I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From the very beginning of the planning process through the wedding weekend itself, communicating with Kelly and Cassidy was efficient and joyful. They went above and beyond for us, and it showed at every turn. They created a wedding weekend unlike anything else, and it exceeded every expectation. I cannot recommend planning with EOTS enough! They are INCREDIBLY attentive to detail, wildly creative in an authentic-to-the-client kind of way, and make you feel like you are their #1 priority. They take intentional care for their clients and meet every request (and more!). I got married a week and a half ago and am experiencing wedding weekend withdrawals as I reflect on all the beauty that Kelly and Cassidy helped bring to life. Kelly and Cassidy were absolutely AMAZING to work with. Although we only opted for their month-of coordination service, I felt so at ease as we got closer to the wedding knowing they were in charge. Both were very organized, easy to work with, and always quick to respond to my emails. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Cassidy was so calm, organized, and professional at both our rehearsal and wedding which put me at such ease. Kelly of Event of the Season is an extraordinary wedding coordinator! I cannot put into words how thankful I am to have chosen her to plan our wedding. Our wedding weekend was even more amazing than we could have dreamed. It was truly epic. I would trust Kelly to plan any event I have in the future. Every one of her recommendations and ideas was worth its weight in gold. In fact, a full month after our wedding, our guests are STILL telling us that our wedding was flawless and the BEST wedding they've ever been to.

As a busy professional I expected planning a wedding to be an overwhelming experience, especially as we were planning it from two time-zones away. However, any anxiety I could had about the process immediately faded upon hiring Kelly. Kelly and her team were outstanding. I kept waiting to feel stressed during the wedding planning process, but it never happened. Kelly’s knowledge and experience were invaluable to us and her attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. Most importantly, she was pleasure to work with.

From the beginning, Kelly easily helped us narrow down our wedding venue by educating us on the pros and cons of each venue. Additionally, she has relationships with some of the best and most talented vendors and helped us to book them for our wedding. We would have NEVER been able to find the level of quality she is able to offer in vendor services on our own. Every single one was fantastic. Every. Single. One.

Also, as part of our package, Kelly acted as our vendor liaison and communicated and coordinated the details with our vendors. That took a lot of stress out of the process for us!! Kelly has a great eye and was able to create a beautiful wedding design that fit our vision. The flowers, center pieces, linens were gorgeous- like something out of a magazine. Kelly is also very well organized and did such an amazing job helping us stay on track throughout the wedding planning process. Kelly is phenomenal!

If you're looking for someone who is professional, friendly, organized and top notch communication skills, Kelly with Event of the Season is the one! Thank you Kelly for all of your hard work with our wedding. Our wedding party all had an outline of what to except the day of the wedding and that was extremely helpful. As much as I count on reviews, I have never actually written my own, but Kelly was so incredibly amazing for our wedding, that I absolutely wanted to write a 5 star review! I would give her a million stars if I could. From my first call with Kelly, I felt so comfortable with her. She really understood what we were looking for in our wedding and was available to give great advice throughout the whole wedding planning process. You can tell she does this a lot, and she is extremely organized. Kelly made herself available for calls when I needed to talk through decisions or thoughts/ideas. She was super responsive via email and text as well. Wedding planning can be such an overwhelming process, and she made it way less stressful. I always felt much better after one of our calls/email exchanges. Despite the fact she was 9 months pregnant a month and a half before our wedding, she was still so on it! She didn't skip a beat and really made me feel calm as she walked me through all those little details that still needed to be done. She put together the most detailed, thorough "master" timeline for the day of, including every vendor and what time every person needed to be where, which was so helpful. Nothing was missed. She ran the rehearsal so it was seamless for the day of. Kelly has a great presence about her, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone getting married in the Santa Barbara and surrounding areas!

I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about Kelly from Event of the Season. I absolutely adore her. She was so incredibly sweet and sensitive to my needs and helped the day run smoothly. There were some issues behind the scenes but because of her expertise everything was solved flawlessly. There is nothing more important than enjoying your wedding day and really getting to absorb every minute of it and she allowed me to do just that. Leave all the coordination to her and I could just be a bride and enjoy our day! Seriously you NEED to book Kelly for your wedding, she's just the best!!!

Kelly is the best - this review could go on for 20 pages and not capture everything Kelly did for us during our wedding. She was fantastic. Our wedding was seamless and stress-free (really!) and we have Kelly to thank for that! We cannot recommend her enough. We hired her for help with the wedding design and vendor coordination, as well as month and day of assistance, and it was by far the best decision we made in the entire process (other than deciding to get married, of course!).

We were sold on Kelly from our first meeting, when she seemed to immediately understand the type of wedding we were looking for and our goals for that wedding, even as we were still trying to put them together ourselves. Throughout the process she worked with our ideas and also helped us come up with great ideas for the wedding. She was able to work with our vision where we had things in mind already, as well as help us come up with great ideas when we didn't know what we wanted. Her knowledge about what does and doesn't work was invaluable as we pulled the day together.

Kelly has a ton of experience running stellar events and it really showed, especially when we got to wedding day. Our wedding was at a private residence, so we needed to bring everything in with no pre-determined way of setting everything up. Kelly masterfully came up with a plan, scheduled the vendors’ deliveries, coordinated to get everything set up while simultaneously dealing with last minute requests from our families.

Throughout the process, Kelly never once seemed stressed, even when last minute changes needed to be made. She was even-keeled, upbeat, and a pleasure to be around through the process. It was phenomenal to not worry about anything on our wedding day - it let us sit back, relax, and enjoy ourselves!

All in all, there aren't enough nice words in the world to express how much Kelly meant to our wedding. We have and will continue to recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Kelly is AMAZING! I just got married last weekend in Santa Barbara and had the best time of my life! We hired Kelly for the month of coordination and I am so glad I did because I have NO IDEA how my life would have turned out otherwise.

My hubby (yayy!!!) and I got engaged in March 2011 and soon after we had already decided on a venue. The DJ we wanted to hire had recommended Kelly and her assistant Inger. After speaking to her on the phone briefly and then meeting in person to talk about some details, she immediately was my favorite. I met a couple more coordinators but kept comparing them to Kelly. I had found the one!

During the entire time I worked with Kelly, I never had to ask for anything more than once. She was right on top of things from beginning to end and executed everything she promised and performed beyond expectations. For the wedding day, Kelly had prepared a detailed itinerary listing out the timeline and all the other important stuff to keep in mind and gave them to everyone. It was so helpful and organized that I had the same amount of stress that I would have if I was on vacation sipping on a drink - none at all! I never once wondered where she was or what time vendor X Y or Z was doing what. More importantly, I never had to wonder what the heck I needed to do or where I needed to be because it was all planned out already!

The wedding went so smoothly and Kelly & Inger never once seemed stressed or overwhelmed at all even when impromptu guests showed up and they had to do a little bit of music chairs to get everyone seated. All my belongings, gifts, stationary and other wedding items were all cleaned, packed and tucked away in the bridal suite at the end of the night magically. As I was packing up the next morning and looking for various items, I just kept thinking to myself, "God, I love Kelly!" I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly and Inger for anyone fabulous who is getting married! I was truly able to enjoy my special day as a bride and I will be forever grateful for such wonderful service that Event of the Season provided.
