process was seamless and made our special day perfect! I HIGHLY recommend working with this team! They are professional, full of integrity, easy to get along with, and fun to be with you! You wont be disappointed!

Stephanie at Events Inspired exceeded our expectations in every way! The in-person meeting a few weeks ahead of the wedding gave us complete peace of mind that Stephanie had thought through and prepped for any surprises. She let us talk through our ideas and then offered us the expert suggestions, which we thankfully were smart enough to adopt! The day-of coordinate was not easy as our wedding party and guests were a little wild - but Stephanie kept everyone in line, as much as any human could have! THANK YOU!!

We just got hitched June 24th at the Bahia and Julia was our day of coordinator. She was awesome and we highly recommend her, she did a fantastic job on making sure things happened and kept us organized. Thank you Julia!
