CRW Events officially began in 2010 in Bloomington, IL, but Candace, our lead planner, has been planning events for non profits, family and friends for over 15 years. We currently have 35 plus weddings under our belt and over 1000 events. We have a great team of assistants & associates that help with assisting Candace at second locations and for larger weddings. Our motto is "Making Your Dreams A Reality". We know that planning can be stressful without the proper tools, resources and vendors; we'll provide our list of suggestions. We only work with the best! I booked Candace a few weeks before my wedding and thank God I did. Between my interesting family and coronavirus, I truly needed a coordinator that could handle chaos. She was extremely organized and was great with follow up. Candace asks all the right questions to ensure your vendors know your expectations. She keeps everyone on track throughout the day to ensure the bride and groom can enjoy their day. As vendors canceled last minute and family members were going missing, Candace kept her composure and kept things moving. My family loved her and still talk about how amazing she was. I am so grateful for Candace and I couldn't imagine doing a wedding without her!

The best there is
Candace & the CRW crew are amazing. She is flexible with last minute changes. She worked hard to bring our vision to reality. I asked to be surprised by the decor for my wedding. So she worked with my husband to bring to life the wedding of my dreams. I cried as soon as I saw everything. She is one of kind. She is a great person to work with. Her staff and her worked hard behind scenes to make sure my day flowed as smooth as possible without any interruptions. Can’t wait to work with them again on future events.

Stressfree Planning!
Candace was our Event Planner for our wedding in April 2014. She was amazing from start to finish! I shared my ideas with her at our first meeting, within an hour of that meeting she had already emailed me photos of some ideas. I was very impressed that she had captured my vision so quickly. Candace always was positive and her motto was “I should not be stressed, that is why I paid her”. I loved every minute of planning my wedding, and that was solely because Candace walked through the process with me. Candace is professional, energetic, resourceful, and extremely creative. I would and have recommended her to anyone needing a wedding consultant.

Excellent Attention to Detail
I was so pleased with the commitment of Candace and her team. She did a great job of listening to my vision and bringing it to life. Her communication throughout the entire planning process was greatly appreciated. On the day of, she and her team made sure all went smoothly and they seemed to really enjoy themselves which brought so much joy and fun. I would definitely work with CRW again!

Candace is Amazing!
We had had over a year to plan and she secured our vendors and venue in the first month! She took notes during all of our meetings and beat our timeline and my personal todo lists. She’s kind, generous, and very professional. She’s hired for all of our future events. At our reception she greeted everyone and even stepped in when our MC didn’t show. Candace never missed a beat!
