Designs was great to work with and one of the things that we really liked is even though we know nothing about flowers, they helped us picked the less expensive options that would still provide the look we were after. It was very nice to work with someone for a wedding and not to have them upsell you constantly.

Our wedding was supposed to be outside, but it ended up raining and the Designs team changed all the decorations to our new ceremony very quickly and without us having to worry about what was going on. They even ran down to their shop and got some stands that weren't part of the original plan. It was great!

The reception was beautiful too! I don't think I gave much direction on what it should look like and the tables and centerpieces looked amazing.

The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We even had a hard color (dark blue) and they found the perfect flowers and vases.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married in the area.

Sunday River, Maine wedding

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the florals at our daughter’s wedding! Janet met with us personally several months prior to the wedding, asked for our thoughts about color, design, preferred style, and any favorite flowers we might wish to have. When we discussed table centerpieces, we thought they would be arranged in glass bowls, but Janet offered to have beautiful silver-gray wooden boxes made with the couple’s names and wedding date displayed on each one. They were stunning and so perfect for a “mountain chic” wedding!! Whenever we had questions of Janet, she was immediately responsive and receptive. We also appreciated that she was very conscious of our stated budget and was more than willing to work within it, all the while creating the most stunning florals everywhere on the property! Janet is a true artist and a pleasure to work with. She will create the perfect backdrop for your wedding day and we highly recommend her!

I cannot even begin to put into words how WONDERFUL Janet is to work with! I have to be honest, she was not the first florist I went to becasue of a family contact with another up in western Maine. I sent an email to the family contact and was quoted a ridiculous amount for minimal flowers (bridal bouquet, 2 brides maids bouquets, 3 boutonnieres, and 5 wrist corsages). I forwarded the same exact email to Janet, and she quoted me $550 less!!! I was very specific with what I wanted and she did a great job and stayed within my budget! She was also very flexible and easy to work with. I changed my mind roughly 4 times about what my bride's maids bouquets would be wrapped in and she was more than accommodating with my wishy-washyness! She also allowed me to wrap my bouquet in fabric from one of my grampa's old shirts. She was beyond amazing to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that needs any sort of floral decorations.
