De’Jour & Evermore creator Jamelle Borden, has been creating memorable weddings and events for the last decade. Jamelle started out as the event planner for Holiday Inn Hotel in Hampton, VA 1999. Shortly after, she was promoted to wedding coordinator and banquet supervisor. In 2000, Jamelle attained her certificate of completion in Bridal Consulting from the Professional Career Development Institute. De’Jour & Evermore is fully licensed by the state of Virginia.
