I cannot say enough about Kim and her team and just how caring, thorough and validating she was for my husband and I throughout the wedding planning process. We had a more unconventional approach to how we wanted to celebrate and not only was Kim an active listener to what we wanted but also provided solid recommendations that would help us achieve what we envisioned. As someone who frequently puts large scale events together, it was so helpful having someone who spoke the same event language and put our minds at ease as we approached our big day. Her responsiveness, flexibility and willingness to meet virtually with us when we needed to was so helpful. The icing on the cake for us was the insanely thorough timeline she put together in conjunction with our vendors that had everything timed down to the minute but also left flexibility for the small changes in schedule that were bound to happen. I was a ball of anxiety leading into the day (my own doing to myself) but the day of, I woke up so calm and content particularly knowing that our day was in excellent hands. All the little nuances, cultural aspects (I'm Mexican American which had a huge influence on the entire day) and overall flow that we wanted felt seamless and intentional thanks to Kim. We are grateful for the day she helped us create and the memories that we will live with forever! Thank you, Kim!

Kim was amazing to work with. Down to the last details of our wedding, Kim and her team executed each step perfectly. Her energy was always positive and in a “can do” mindset. As a bride, I never had to stress if I knew Kim was involved and that in itself was the most amazing gift. My husband and I could not have been more grateful to have worked with her, and more than happy to sing her praises.

Ebeling Events was an amazing partner for wedding planning and we recommend them to make your event smooth and stress-free. We signed up for a wedding package at Starling Hill (Audubon Center at Debs Park). We worked with Kim as our lead coordinator and also worked with Katie who was the associate lead and our day-of coordinator. It was easy to have a wedding package, so we didn’t have to seek out many separate wedding vendors and read tons of different contracts. We appreciated how the main essential event set-up was all in one place. Saved us so much time and energy working with these true professionals. They offered narrowed down options, which we really appreciated to save us from decision-fatigue, but if we had special upgrade requests, Kim and her team figured them out to allow for customization too. Kim was easy to reach and super helpful to handle any concerns with her many years of planning expertise. Her and her team were also fun to work with and super responsible and professional, so the actual wedding day was extremely low stress. The vendors Ebeling Events arranged for us as a part of our package were all amazing: florist, catering, bartenders, cake, DJ, lighting, rentals, decor, shuttle, and security. Kim was also an incredible resource for connecting us with outside vendors, as we hired our photographer and make-up artist from her list of recommendations and they were stellar, too. The Ebeling Events team is so talented at what they do. We were extremely impressed when watching Kim form the schedule for the day, and her ability to coach and wrangle the families at our rehearsal was legendary, too. We would have been lost and without Kim and her team. Thanks to Kim and Katie!
