Five years ago Sue and Don were at my best friend's wedding and I think everyone was completely mesmerized by them. When it came time for my wedding, I knew that nothing would guarantee a seamless and fun time quite like having Sue and Don as part of the day. They are the DREAM TEAM and if you are looking at their packages, please just take the leap and request both of them for as long as they are willing. The day of the wedding I got a sweet text from them wishing us luck, Sue met me in the bridal suite and did some breathing exercises with me and told me that she was team bride and team groom. Let me tell you, she really was. Don made sure the dance floor was the absolute most fun ever, blending my insane variety of music so it seemed to actually flow (I wanted a little bit of everything for all family and friends' different tastes). Sue announced everyone, was dancing on the dance floor, brought the most fun props ever, and kept checking in on us throughout the night to make sure we had sustenance and the best time of our lives. When we were reminiscing about the next day, one of the biggest pieces of feedback I got was how everyone was just in awe of this duo. My friend's partner was supposed to be recording her dancing at one point, but they just ended up recording Sue ad-libbing to that hotel motel song because she was being SO FUN and we all understood because Sue is an absolute legend. I tried to tell my friends about how awesome these two were but you really just have to experience it to understand. I think this happens at every wedding they go to but they now have an even bigger fan club of all my family and friends. My one friend asked them if they would fly to Georgia to do a wedding. These are two beautiful people that I am convinced could make watching paint dry into the biggest best party of your life. Their charisma and dynamism is unmatched. An absolute pleasure to work with them.

DJ Derek was absolutely amazing on our wedding day! He did a great job of listening to our requests and reading the vibes of the dance floor. My husband and I also added the photobooth for our wedding night; it was such a hit! There were SO MANY props and our guests absolutely loved it. 10/10 recommend. Very reasonably priced as well.

We had a great experience. They brought high energy and great music, helped coordinate a couple surprises for the bride and groom, and helped with so many logistics including providing expertise on bustling my sister’s dress! I’d highly recommend

We hired Dance Masters/Sue & Don for our wedding at the MD Zoo on June 13, 2026. To say they were fantastic would be the understatement of the century. They were key to ensuring our day was fabulous and were indispensable in helping us navigate some challenges that arose that day. Not hiring Dance Masters would be the biggest mistake you make for your event. Here is why:

1. Experience - they have decades of experience with weddings and events. They know what they are doing and make it seamless. In fact, they probably know more about how to put on your wedding/event than you do. Their transitions between the various milestones during the night were flawless and they were on top of it.
2. Professionalism - they were more timely than we were and handled the various challenges/hiccups better than we did.
3. Preparedness - because they are so experienced, they have refined their process to make it incredibly efficient. The information they request from you is critical in making you think about how you would like the night to unfold, and it allows them to execute with ease. They then schedule a brief phone call to tie up any loose ends with you. They really listened to us and gave us everything we wanted, plus more.
4. They go above and beyond - Sue did so many things for us that were outside her job description. For example, when I was struggling with my dress when we were taking photos before the ceremony, she saw us and offered her assistance. Sue also helped us cut the first piece of our cake, and helped us pose properly for those photos. At the end of the night, Sue and Don helped line folks up on either side of the dance floor, so that my husband and I could run through and kiss/pose for photos, which turned out amazing.
5. They are simply lovely people and so much fun. As with any wedding, there were some challenges/hiccups (none were attributable to Dance Masters whatsoever) and Sue/Don remained so calm and reassuring about it all. They also know how to party!!

Sue and Don were integral to my wedding and I am so appreciative and grateful that they were part of it. Hire them.

Don and Sue were absolutely incredible and played a huge role in making our wedding day the best night of our lives. From the moment they introduced our wedding party and got the reception started, they brought energy to the room that immediately excited everyone and set the tone for an amazing evening.

Throughout the night, we received countless compliments about the music. Don did a fantastic job reading the room and knowing exactly what to play to keep the dance floor packed. It seemed like every song was a hit, and the dance floor stayed full right up until the very end of the night.

Sue was equally amazing as our MC. She kept everything running smoothly, made sure guests knew where they needed to be, and kept the energy high all night long. She went above and beyond in ways we never expected—from helping bustle my dress when we were struggling to jumping into the fun and handing me a pink cowboy hat, sunglasses, and a microphone so I could live out my Pink Pony Club dreams in the middle of the dance floor. Those are memories we'll be laughing and smiling about for years.

What really stood out was how experienced and prepared they were. They were extremely familiar with our venue and knew exactly how to move us around behind the scenes before the ceremony and reception without being seen. They also handled a few last-minute changes with ease, adapting quickly and making everything look effortless.

One of our favorite moments of the day was our final dance, surrounded by everyone we love, swaying around us. It was the perfect ending to a perfect night, and Don and Sue helped make that happen.

Beyond being talented professionals, they genuinely cared about making our wedding special. Their experience, organization, energy, and attention to detail allowed us to relax and be fully present on one of the most important days of our lives.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sue and Don! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Don and Sue did a truly wonderful job throughout the entire wedding day. They set up all their equipment and coordinated with the wedding venue to make sure all the details were set up properly. Don picked some awesome songs, and we got so many great comments about Sue keeping people on the dance floor and helping everyone stay loose. They are a dynamic DJ/MC duo, and we would recommend them to anyone!

Our wedding was one year ago today and I am finally getting around to writing reviews! I cannot say enough good things about Dance Masters team. They were such a huge help keeping the reception on schedule and we all had an absolute blast! It was everything we wanted and more. Leading up to it, our team was always very communicative and concise about how we wanted our reception to go. You cannot go wrong with choosing them for your big day!

We found Dance Masters Entertainment (Sue and Don Fowler) through an internet search. They had fabulous reviews and sounded like so much fun so we called and did a phone interview and hired them immediately. We talked about everything, what we wanted and what we didn't. On the day of the wedding, Sue and Don were fabulous!! The reviews that we read for them were right on the money!! Sue was a wonderful MC!! Our guests loved her! I even had phone calls from some of our guests talking about Sue and Don and how much fun they were. Sue even helped the mother of the bride when she couldn't get the bride's bustle done, she helped the groomsmen get where they needed to go, she led line dances, and just kept the party hopping!! Don, the DJ, was wonderful and so easy going. He played an amazing playlist and was even open to special requests. I would highly recommend Dance Masters Entertainment!! Loved them!!

Sue and Don truly made us, as well as our guests, feel like we had known each other for several years. Their love and dedication to us as the bride and groom were more than apparent. Sue is not only a great MC but also has the maternal instinct to make sure the bride keeps it together throughout the entire day and evening. She helped keep me calm in times of heightened emotion, and she has an AMAZING talent for bustling a wedding gown! Sue and Don met with my husband and I shortly before our wedding to review all of our song details in full. They delivered countless early 2000's hits, just as we requested, and kept the dance floor engaged all night! Our wedding was truly a blast and such a special night because of them, and we couldn't thank them enough. They are a 20/10 choice for your DJ entertainment.
