Where do we start?! Details Made Simple is simply the BEST coordinator out there. After postponing our wedding a few times due to COVID, we were reshuffled and placed in the capable hands of Ebony. And holy cow are we LUCKY. A week before our wedding the venue suffered damage from Hurricane Henri and on our actual wedding day, we got the unexpected surprise of a flash flood warning (honestly, go figure). Ebony got to work, arriving earlier than she needed to, coordinating with our vendors and the venue to execute the most beautiful and FLAWLESS rain plan we've ever seen. Honestly, there are few words to adequately describe Ebony and what she means to Chris and me. We couldn't have imagined our day without her. She was a beacon of trust, strength, stability, and was always 100% in control and executing all the planning we had done. She knew how nervous and anxious we were and helped us make decisions quickly and confidently. She truly never waivered or flustered (even when we were a bag of sweaty nerves asking 42,000 questions). At one point she even joined us on the dance floor and boy can she MOVE! It was an awesome surprise. She was SO excellent, I had people coming up to me saying "wow is that your coordinator, she is ON TOP OF IT". We are truly grateful to Ebony, Shay, and the DMS team. Hiring Alexis Amat as our day-of coordinator was truly the best money I spent on the entire wedding. From the very beginning, she was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely friendly. She anticipated every possibility—including things I never would have thought of—and took the time to fully understand the vision my daughter and I had spent 18 months planning.
I had personally planned every detail of the wedding, but on the day of the event I felt completely comfortable handing everything over to Alexis—which is no small feat for a control *freak* like me. I had absolutely no concerns. If there were any issues, I never knew about them.
Alexis worked seamlessly with the venue and all of our vendors, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Because of her, I was able to truly be the guest I wanted to be and enjoy every minute of the celebration. I am so incredibly thankful for her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

We had an ambitious plan to a plan a 130 person wedding in 3 months - across 2 venues, which is no small task! Once I made the decision to work with a day of coordinator, someone had recommended DMS as a premier option. I interviewed a few different companies and people -- and honestly felt that Angelica was simply the BEST! Her attention to detail, level of professionalism, easy going & on pointe approach, allowed me to take a step back and enjoy our special day and the weeks leading up to it. She beyond exceeded our expectations, and made a new friend in the process. Would recommend Angelica and DMS, time and time again! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Angelica for our wedding planning and then Noelle the day of as well! First off Angelica is amazing !!!! She calmed all my fears and helped a first time bride survive ! Seriously she went above and beyond. An example we didn’t have enough space in our car (had to drive to a different state for venue) and she let me ship decorations to her home. Such a relief and such a wonderfully chill person. She’ll also advocate for you with the venues and vendors ! Okay so day of bless these women we handed her a huge box with all the stuff pumpkins, corn stalks, ect. And crossed our fingers - once again she worked absolute magic and the ceremony was gorgeous dare I say picture perfect.

Hiring Details Made Simple and Amanda Viola, our coordinator, was probably the best investment we could have made for our wedding. Amanda was our day-of coordinator but we got so much more than just that, we spoke regularly in the months leading up to our wedding, she helped us with recommendations for other vendors, and created a seamless timeline. The day of, Amanda was kind, and on top of every detail, it was like having another me to handle all of the logistics I was too busy to take care of. My entire wedding party and family raved about how competent, nice, and effective Amanda was. She was truly incredible, and I hope we have the chance to work with her again on other events! -

I wholeheartedly recommend Carla Friday and Details Made Simple! I had spoken to a few day of coordinators to find the right one -- and right away when I spoke with Carla I felt like she just got me. She was so real from the beginning -- and I felt like I could really connect with her on the realities/challenges of planning your own wedding. In the lead up to the wedding, she went out of her way to be helpful in whatever I needed. One of the great things about DMS is that because they only offer day-of services, she was willing to share with me other advice, guidance, tips, recommendations that a company who offered full wedding planner services would maybe be hesitant to (because they'd want you to invest in their other services).
On the day of, she went above and beyond -- it made for such a smooth and seamless experience for us, but particularly our families who didn't have to worry about any of the finer details and were able to just take in and enjoy the day (especially with having a parent who doesn't get around easily).
She is the best! -

As a bride who didn't want to do the traditional wedding, I needed someone to help me do all the things that the usual wedding hall would do for you. Carla did that and more. From start to finish Carla came in like a breath of fresh air! Even before the coordination was supposed to start she responded to our inquiries within minutes. We worked with Jackie Diaz and can’t imagine our day without her. She went above and beyond for us throughout the entire planning process. If we ever had questions, she was there to help us throughout the entire planning process, despite hiring her for day of coordination. The day of our wedding, it rained on and off the entire day. She was there first thing in the morning to help with everything and anything, and she also handled negotiating with the venue to set up inside and outside for our ceremony. We are so lucky she did that for us, and we were able to have the ceremony outside. She took everything that could of added stress that day off of our plates and we were so grateful. Her level of experience showed, and we didn’t need to ask for a single thing. She even left us written out instructions for our marriage licenses and handled having them signed for us. There are too many good things to say! If I was to do it all over, Jackie would be the first vendor I would hire again! -

Working in the industry I did not know if I wanted to move forward with a Day of Coordinator. As our wedding got closer, I knew I needed someone who could be my voice on the day of and could also put me at ease. Details Made Simple is well known so I contacted them! Lexi was our Day of Coordinator and we could not have been happier! Immediately Lexi reached out and helped get the little details ironed out. Lexi came for a walkthrough at our venue, got along GREAT with all our vendors, and helped me plan out where we would put different elements on the day of.
I was making a 84 page binder (because I am extra) however the day before my wedding, it was deleted off canva and couldn’t be recovered in time. Lexi had the timeline and took care of everything! She made sure our centerpieces were perfect, checked in with each vendor, and stayed until we were good! She helped with photos, our flower girls and ring bearer and honestly if anything happened on the day of, I didn’t even know about it because Lexi took care of it! One amazing trait about Lexi was her proactive questions. Prior to the wedding she asked me what I would want to do in different situations and Day of- she just took care of it all.
We were on time in every way and that was Lexi running the show. Everyone LOVED her and the telling piece was that my Father in law had only great things to say about her (and he is the tough one!!)
We are so thankful for Lexi and would truly recommend her to anyone looking for a Day of Coordinator to put you at ease on your big day :-)

Okay, full disclosure -- I work in weddings. My initial thought was, I do this every day and I know what I'm doing - I don't need a coordinator. Spoiler Alert - I definitely needed Carla Friday. I hired her a month out when I couldn't take the stress anymore and started second guessing everything I already decided on. Carla was there to be a professional sounding board on what would or wouldn't work for our event, she was there to be a friend to help lighten the mood when I got overwhelmed, and she was even down to fight for me when one of my vendors got out of hand and was making me mad. LOL.
Carla helped me make important final decisions, get all the vendor paperwork prepared and filled out for our venue, and kept revising our day of timeline up until the night before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Carla was RUNNING around doing so many things for us that I didn't even know we needed. She handled so many tiny little issues that I didn't even know about - and that's the way it absolutely should be. If you're on the fence about hiring her, I say do it. You spend all this time, money and energy on planning this one day of your life, the least you can do for YOURSELF is to hire Carla and/or her team so that you can actually enjoy it too. Carla helped us do just that. She took care of everything for us and I can't thank her enough!!! -

If you're looking for an absolutely phenomenal day-of wedding coordinator, Angelica is the one for you! We were recently married at Jasna Polana, and Angelica made our wedding day absolutely seamless and stress-free.
We were initially recommended DMS by friends who had also celebrated their wedding at the same venue, and they could not have been more right. We were initially assigned to a different coordinator who subsequently left DMS a few months before our wedding. We were very stressed that we were being swapped over to a different coordinator, but Angelica was the perfect fit. From our very first meeting, Angelica put us at ease with her professionalism and attention to detail. She guided us through a comprehensive list of questions that helped us consider wedding details we hadn't even thought about, ensuring that we were all on the same page.
Angelica was incredibly proactive throughout our entire wedding planning process. She took care coordinating all vendor meals and arrival times in the final weeks, which allowed my husband and me to focus on enjoying our wedding weekend without any logistical worries. She even went the extra mile by driving out to our venue for a final walkthrough, ensuring she was fully familiar with the space beforehand.
On our wedding day, Angelica was nothing short of a miracle worker. She kept everything running precisely on schedule and made sure all our decorations were arranged exactly as we had envisioned. The timeline she created was several pages long and incredibly detailed. Her behind-the-scenes problem-solving was also very impressive. For example, I heard from my mother-in-law after the wedding that she found a small hole in the dance floor during the venue setup. She told Angelica who immediately addressed it by finding venue staff to patch it up. I'm sure there were many other potential hiccups she managed that I was blissfully unaware of. The day ran perfectly because Angelica did such an amazing job managing the timeline.
Everyone was so impressed by how sweet, professional, and effective Angelica was. She truly allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day. If you want a coordinator who is kind, meticulous, and dedicated, DMS - and Angelica in particular - come with our highest recommendation!

OUTSTANDING doesn’t begin to capture Alex Williams. She was my security blanket throughout the entire wedding planning process and wedding day. I did not have a worry during the day. I’m convinced she cloned herself because every aspect of our beach wedding and reception at Joe’s was taken care of…perfectly. She epitomizes making details simple – a detail was not left out.
From the moment we met Alex, she gave us confidence in her knowledge of wedding planning and how to execute. She anticipated things we never would have thought of (that turned out to be some of the most important items that made the day).
She took time to understand our vision, learn about us, and our family. She asked the tough questions to uncover whether there were scenarios that should be avoided. More than anything, she made the process, which can be very stressful and overwhelming, fun.
We didn’t have a traditional wedding, which I know required way more work than normal. We had a beach wedding, so there was extra setup with chairs, flowers, music, etc. I didn’t even think about it as we were getting ready because I knew she was all over it. Not only were they setup beautifully, she rolled up her sleeves and helped with the breakdown in record time.
I’ll never forget waiting to walk down the aisle in the Sprinter…Alex somehow got the entire wedding party to the beach and down the aisle, and still managed to make it back to me alone in the sprinter to calm my nerves. She gave me a pep talk, guided me to the boardwalk, and said “this is your moment.” From that point on, every nerve was gone.
On top of it all, my Mom was able to relax and enjoy herself. If my Mom started to worry about a logistic or item, Alex would say, “Denise, you’re off the clock.” And we’d laugh and my Mom would exhale.
The way Alex anticipates things is remarkable. At the reception, I would turn to look for something and she was right there with my lipstick, a drink, food…whatever it was, she somehow was in my brain and new what I needed (probably before I even thought of it).
At the end of the night, somehow (well, not somehow, it was because of Alex) everything magically ended up back at our house. Not just back at the house, it was organized and meticulously placed. Alex made the details simple through her superpowers. She is superwoman and the ultimate wedding planner…and, now, friend. Thank you for making our wedding dreams come true!

Alex Williams from Details Made Simple was the day-of coordinator for our wedding at Grounds For Sculpture in September 2024, and she did an amazing job. She was communicative and supportive every time we met before the event, and worked with us to develop a timeline and photography shot list that we were happy with.
We thought Alex did a decent job beforehand, but it was on the day of the wedding that her abilities really shone – she did all the obvious things, like making sure our vendors arrived on time and had everything they needed, but she also took care of a ton of small, thoughtful details that never would have occurred to me; things like making sure the groom and I had half an hour to ourselves after the ceremony when we were feeling a bit overwhelmed, even though it wasn’t part of our original timeline, or making sure the groom was happy with all the pictures he got with his 91-year-old grandmother. Of course, our wedding also encountered the usual number of minor mishaps, which Alex stayed cool, calm, and collected while handling: the florist forgot corsages for the grandmothers, Alex worked with the florist to get these in time for the ceremony; the ceremony site was too windy for our signage and ceremony programs to be placed out, so Alex worked with the venue staff to locate a more secure easel for the sign, and then worked with our family to pass out programs after guests were seated. My partner and I also didn’t have to hear about these things until after they had been resolved, thanks to her – only afterwards, she would let us know, “By the way, X happened, and it was resolved with Y”. She was really great, and the wedding definitely would not have proceeded as planned without her. -

Hiring a wedding planning professional from Details Made Simple was absolutely the best way to go about planning our dream event. I could not have imagined a better wedding and I am still in awe of how very well that various moving pieces came together. My husband and I celebrated with a Hindu styled marriage ceremony which included multiple events and many complicating factors. Everything was executed smoothly and having our professional and her team member the day-of gave my new husband and I all the sanity and peace of mind to focus on each other and our families. There aren’t enough stars in the world to give Carla. She is the consummate wedding professional. She responded to my texts, emails, and calls as soon as I sent them. She talked me off multiple ledges and kept me so calm throughout the wedding planning process. Whenever I was freaking out about planning, she would call me and talk me through it. Every time I thought I was screwed, she gave me a hundred options and let me pick what we thought was best. She made our planning process so much easier. Without hesitation I can say hiring Angelica was the best money spent in our entire wedding budget. From the start she was so engaged, responsive and on top of things. And she is sooo nice! I felt 10,000 pounds lifted from my shoulders once I sent her a list of all my vendors, and I NEVER had to do anything with the vendors after that! She took care of it all - collecting their insurance info (which I hadn't known was a thing), organizing the timeline of the day with all of them, and being the main point-of-contact so that it was all out of my hands. Angelica is incredibly professional while also being so personable. I did not feel that she tried to steer my vision in any way. She really listened and understood our vibe, our priorities, etc. And it was great having an expert to point out things we needed to think about that we would otherwise not have had on our radar!
On the day of, she was prepared, so on top of things, always ready to address whatever was needed, and she went above and beyond to make everything look amazing. She took it upon herself to repurpose flowers and candles to make our gift table, guest book table and signage even better than I have envisioned. She had at the ready band-aids for my feet, eyelash glue for my new daughter-in-law - I would love to know what else she keeps in her magical emergency kit!

I am a DIY bride and I didn’t think I wanted a day of coordinator. I set up a meeting with Details Made Simple and spoke with Carla. And I am so glad I did. I was already stressed and anxious but after speaking with her, I immediately felt calm and at ease. I knew I needed her for my wedding.
She’s so friendly, so proactive, detail-oriented, organized and just so sweet! She communicated with all my vendors and made sure everyone was aware of the timeline. I don’t think my wedding would have gone as well as it did without her. I honestly felt so taken care of and HEARD. I had a vision for my wedding and she executed everything perfectly. We were lucky enough to snag Daneska from DMS for our reception day in Brooklyn. We went with the "Peace of Mind" package as my wife and I are in the logistics and management business, but we knew we'd need the extra help day-of.
The preparation work was straight forward enough; we had all of our vendors locked in and working with Daneska through the day's schedule was helpful in making sure nothing had been overlooked. At every opportunity Daneska made sure to reiterate that our happiness was key and if it was important to us, it was important to her, which she exemplified time and time again throughout the preparation period.
On the day of Daneska’s attentiveness and calming demeanor was the perfect fit for us. She was timely in showing up to collect items to bring to the venue and keeping eyes on the set up. We had a slight miscommunication with the venue about the family’s arrival, but with one call Daneska took care of the problem and what could have been a tricky situation was immediately resolved. Throughout the entire evening she was pulling strings and keeping everything on schedule all the while we were able to enjoy our evening with our guests, but she would still check in with us periodically to make sure nothing further was needed. And, of course, at the end of the night, all the items meant to go back to our hotel while we were still out celebrating made it back without issue.
Without a doubt it was one of our best investments of the entire experience and I cannot imagine where we would have been without Daneska. DMS’s coordinators are worth their weight in gold and truly made my wife and I feel taken care of. Highly recommend their services and personnel. -

STOP YOUR SEARCH FOR A WEDDING COORDINATOR! You will NOT find anyone more trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented. I truly feel like we hit the jackpot with Carla.
The minute Carla showed up on my wedding day, all of my stress melted away. She is organized and timely, but also manages to be relaxed and fun. I was obsessive and meticulous when it came to all of my wedding details, but Carla built our timeline and executed every event and detail PERFECTLY! We were running early all day long and I was able to be relaxed while enjoying every moment with my husband and guests. This was only possible because Carla took care of allllllllll the little hiccups that popped up (and there will inevitably be unforeseen hiccups on your wedding day, no matter how well you plan).
My parents and bridal party have ALL mentioned how impressed they were by her on the big day. Even our other vendors mentioned how seamless the whole day was thanks to Carla. It also helps that she is well known and respected by many of the vendors we used. To paraphrase our limo driver: "As soon as I pulled up and saw Carla, I knew it was going to be a good wedding".
In the months leading up to the wedding, Carla asked all of the questions I didn't know needed to be answered. She constantly responded to all of my chaotic texts and emails SO quickly and was always so helpful. I genuinely do not know what I would have done without Carla on my wedding day. Probably would have stressed, cried, been overwhelmed, etc. She was just so on top of everything. I can't properly explain it- it was like having another coordinating version of myself to execute everything perfectly while the bride version of me was able to be present in each and every moment without a worry in the world.

I’m not even sure where to start with my review. I was in a very desperate situation that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I was married on 10/7/2023 and Details Made Simple (Carla) made sure it was the most beautiful, and least anxiety provoking day. I had previously booked a Day Of Coordinator in March 2023. This DOC promised me the world and more for my October 2023 wedding. We’ll fast forward to August 2023 meeting with my venue, I was alone and freaking out. My DOC (not Carla) bailed on me for the venue meet, and made me feel like I was panicking for no reason with a timeline that will be formulated week before wedding. (Again not Carla)
Thanks to my maid of honor coming through with an amazing recommendation, I was given Carlas’s number after feeling defeated and upset with my previous DOC not supporting me or showing up for me when necessary.
After 2 hour conversation with myself and my mom, I immediately felt at ease with Carla. My concerns were validated as “No way should a timeline be started 1 week before event”. With many tears had during our initial conversation, that night I slept the best I had in all my wedding planning with Carla coming to my rescue and the rest is history.
Details Made Simple is just that, Details Made Simple. From hiring (DMS) that August evening to my wedding on October 7, 2023, I was in The best hands Possible!!!
We had a few phone calls in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and the month leading up to the wedding, myself and Carla were in contact regularly. She never hesitated to answer and email, a text or a phone call. I received updated timelines in my email on the regular, she contacted any vendors with whatever tasks were still not done, to her absolutely loving on my 3 year old niece on my wedding day, Carla was like having an extremely organized “family”member take charge and make sure myself, my husband and my bridal party had nothing to worry about on the wedding day. I can not speak highly enough about DMS services, professionalism and overall delivery of event planning. Carla, I am forever grateful to you!
P.S. Carla was not available for my rehearsal at the church, but we had her team member Shadé.

They're Perfect At Making Every Detail Simple
My wife and I got married in May 2023, at Crystal Plaza in Livingston, NJ. We used "Details Made Simple" as a day coordinator, but they were so much more than that. Prior to the wedding, Carla Friday made sure that we were on top of our game. When we needed something, Carla provided great advice and recommendations.
During the wedding, Carla and her assistant made sure that every detail flowed flawlessly. TBH, I don't know if any vendors were late or off beat, but it's because Carla was everywhere making sure everything was on point. She had to do at least 20,000 steps that day lol. On a serious note, Details Made Simple is the perfect name for this business. I 100000% recommend Details Made Simple to anyone that would like their wedding to flow seamlessly.
She even helped take care of our 4-legged son (dog)!!!

Carla, Carla, Carla…this woman does it all! I have no words to describe how amazing Carla was. From the first conversation over the phone, it left like we were already friends. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day- and that's all in part to Zaakira Harris of Details Made Simple. She had all of our vendors working seamlessly together to install at our historic venue, she was quietly handling things as they came up, and double and triple checking all of the finer details to make sure our vision for the day came true. I am chronically late to everything and she kept me and my bridesmaids on schedule so we arrived on time. A true miracle! From signing our contracting to the wedding day, she was so quick to respond to all of our questions, she offered great vendors suggestions, and sent follow-up reminders of things for us to do. We walked away from every phone call with action items and plans, and as we got way closer to our wedding date, she was really good about transitioning the vendor communications over to her, so that we weren't bombarded with emails or tasks in the last few weeks of our wedding planning. She created a really helpful day-of timeline (down to the minute) so we knew what to expect on our wedding day, and we were given that way in advance, which was so helpful when communicating with our wedding party about when they should arrive for photos or makeup etc. Even after our sparkler exit and our guests left, she oversaw the venue breakdown, packed up, and dropped off our bags and boxes of design elements and leftover alcohol to our hotel. Also, she has such a professional, calm, and warm demeanor- so she is exactly they type of energy you want around you on your wedding day. Would highly recommend. -

There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Carla and the DMS team. From our first call Carla told me exactly what I needed to hear: 'I am here to make sure you get to enjoy your day.' As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for a decade, it can be challenging to pull away from working your own wedding. But not with Carla! Carla had fantastic tips, tricks, tip sheets, emergency kit, sewing skills, BTS photography skills (she made us a whole video compilation of content she took!), you name it. She knows how to ease parents but stay on top of vendors, how to keep you calm but get the job done and how to keep you on track but enjoying the process as much as possible. Her dedication, hospitality and genuine care and excitement were beyond what I could have imagined for someone in this role. I cannot say enough great things about our coordinator, Alex. I don't know how we would have survived the day (and the days leading up - she was even the witness for our license) without her. Leading up to the wedding she was attentive, and even gave us friendship/emotional support while dealing with a difficult personal issue before our wedding. The day of, she organized our family for the ceremony, kept us fed/with drinks the whole night, and dealt with a VERY cranky toddler who was demanding french fries (she actually left for 5 minutes to quickly run to the boardwalk to get some!). Multiple family members commented on how incredible Alex was. Every situation that came up, Alex had a solution/idea for - for real, her day of kit was seemingly bottomless. I was so nervous about the entire process of planning a wedding and came across Details Made Simple. Their packages and the services offered were everything I needed and more to help give me peace of mind that I could do this.
Kim helped me plan the day of timeline, ensured all the vendors were in the loop on expectations, though on the day of, she was sick (with a 100+ degree fever) and still drove all the way to the venue to check on me, make sure I was set up, and introduce me to her boss, company owner Carla who was going to take over for the day. That level of kindness is so rare and I still get emotional thinking about how much Kim did for me in the lead up to the big day.
Carla, who is in my opinion the queen of all things detail oriented, took over and within minutes it felt like I'd known her for years. She coordinated the arrival and setup for all vendors, ensured that the schedule didn't get too cramped or overwhelming, and helped manage some of the more stressful moments of the day - all while making me laugh and taking the pressure off.
My planners helped in making sure that decorations look as planned, wrangled all those complicated family “must have” photos, and distributed tips and final payments at the end of the night. I was able to be in the moment because of my wedding planners, Kim and Carla, and I appreciate their added care and unwavering defense of my husband and my happiness on the day of – acting as bouncer, hype women, point person, and confidant the whole day long. -

I hired Details Made Simple to be my day of coordinator and it was the best decision I ever made! Erin went above and beyond to meet all of my wedding needs. She was responsive and helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding, making sure that everything was ready to go for the big day. I reached out to her about everything, even recommending vendors and buying a belt to match my wedding dress. She was happy to help and I always enjoyed getting her opinion on things.
The wedding day went flawlessly thanks to Erin. She handled everything and I didn't have to think about any of the little details, coordinating where people needed to be, or the decorations. In addition to flawlessly executing her normal day of coordinator duties, Erin helped me button my dress, bustle my dress after the ceremony, and attaching my veil. She even though about the little things such has having snacks and water on hand to give me in between pictures and the ceremony. She had a tide stick handy for when my dress for smudged during pictures. I really felt like I got way more than I bargained for.
Erin also coordinated with a second coordinator, Ashley to handle setting up the venue while we were at the church ceremony. They worked together flawlessly to make sure that the vendors arrived and set everything up. I had a very loose rain plan, which unfortunately we ended up needing. When we arrived at the venue, my heart exploded with joy. I had no idea what to expect with the rain setup and it was GORGEOUS. Erin and Ashley tackled the unexpected deviation from the original plan like true professions.
You will regret hiring anyone other than Details Made Simple for your day of coordinating needs. -

I am a detail-oriented bride who wanted to be very involved in every aspect of planning my big day, but once all that work was done I was so happy to hand it off to Jackie and focus on enjoying my wedding day. With Jackie’s support, all our hard work paid off and we had an incredible time.

On our wedding day, Kim did a phenomenal job being an extra set of hands (distributing payments and tips to vendors, getting our wedding details ready for photo/video, steaming my veil, bustling my dress, doing my touch-up’s, putting finishing touches on our centerpieces, and so much more). What we loved the most about Kim is how comfortable and relaxed we felt with her. We never felt stressed or rushed at all. The only time we felt nervous on our wedding day was when we were lining up for our ceremony, and she helped calm us down for that too! We can’t even begin to imagine how different our wedding day would have been if we didn’t have Kim, so thank you Kim and DMS! -

CARLA IS THE BEST!! My first experience with Carla was at my sisters wedding in 2018. Carla coordinated the their wedding and my sister and brother-in-law could not stop raving about her after. I was thrilled to find out Carla was available for our wedding date after getting engaged. Carla is extremely organized, responsive, and was in constant communication with us and our vendors. She created our timeline and made sure everything went smooth the day of the wedding. I was stress free leading up to the wedding/and on the day of the wedding because of her. I truly did not have to worry about anything and was able to enjoy the day. Booking Carla from Details Made Simple was the best thing that we chose for our wedding and I can not recommend Carla and the Details Made Simple team enough! -

Do Yourself a Favor and Hire a Day of Coordinator!
We made a last minute decision one month before the wedding to hire day of coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made! Working with Tamara of Details Made Simple was such a fun and stress free experience! I had hired the major vendors like venue, catering, band, photography and video myself, but there were so many little details Tamara took care of that I would never have even thought of. We had a backyard wedding, so there were many different factors involved and Tamara was instrumental in helping us coordinate vendors and brain storm ideas on how to make everything go off without a hitch. When it came to the wedding week, we had nothing to worry about because Tamara had everything figured out. Not only was she organized and very knowledgable in all things wedding, Tamara is super cool you feel like you're working with a friend. I would recommend her 10/10!
