They have so many to choose from with addrowble prices and extremely helpful employees!! They made sure a ring we ordered would be rush shipped and in before our wedding! We had Larry, both when we went in for the engagement ring and the wedding band. He was so helpful and made sure we stayed within our price range. He pushed me to make sure I really liked what I chose and tried on. I would recommend here and our favorite man- Larry! -

Ashley Sent on 09/24/2013When my Fiance and I were looking at rings (before we got engaged) we found our setting at a different jeweler before Diamonds Direct opened. We had heard all the commercials about how Diamonds Direct was now open at The Domain and were selling to the public. When we walked in it was about 6:30 (we didn't know they were supposed to close at 7) and we were instantly treated like royalty. They are all about customer service and making you feel like you're at home. They had any type of wine you could want as well as beer (not that it mattered), Rick was our attendant and he sat and explained everything about their business and how it was ran. He also showed us the process on how they rate their diamonds. He then brought us out a series of diamonds for us to look at. By the time we were ready to go it was well after 9 and NO ONE in that store made us feel rushed. They were all happy to stay for as long as we needed, and that my friends is customer service. Rick was aware we already had a setting picked out that was only supposed to fit a carat diamond. He said he would replace the head on the setting to fit one of their diamonds for FREE. Seriously? We couldn't believe it. They continue to show us perfect customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone thats looking. EVEN if you are not in Austin, Texas it is worth the trip. Their prices are whole sale prices so they are a lot better than the average jeweler. -

I got my engagement ring and great grandmother's diamond necklace appraised for free even before I did any business with them. They also repaired my engagement ring for free after Jared's mangled it after re-sizing. After all this I decided to get my fiance's wedding band from here and Misty has been WONDERFUL in helping me through everything. She knows a lot about the jewelry that they have and has been great. We ordered his ring in and it turned out to be the wrong size so she immediately sent in a new request with no problems and the new one is currently on its way! I HIGHLY recommend Diamonds Direct for ANYTHING jewelry related. They are so great :) -

They were very professional, friendly and had a huge selection of diamonds to choose from. I will definitely be shopping there again! -

My husband designed my beautiful engagement ring with the diamonds direct in Austin, TX. I designed my wedding band at the diamonds direct in Dallas, TX with the help of Charity. If you go to Dallas location for sure ask for charity, she is amazing!! -

Chuck Sent on 02/03/2018Diamonds Direct were so understanding, accommodating, and kind. The process of picking out the band and then the diamond to go with it was fun. I only wish they had a wider variety of styles in my price range. All in all, I'm a happy camper.
