I cannot say enough about Kim and her team and just how caring, thorough and validating she was for my husband and I throughout the wedding planning process. We had a more unconventional approach to how we wanted to celebrate and not only was Kim an active listener to what we wanted but also provided solid recommendations that would help us achieve what we envisioned. As someone who frequently puts large scale events together, it was so helpful having someone who spoke the same event language and put our minds at ease as we approached our big day. Her responsiveness, flexibility and willingness to meet virtually with us when we needed to was so helpful. The icing on the cake for us was the insanely thorough timeline she put together in conjunction with our vendors that had everything timed down to the minute but also left flexibility for the small changes in schedule that were bound to happen. I was a ball of anxiety leading into the day (my own doing to myself) but the day of, I woke up so calm and content particularly knowing that our day was in excellent hands. All the little nuances, cultural aspects (I'm Mexican American which had a huge influence on the entire day) and overall flow that we wanted felt seamless and intentional thanks to Kim. We are grateful for the day she helped us create and the memories that we will live with forever! Thank you, Kim! -

Kim was amazing to work with. Down to the last details of our wedding, Kim and her team executed each step perfectly. Her energy was always positive and in a “can do” mindset. As a bride, I never had to stress if I knew Kim was involved and that in itself was the most amazing gift. Best planners in the wedding industry!
Ebeling Events was an amazing partner for wedding planning and we recommend them to make your event smooth and stress-free. We signed up for a wedding package at Starling Hill (Audubon Center at Debs Park). We worked with Kim as our lead coordinator and also worked with Katie who was the associate lead and our day-of coordinator. It was easy to have a wedding package, so we didn’t have to seek out many separate wedding vendors and read tons of different contracts. We appreciated how the main essential event set-up was all in one place. Saved us so much time and energy working with these true professionals. They offered narrowed down options, which we really appreciated to save us from decision-fatigue, but if we had special upgrade requests, Kim and her team figured them out to allow for customization too. Kim was easy to reach and super helpful to handle any concerns with her many years of planning expertise. Her and her team were also fun to work with and super responsible and professional, so the actual wedding day was extremely low stress. The vendors Ebeling Events arranged for us as a part of our package were all amazing: florist, catering, bartenders, cake, DJ, lighting, rentals, decor, shuttle, and security. Kim was also an incredible resource for connecting us with outside vendors, as we hired our photographer and make-up artist from her list of recommendations and they were stellar, too. The Ebeling Events team is so talented at what they do. We were extremely impressed when watching Kim form the schedule for the day, and her ability to coach and wrangle the families at our rehearsal was legendary, too. We would have been lost and without Kim and her team. Thanks to Kim and Katie!

I can't write enough about Kim and her team - we hired Kim for month-of coordination, but she was available throughout the entire planning process for questions I had and suggestions, making planning our wedding a seamless process. I was nervous heading into planning a wedding based on friends' past experiences, but I couldn't believe how easy things seemed and I owe so much of that to Kim's guidance and execution. On the day, Kim and her team handled absolutely everything and I felt so comfortable just handing the reins over to her knowing that she had everything under control. She also blended seamlessly with our guests - they absolutely loved chatting and having fun with her the whole night!

Kim Ebeling, of Ebeling Events, was very communicative, and gave solid advice all along the wedding planning process. Since we started the process a bit on the early side she was gracious and patient from the very start. These attributes are very necessary when dealing the the public during an emotional moment in ones’ life. Not all planners/coordinators have these traits. Katie, Kim's assistant, who was by our side during cocktail hour/reception couldn't have been more accommodating. 100% would recommend Ebeling Events to those who are planning to get married, engaged, or just a celebratory party!!!!!! -

Kim is incredible and extremely talented at her job! We worked with her for over a year (virtually!), planning our micro wedding in Carmel, CA. We put all of our trust in her recommendations, as we didn't meet or see anything in person before our wedding day. She surpassed expectations!
Kim was always one step ahead of us, the vendor team, etc., and planned everything to the very last minute. I would 100% do this process again with Kim - she made our wedding dreams come true! Also, she's an incredible sommelier :) -

Kim helped us make our elopement magical. She was very professional, always made sure we got what we wanted in our price range. During our initial talk, I didn't have any idea about what kind of ceremony I wanted. I only mentioned "fall colors" and she just somehow knew what I imagined in my head and made it real. On our wedding day, the weather was so horrible that the roads were closed but she found a back up place -at the last minute- closeby to make our ceremony possible, and that place was amazing as well! All of the vendors she works with have been tasteful too, we were complimented on all of our choices - decoration, cake, location, bouquet, photography - by our guests, and we couldn't have arranged them without the help of Kim. I am forever grateful and I would recommend her to anyone who wishes to organize any event in Malibu. On top of all that, she is very friendly! -

I would have lost my mind without Kim! I had NO IDEA how stressful a wedding could be and really I don’t think I ever will since she carried all thee right the entire time! We planned this out for 6 months straight and every little thing was carefully chosen and taken care of. She gave me options form A-Z for decor, Dj’s, flowers, cake, venues literally everything! I was able to have the time of my life on my wedding day because she was so diligent and consistent through the entire process! I was traveling the month before the wedding and she still pushed everything through and secured all the fine details that we needed for the perfect wedding! As far as the day of I worried about nothing! She helped me with my dress, my changes, my feet and shoes, was constantly helping everyone and managed the time so wisely. There were no hiccups, no issues, it was smooth sailing the entire time. I got to take pictures, eat, dance, and cry. All that I wanted to do I did and I didn’t miss a beat because of her! I can’t thank her enough for creating the ever day of my life that I will remember for ever! -

Kim and her team were absolutely the MVPs at our wedding! Kim is such an awesome person, and she has nothing but awesome people that she works with. Her and her team were so kind and attentive to us and our guests at our wedding. We truly couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. Kim was much more than just a day of coordinator as well, as she helped us along the way to ensure we had all of our ducks in a row weeks before the wedding. Kim Ebeling and her team at Ebeling Events made our wedding beyond special!!! I am so glad I found her, and I highly recommend her, especially if you plan to have a Malibu beach wedding! Kim helped transform a public state park beach into our own luxrious, tropical resort! No detail was overlooked. My guests are still raving about her attention to detail with the cermony and reception. She was an excellent communicator, and she recommended and managed a fantastic vendor team. I did not worry for one second during the planning process. Kim is the best! -

Kim was an excellent coordinator! She came on pretty late into the process as our prior coordinator cancelled on us, but she got dialed in immediately. She asked all good questions to get caught up and also ones we had not thought through yet. She had recommendations based on experience that were super helpful. She was super organized and nice! She even jumped into the pool to grab a family member's phone they had dropped. 10/10 stars! -

Kim is amazing at what she does! Any questions I had she always had the answer. She is passionate about giving her clients their dream wedding. Whatever you need she has. The only other wedding I had been to previously to mine was when I was 9. Kim helped guard me in every direction and I am so grateful for all her hard work. I couldn't have asked for a better planner. On my wedding day Kim had everything planned out to a tea. She was very attentive. I had a problem with the length of my dress and she came prepared with safety pins that saved the day and allowed me to have my first dance with my husband. Without Kim and her team our wedding would not have gone as smoothly and swiftly as it did. I would recommend Ebeling Events to anyone wanting a planner who will give you their all and more. -

Kim is the best planner ever! She helped us with our microwedding at the Cathedral Rock in Sedona.
Although it was last minute, she was able to execute all the details perfectly. In a span of two weeks, she found all the best vendors and location. We hired Kim as a month of coordinator for our wedding on 1/18/20. From the minute I initially spoke with her on the phone, I knew she would be perfect for us. She was extremely organized but also kept things fun and easy. She always replied quickly to emails and texts (even months before). All ideas that I had (even the crazy ones such as hopping over a fence to place lighting) she made sure they happened. The best decision my husband and I made about our wedding was hiring a planner - specifically Kim. She made our lives so much easier and made wedding planning extremely stress-free. We hired her from the beginning all the way to the end. Throughout the 10 months we spent planning the wedding, my friends would often comment how relaxed I was and I would often say, "That's cause we have an amazing planner!"
Kim was our eyes and ears on the ground in LA (we live in SF and the wedding was in Agoura Hills). She selected great vendors to work with and made everything on the day run smoothly. Not only that but she did an incredible job decorating the place for our wedding. Most people select a venue that's already done a wedding before, but in our case this was the first time we were having a wedding here and I was blown away by how beautiful Kim decorated everything.
We also appreciated how flexible and attentive Kim was to helping us, especially on the days up to the wedding. I remember feeling stressed out about the the hair and makeup schedule and the additional people we added to it, but Kim was able to work something out with our vendors. We also appreciated how meticulous and detail oriented Kim was, down to planning events to the exact minute. We could enjoy the wedding and savor every moment because of all the hard work Kim put in the background making sure things were running. After the wedding, she also did a great job making sure that everything was clean and back to where it was.
Kim, we couldn't have done it without you. Thank you so much for all your work. I'm bummed I only get one wedding, but if we have another event I would most definitely work with you again! -

Fun and Excellent!
Kim was such a huge help for our wedding, especially when it came to answering our questions. Kim was always very responsive and was able to get back to us as soon as possible. She made our wedding day a breeze, everything went so smoothly. She has incredible network of resources and was able to help us get everything we requested and even surprised us with her own personal touches! Kis is the BEST!!!
My husband and I got married May 25, 2019 at the Calamingos Ranch in Malibu, Ca. I found Kim on IG when looking at hashtags for Calamingos lol. She had worked at our venue several times and was a local event planner, which was a huge plus for me. She was always very helpful and accommodating, even if I did ask 100 questions months before our wedding. She was my life saver, she was able to recommend AMAZING vendors, such as our officiant Kristin Neese(AMAZING), as well as my hair dresser, calligrapher, linen creator and rental companies. She also did a phenomenal job decorating my venue just as I had explained and kept our timeline right on track. It was perfect because of her! I love you Kim and will always recommend you. -

Amazing Partner in Crime
Our wedding was a success because of Kim! Kim is such an amazing wedding planner and coordinator, an incredible and kind person, and went ABOVE and BEYOND what we would have ever expected. She understands how stressful weddings can be, and her extremely calm even-keeled demeanor would put any anxious brides at ease. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Almost all of my decorations and all of my alcohol were stolen the day before the wedding. While feeling extremely sad and not knowing what to do, Kim came to the rescue, and was our rock! Nobody had known what had happened because she pulled it through so flawlessly, she put the decorations together with her own creativity, while still making sure it's aligned with our vision, she created almost a minute-by-minute timeline so the execution was perfect! Despite everything that happened, our wedding was the best day of our lives, and we wouldn't have been able to do this without Kim. Not only that, in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding, she was always willing to talk to me, answer questions, and just show so much love towards us. Kim will always think of you (the couple) first, especially those with overly opinionated parents and friends, she will make sure that your vision comes through, not anyone else's. But the best part about her is that she does it so tactfully.
Also, if you're in your early stages of wedding planning, reach out to Kim, she can help you plan and connect you with great vendors. I can go on and on about how amazing she is, and the fact that we still keep in touch after the wedding shows how personally invested she is in you and your marriage. -

Kim and I met at a bridal show and I knew I loved her immediately. She was so full of life and had amazing energy. She coordinated and managed the bridal show and did a great job! My wife and I took the pleasure of having Kim as our wedding coordinator and our rental provider for our decors. Needless to say, we absolutely loved everything she did for us!
Kim is one of the most professional people we have ever met. She always made herself available to answer our questions and would occasionally check-in on us to make sure we had everything we needed for the wedding. She did a fantastic job with keeping us on schedule during our ceremony and reception. Kim was able to deliver everything she promised us, and more!
On top of that, Kim has an amazing personality. After meeting her for the first time, my wife and I felt an immediate connection with her. Our friends and family who helped us during the wedding also appreciated working with her. Some of them have worked with coordinators at other weddings in the past and they all agreed that Kim is a very good one!
Kim also has a wonderful team working by her side. Everyone was respectful and professional. And they did an beautiful job at decorating our tables and food stations! The stations were always replenished and our guests were very pleased. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our guests after the wedding.
It makes us truly happy to know that we chose Kim as our coordinator. Not only did Kim give us a beautiful wedding, but she also has an incredible reference list of vendors who are fantastic at what they do! So by having Kim as your coordinator, you’re pretty much guaranteed to have yourself a butt kicking wedding/event!
One last thing I want to mention. I will never forever what Kim did for my wife during a stressful moment involving her family during the wedding. So real quick; her family is huge, they like to take pictures, we’re on a very tight schedule with a list of things to get through, my wife becomes flustered and anxious as she is trying to manage her way to greet our many other guests, etc. Kim quickly took notice of what was happening and was able to take my wife aside and asked if she needed a break. My wife and Kim spent the next few minutes away where my wife was able to calm and regain herself before joining us again.
With that said, Kim is just an incredible human being who deserves the highest praise. She took such good care of us when we needed it. You’ll know she is very passionate in what she does when you see her work! I remember at one point she brought me a plate of snacks because she thought I’d be hungry, which I was. During the ceremony, we had a guest who invited himself to go behind the archway to videotape us while our pastor was preaching (wasn’t our videographer, by the way) and it became a major distraction to us and the guests. That was when Kim, very discretely, sprints back there to chase him out which we appreciated very much! If Kim hadn’t done it, it would have been my bride!
There are so many incredible things we can say about Kim! Undoubtedly, we can say that our memories of the wedding are still fresh and we will forever cherish every moment of it, thanks to Kim Ebeling. -
