    Larry helped my fiance and I pick out a ring. Having never stepped foot inside a jeweler, I was unsure of what I wanted and totally unaware of the terminology, but Larry was helpful and kind. I finally found the ring, and my husband says he continued to receive great customer service through the purchase. Thanks, Kruger's!

    Fiance purchased the engagement ring through Kruger's, and from our initial browsing expedition through the delivery of the final product, the staff has been so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Beautiful and diverse collection of rings available with lots of personal attention to detail in-store

    My fiance and I went to Kruger's to look at rings before we got engaged and it was a great experience. I felt like they were really trying to help us find what was right for us and not just sell us a ring. I get so many compliments on how gorgeous and unique my ring is! I really don't think we could have had a better ring buying experience.

    Can't say enough kind things about the good people at Kruger's! An amazing local Austin vendor. They are extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and will help you work within your budget without belittling you. They are fantastic.

    We went in with a unique request and a small budget. Taylor was very friendly and helpful, and we are very happy with our wedding set!

    I had nothing to do with picking out my engagement ring and didn't even see the proposal coming, but thanks to the helpful staff at Kruger's and a selection where you literally cannot go wrong, he picked a ring I absolutely LOVE. 6 weeks after the engagement, we swapped out the center stone on my ring for one of a lower cost and they were incredibly flexible in writing us a check for the difference with no issues whatsoever. They even went out of their way to research a special custom band my fiance has his eye on. They always clean my ring back to sparkly whenever I go in, and I've been there at least half a dozen times, for the original resizing, to look at bands, to get the stone changed, to pick it up, and was always treated with kindness and respect. This store is a league above the chain stores you see all over the nation and they'll take good care of you. David, the owner is a little grumpy looking, but he's the one who emailed me back and was very flexible. I also know it's thanks to him we had no trouble getting our credit refunded. Even if I had known I had a proposal coming, I would not have pointed him in a different direction. Their settings are ALL beautiful!!!

    We purchased all of our rings from Kruegers Jewelers. They are so easy to work with, and have options for all budgets. Zoe was our salesperson for our rings, and we will continue to use her for life!

    My fiance created a one of kind piece for my engagement ring! This is the best place to go for a one of a kind piece. The quality of their jewelry is amazing and beautiful.

    I cannot say enough good things about Kruger's. First of all, every time we went in to shop for rings, they cleaned my engagement ring. Nothing like a brilliantly shiny ring to show off! Also, no high pressure sales. The girls were just wonderful. I ended up using my great-grandmother's wedding band, which the recommended. No up-selling there. They worked with us, even when we were three weeks away from the wedding and my husband hadn't found a ring he loved. They pulled out all of their catalogs and didn't stop until he found what he loved. Every time we are back in Austin, we stop in, and they still remember us. What a great crew!

    Jennifer at Kruger's was so great to work with! She helped my husband pick out the perfect engagement ring and was so helpful as we chose our wedding bands. They have a range of classic and beautiful jewelry to choose from. We continue to support Kruger's as they are our go-to jeweler. I would definitely recommend them!

    These are the best jewelers ever! So nice and knowledgeable. I have bought jewelery from other places before and didn't like my experience, but when I went here they were so nice and welcoming that it made it so much fun! I couldn't have asked for anything better. They also have rings priced for everyone's budget no matter how small. I would know.

    My husband will only purchase jewelry from Kruger's. My engagement ring is absolutely gorgeous. My wedding band is just as beautiful. His band is classy and perfect. Great customer service. A++++

    My husband and I picked out my engagement ring together at Kruger's. We had such a lovely time looking through their fantastic selection. I wanted a ring that was a bit vintage/old-fashioned looking and an asscher cut diamond. They had tons of beautiful and affordable options and their staff was delightful and low pressure. I was able to browse and try on several pieces at my leisure. I never once felt any pressure to buy like I did at other jewelers and every time I've needed it cleaned or a prong tightened they have done it quickly and promptly. They have some of the most beautiful and unique jewelry in town, don't go to a chain, go to Kruger's, you won't regret it.

    Kruger's did my engagement ring using a stone passed down in my husband's family. They did such a great job and created a perfect setting at an affordable price, and they even resized the ring for free when it ended up a little too big!

    We also bought my wedding ring there and were very happy with the selection.

    Kruger's is the best jewelry experience possible. They know their stuff. We only went in for sizing because my engagement ring and wedding band are my husband's grandmothers. The staff at Kruger's treated us as if we were there to buy a $20,000 ring. They sized the ring, cleaned it and checked the prongs to make sure the 80 year old ring wouldn't break. They also let me try on jewelry they knew we couldn't afford. And they have a cute cat that wears a rhinestone collar that adds to the whole experience. So much better (and romantic) than going to the chain jewelry stores at the mall.

    I got my engagement and wedding rings from Kruger's and cannot say enough about the great selection, customer service, etc. I went into Kruger's based on recommendations. I was only browsing engagement ring styles originally but came out with much more. I was greeted promptly, and Anna, my salesperson was happy to help. She showed me all of the rings I was interested in (even though I took a lot of time and would not be making a purchase that day), she made suggestions about styles that I might like and helped me find something within my boyfriend's budget. She wrote down everything I had looked at so when my boyfriend went back to have a look for himself, he would know which rings I liked and which rings were within his price range. When I found a ring I loved, with a few alterations, Anna contacted the ring designer and helped me get the exact ring I wanted (size, stone, metal, etc). They were just as helpful when I bought my wedding ring and when I had an heirloom necklace (my something old) reworked and set on a chain.

    I was not involved but my fiance loved the experience. He had an idea of what he was looking for and they worked with him until he found the right ring for me. He also talked about how this was the second place he visited and was more confident in Kruger then the other more expensive shop near by.

    Kruger's was a great choice for a jeweler. My choice in jeweler was first and foremost about trust. My mother had generously gifted us with her wedding ring to use. However, it wasn't quite my style, so Kruger's helped us custom design a ring that would use my mother's diamonds. I was concerned about other, less reputable jewelers, slipping my mother's stones out for less quality ones, so I choose the jeweler with the best reputation in town. I absolutely love the result and will certainly go back again. They were always to kind to us every time we came in and would clean all the jewelry that I would bring in with me, gratis. My husband has even gone back to pick out Christmas gifts for me. The only drawback was the amount of time that it took. I would plan in at least 3 months before your wedding date if you are designing your own ring. They did have some great suggestions on how to make the rings more afforable. We only ended up spending less than $1000 on rings for both of us. We have and will continue to return to Kruger's for all of our jewelry needs.

    Everything was totally smooth with my ring. I loved it, service was great, I think it was a good value, etc. For my husband's ring there was a snafu with the manufacturer and so things didn't come in right. However, they were very responsive and professional and got the correct ring in within time.

    Kruger's staff went above and beyond for us. They are so friendly every time you step in their shop and really take the time to help you pick out what you want. The price is a little higher than other shops but it's local and you know you are getting a quality piece. A+
