Karen and her crew did absolutely everything behind the scenes so we could enjoy our destination wedding. For two years, she listened intently to our ideas and needs, no matter how eccentric or silly. She often made me feel like I was her only client, especially when my worries and nerves got the best of me. Since I’m a writer, I made good use of her online portal to keep track of contracts, fotos, ideas, feelings about family politics and more!

Karen is empathetic, organized, detail-oriented and all the things you would need in a wedding planner. She is capable of dealing with all kinds of personalities and negotiating great deals. The red velvet cake she got for us - oh my god. The best!! Her brother Kevin also built a sculpture just for us - we now have it on our wall at home. She also found us an amazing photographer and made sure we had an instant camera booth for our guests !

Over the two years we got to know Karen, it felt like we made a really great friend in North Carolina. Thank you so much for all that you and your crew did for us!!

This was our third child to get married so we certainly have experience in hosting weddings. Addison was no where to be found for most of the event - grandmothers were not golf-carted down from the ceremony site to reception hall, walked with their walkers down a gravel driveway. Guests arrived at tables that didn't have chairs. Caterer asking me as mother-of-the bride when was it time to cut the cake! DJ pretty much ran the show as he said the coordinator was MIA.

We are still, two months later waiting for a refund as finally, finally this company is admitting to their shortcomings, but not willing to reimburse financially for services that we paid in full for that were not rendered.

Steer clear of this business or you will spend one of the most important days of your child's life trying not to cry.

I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Eliza Paige Wedding & Events for my sister’s wedding. As the maid of honor, I was actively involved in the planning and execution of her big day, and I can confidently say that this company fell short of their promises in almost every way.

The day-of coordinator, Addison, was supposed to be the backbone of the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, she was far from the “go-getter” we were assured we’d have. Addison consistently dropped the ball on crucial details throughout the day. From failing to communicate effectively with vendors to mismanaging the timeline, her lack of initiative and attention to detail caused unnecessary stress for everyone involved. Basic responsibilities like ensuring the 86-year-old grandmothers would lead the processional into the ceremony and had a golf cart to transport them down the steep driveway instead of their walkers as was discussed at the rehearsal; guests arriving at tables that didn't have chairs; the caterer asking the mother-of-the-bride when to cut the cake and the DJ taking over the timeline are just a small sample of the responsibilities my parents paid for and did not receive.

The owners of Eliza Paige Wedding & Events have been no better in addressing these issues. Despite our attempts to communicate our concerns and seek resolution, they have failed to take accountability or offer any meaningful remedy for their company’s lack of professionalism. It’s disheartening that a business in such a personal and important industry would show so little care for their clients' experiences.

I would not recommend Eliza Paige Wedding & Events to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and capable event coordination. Your wedding day is too important to leave in the hands of a company that doesn’t deliver on their promises.
