Tami really made our wedding day memorable! We booked Tami as our day of coordinator, and we are so thankful for everything she did to make our day run smoothly! She is so organized, and her planning tools gave us the start we needed in the planning process! She clearly communicated with us as we got closer to the wedding, and was always open to questions as we went along, including helping provide us with recommendations for DJs and florists.
We had an outdoor wedding, and it rained the morning of the wedding day. She touched base with me that morning, and when I decided to go with our back up plan for ceremony location, she really took it from there! She helped efficiently get things set up, made sure all our vendors were on the same page, and kept everything running seamlessly. She worked so hard throughout the night, to make sure that my husband and I, along with our friends and family were able to have such a fantastic day! Tami and team were very professional, detail-oriented, and organized - which is very helpful for a bride who may be less than organized in her day to day! We used Tami as a Day of Wedding Coordinator to help with the flow of the ceremony/reception and everything went smoothly. She jumped right in to the planning process, was available and responsive whenever I had questions/thoughts leading up to the wedding, and day of was exactly where we needed her with everything we could ever need. Including, encouraging the bride and groom to take 15 minutes alone in between cocktail hour and the reception, which we know we needed, but really needed someone to facilitate that break, complete with appetizers and a cocktail; really was a special moment in the night for us!

Very accommodating and kept us on track with the wedding. We needed help converting our ceremony space into the reception, which was a pretty tall order to keep on time. Creatively Yours truly made our wedding planning and day run seamlessly! When planning our wedding we selected a venue where we had to bring everything in (food, beverage, rentals etc.) There was a lot of coordination but with Tami's monthly check in's and follow ups she really assisted us in keeping us on track. A 'day of coordinator' was not something my husband and I originally budgeted for, but with the building stress and the wedding getting closer, we decided to seek out someone to ensure that our wedding day went how we wanted it to. I was referred to Tami and met with her for coffee to talk over what we were looking for. After about 45 minutes together, I knew she was the person to make our day go off without a hitch. About 3 months out from the big day, she was in constant contacting making sure we had our tasks done (escort cards, bathroom baskets, etc.) and seamlessly prepared a schedule, confirmed all vendors, distributed the schedule, etc. Truthfully, I do not know how I could have done it without her! The day off went off FLAWLESSLY - from the morning-of-getting-ready items, to the ceremony, to the reception...everything was exactly as we imagined. She even was waiting for us with drinks when we arrived at our reception venue. I could go on and on...she took care of every little detail imaginable. If you are looking for someone to orchestrate your day and take that stress off your plate, Tami is your girl!
