I am extremely impressed with Diamonds Direct - specifically Allison and Anat. I am a very detail oriented person and probably a difficult customer. I entered the store with a custom design in mind and Allison and Anat were willing to do everything they could to make that design become a reality. They went above and beyond what a normal jeweler would do. I purchased one diamond and after two wax molds of the ring were made, I decided that the diamond wasn't the right one. They had 6 more diamonds shipped in for me to view within 3 days - I found the perfect one and another wax was made. Less than two weeks later, the final product was delivered - a spectacular ring; better than I had imagined. I am moving from Austin to the East Coast, but as I told Allison and Anat when I picked up my ring today, I will fly back to Austin any time I need service or an upgrade - because I trust them that much. A truly perfect experience!

We got both my engagement ring and wedding bands here. Top notch customer service from Richard. They are always busy so sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it is worth it. They always professionally clean my ring whenever I go in there. They have 2 jewelry shoes a year with 20% discounts. One in May and another in November.

We purchased all of our wedding jewelry from Diamonds Direct. My husband spent hours picking out my engagement ring, and received excellent help and attention. He had such a great experience that we went back to Diamonds Direct for both of our wedding bands, and had a similarly great experience. They also stand by their sales, and provide future jewelry cleanings and repairs for free. When the center stone in my engagement ring became loose, they sent me a shipping label and paid for insured shipping to send my ring to their facility for repairs, even though I was nowhere near Austin at the time. We will definitely use Diamonds Direct in the future!

My fiancé purchased my Verragio engagement ring with Diamond's Direct, and our experience from start to finish was flawless and amazing. Marc was our rep. and had out of this world customer service. He was very patient when my fiancé was picking out the center diamond, it took a few weeks, and educated him very well on the designer, and what he should look for. My finger must have shrunk since he purchased the ring, so we had to take it in to get a spacer in it. I was not excited about a spacer at first, but Marc talked me in to it, and I am glad he did. It came back fast, looks great, and feels comfy. For any future jewelry needs, we will be going to Diamond's Direct!
