Where do we start?! Details Made Simple is simply the BEST coordinator out there. After postponing our wedding a few times due to COVID, we were reshuffled and placed in the capable hands of Ebony. And holy cow are we LUCKY. A week before our wedding the venue suffered damage from Hurricane Henri and on our actual wedding day, we got the unexpected surprise of a flash flood warning (honestly, go figure). Ebony got to work, arriving earlier than she needed to, coordinating with our vendors and the venue to execute the most beautiful and FLAWLESS rain plan we've ever seen. Honestly, there are few words to adequately describe Ebony and what she means to Chris and me. We couldn't have imagined our day without her. She was a beacon of trust, strength, stability, and was always 100% in control and executing all the planning we had done. She knew how nervous and anxious we were and helped us make decisions quickly and confidently. She truly never waivered or flustered (even when we were a bag of sweaty nerves asking 42,000 questions). At one point she even joined us on the dance floor and boy can she MOVE! It was an awesome surprise. She was SO excellent, I had people coming up to me saying "wow is that your coordinator, she is ON TOP OF IT". We are truly grateful to Ebony, Shay, and the DMS team. Ashley at Details Made Simple was absolutely amazing! We hired her pretty last minute as our wedding day-of coordinator, and she jumped right in like she’d been with us the whole time. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and took so much stress off my plate. I truly can’t recommend her enough to anyone planning a wedding.

My husband and I used Details Made Simple as our same day wedding coordinator. We worked with Carla and Sharde. They were very easy to work with and made our day extremely stress free. Carla was there every step of the way and would check in every month to see if we needed any help with planning. She gave great suggestions to help out with seating charts and invites. They truly are the best team to work with.

Hiring Alexis Amat as our day-of coordinator was truly the best money I spent on the entire wedding. From the very beginning, she was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely friendly. She anticipated every possibility—including things I never would have thought of—and took the time to fully understand the vision my daughter and I had spent 18 months planning.

I had personally planned every detail of the wedding, but on the day of the event I felt completely comfortable handing everything over to Alexis—which is no small feat for a control *freak* like me. I had absolutely no concerns. If there were any issues, I never knew about them.

Alexis worked seamlessly with the venue and all of our vendors, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Because of her, I was able to truly be the guest I wanted to be and enjoy every minute of the celebration. I am so incredibly thankful for her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

We had the pleasure of working with Carla Friday to help plan our big day! Even though she was technically responsible for just day-of, she spent months working with us and our parents to get everything in place for our August wedding. Carla was always responsive to our emails, texts, and calls, and she never left us with us a question unanswered or request unfulfilled. This, plus her infectious positivity, made working with Carla so easy and fun. Day-of...words can't begin to describe how much we appreciated her help. She kept everything moving like a well-oiled machine. She thought of EVERYTHING - down to the sewing kit (which came in handy when she helped fix my husband's aunt's wedding dress that fell apart pre-ceremony!). Every single one of my bridesmaids and the groomsmen commented on how awesome she was. Thank you SO much Carla. 100/100 recommend!!!

We had an ambitious plan to a plan a 130 person wedding in 3 months - across 2 venues, which is no small task! Once I made the decision to work with a day of coordinator, someone had recommended DMS as a premier option. I interviewed a few different companies and people -- and honestly felt that Angelica was simply the BEST! Her attention to detail, level of professionalism, easy going & on pointe approach, allowed me to take a step back and enjoy our special day and the weeks leading up to it. She beyond exceeded our expectations, and made a new friend in the process. Would recommend Angelica and DMS, time and time again!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Angelica for our wedding planning and then Noelle the day of as well! First off Angelica is amazing !!!! She calmed all my fears and helped a first time bride survive ! Seriously she went above and beyond. An example we didn’t have enough space in our car (had to drive to a different state for venue) and she let me ship decorations to her home. Such a relief and such a wonderfully chill person. She’ll also advocate for you with the venues and vendors ! Okay so day of bless these women we handed her a huge box with all the stuff pumpkins, corn stalks, ect. And crossed our fingers - once again she worked absolute magic and the ceremony was gorgeous dare I say picture perfect.
