I had nothing to do with picking out my engagement ring and didn't even see the proposal coming, but thanks to the helpful staff at Kruger's and a selection where you literally cannot go wrong, he picked a ring I absolutely LOVE. 6 weeks after the engagement, we swapped out the center stone on my ring for one of a lower cost and they were incredibly flexible in writing us a check for the difference with no issues whatsoever. They even went out of their way to research a special custom band my fiance has his eye on. They always clean my ring back to sparkly whenever I go in, and I've been there at least half a dozen times, for the original resizing, to look at bands, to get the stone changed, to pick it up, and was always treated with kindness and respect. This store is a league above the chain stores you see all over the nation and they'll take good care of you. David, the owner is a little grumpy looking, but he's the one who emailed me back and was very flexible. I also know it's thanks to him we had no trouble getting our credit refunded. Even if I had known I had a proposal coming, I would not have pointed him in a different direction. Their settings are ALL beautiful!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Kruger's. First of all, every time we went in to shop for rings, they cleaned my engagement ring. Nothing like a brilliantly shiny ring to show off! Also, no high pressure sales. The girls were just wonderful. I ended up using my great-grandmother's wedding band, which the recommended. No up-selling there. They worked with us, even when we were three weeks away from the wedding and my husband hadn't found a ring he loved. They pulled out all of their catalogs and didn't stop until he found what he loved. Every time we are back in Austin, we stop in, and they still remember us. What a great crew!
