I cannot say enough about Callan! You need to hire her to coordinate your wedding!! I am an incredibly detailed, organized person so I was able to plan the big things myself but adding Callan as a day-of coordinator was a life saver. She provides templates to use that made it much easier to plan and track and also made me think about things I hadn’t considered yet.

On the day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly and was set up beautifully. My husband and I always had a drink or water in our hands if we wanted and she made sure we had the best time and could do focus on the fun! My dress didn’t bustle like it should have so Callan and my mom did a quick stitch on my dress to make it work. Callan was great at keeping everything low stress for me!

Callan was so wonderful to work with! She took so much weight off of my shoulders while planning. We hired her for day-of coordination, but she was soo helpful the whole month leading up to the wedding. She met me at the venue and helped me plan out where to put all the tables, etc. She truly handled everything on the wedding day and I had so much peace knowing that all of my hard work was over. I could relax and truly enjoy the whole day knowing that Callan had all the timeline and details, etc. under control. I would highly recommend everyone hiring a day-of coordinator!

As a BBQ caterer we work with a lot of wedding coordinators. Callan attention to detail was perfect! When wedding count jumped from 200 to 300 the week leading up to the wedding, we had to work on a different catering set up to ensure efficient serving. She was easy to work with to coordinate a new set up! Strongly recommend hiring her for your event!!!

Callan was the best coordinator we could have asked for! We hired her for day of services. She was on top of everything the day of, from supervising setup/breakdown and vendors, to maneuvering our guests to the reception area, to calmly keeping all aspects of the wedding and reception on time and on track. She even pitched in with our music, which went off without a hitch! Weddings are hectic (obviously), but we knew that we were in good hands with Callan. She made the day so much calmer with her enthusiasm and organization. Highly recommended!
