We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Rachel at Benold’s! We came in to get my engagement ring resized, plus a wedding band for myself and my (now) husband. Rachel worked patiently with us to find exactly what we wanted. My husband was unsure what type of ring he wanted, but was interested in signet rings, and Rachel was able to find a flat hexagonal design that he is absolutely thrilled with. She was also very communicative through the whole process, through ordering and resizing, and did everything she could to keep costs down. There’s a reason Benold’s has been in business so long, and they’ve gained loyal customers in us.

They spent a good deal of time helping us choose the perfect setting for a diamond that was passed down to me. I felt comfortable asking questions, and they even helped us look at our diamond under a microscope!

My husband had purchased my engagement ring from Benold's. They helped him pick out the perfect one and helped him stay within his budget. When it was time to choose our wedding bands, we went back to Benold's. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and patient. We did not feel pressured in any way, but we ended up purchasing both of our wedding bands there as well. Great experience!

When beginning my search for a ring for my hopefully-soon-to-be husband, I was completely overwhelmed. There were so many places to look, I had no idea what I wanted and I was hesitant to go somewhere that might not be gay-friendly. After seeing an ad for Benold's in L Style/G Style and learning more about the owner, I wanted to at least stop by and check it out. I knew very quickly upon entering and meeting Maria that I'd find the right ring here for my partner. She helped me find one that was durable, high-quality and affordable - we liked it so much that after the engagement we returned and bought an identical one for me! Hallie was an absolute pleasure to work with, but don't let me mislead you, everyone at Benold's is fantastic! When my fiance and I were looking at engagement rings, Hallie was incredibly helpful and looked up rings to find what I was describing. She knew she had seen the ring I was describing by couldn't find it right at that moment, so she sent my fiance and me links to the engagement ring that matched what I described the next day. She was great at keeping in touch with my fiance once he purchased and ordered my ring, and she was so helpful when my fiance and I went back to look at wedding bands. She's incredibly knowledgeable and won't just try to sell you the most expensive ring in the store. She took the time to listen and help us find the best ring and diamond within our budget, which we really appreciated. We had such a great experience that I am sure they will be our jewelers for life.
