The Clarke Estate is a historic landmark and was designed by renowned architect Irving Gill. It is an elegant site for outdoor weddings, receptions, and special adult events. Completed in 1921, the 8,000 square-foot home is constructed of poured-in-place reinforced concrete. The home is built around a central courtyard edged with Tuscan-style columns and graceful arches. With six acres of land nestled in the City of Santa Fe Springs this beautiful outdoor venue can accommodate a maximum of three hundred guest. We can host both your ceremony and reception or a reception only. The Clarke Estate does not have onsite catering so a caterer of your choice can be used. The Estate will provide chairs for the ceremony and tables and chairs for the reception. The Estate has two dressing rooms available, one for the bride and bridesmaids and the other for the groom and groomsmen, these are only available if ceremony is held at the Clarke Estate. TheClarke Estate is in a residential area so all parties must end at 10pm and you must hire a DJ from our required DJ list.

We had an amazing wedding on May 19,2019. The back yard was a perfect space for the wedding & cocktail hour. The reception area has a dance floor and cute outdoor lighting and big enough for the DJ,dessert table, caricature and a photo booth. The bride and groom rooms were a good space for our wedding party to get ready. The load in and out was super easy , as well as working with the Clarke Estate team. Everyone is very nice , easy to work with and is very helpful though the entire process . It was such an amazing day! Our guest cannot stop talking about how beautiful it was . We had our wedding reception at the Clarke Estate August 2017 and were incredibly happy with this venue. I had thoroughly done research on outdoor venues and the Clarke Estate hit all the marks.Sent on 09/27/2017
PROS: We had a wedding of 120 guests, the venues comes with tables and chairs, it has a built in concrete dance floor so that you do not have to rent one, the outdoor patio also has string lights that provide beautiful lighting. They also offered information on vendors that have worked with them in the past. Contact was easy and consistent from beginning to end. The staff on the day of was friendly and helpful. The venue is beautiful!
CONS: You have to select a DJ from their list, HOWEVER, we were really happy with the DJ we selected. I recommend interviewing them and checking out their social media to ensure you find someone you like.
I know that they also changed the policy to a lottery for the venue which I think will make the process a lot easier.

We had our wedding at the Clarke Estate on May 17 2013. The venue was BEAUTIFUL, everyone kept commenting on how beautiful our venue was. As to how the Clarke Estate was as a vendor, here are a few points:Sent on 06/03/2013
-Tamra was super great to work with! She is super organized, and she knows what she is doing! She had charts to help us with table set up and chairs, and she even coordinated our ceremony which was SUPER helpful since our bridal party was 20 people! She was professional, very responsive, and cared very much that our wedding turn out how we wanted it. She made the experience go soooo smoothly.
-The venue is all outdoors, and it was spectacular! It was well-maintained, and all facilities were working perfectly.
-Some things to keep in mind: it's a very popular venue! So if you want a specific date, you need to go at the 1st of that month 1 year ahead of time! i.e. say you're set on August 14th of 2014 , then you need to go to the venue on August 1 of 2013 and be prepared to camp out (people have done it!).
-The venue has a list of DJ's you MUST choose from, which makes things more expensive.
-If you want string lights, you need an approved insured vendor.
-There are no sparkler allowed on the grounds of the Clarke Estate.
-Everything must be out and cleaned up by 11pm
-They can accomodate up to 300 people! (which is nice)
I would highly recommend the Clarke Estate, it was beautiful, professional, and everything I wanted!

Working with Tamra and her team is always a pleasure. She is down to earth and treats you like your part of her extended family. The venue is outdoors and is beautiful and well kept up. We've had some really fun events at The Clarke Estate. You get to pick your own Catering so we've had everything from an In 'n Out truck, Carne Asada Tacos, Barbecue Tri-tip and Ribs to Italian food. There is plenty of room for guests counts over 300. The side lawn is the perfect spot for your beautiful outdoor ceremony. There is also plenty of extra room for a Photobooth, Video Montage plus many extras. The Clarke Estate comes highly recommended by Station Identification Entertainment.
Clarke Estates is truly a hidden gem. The history and the beauty of this facility is breathtaking. Who knew this was right in the middle of the city of Santa Fe Springs. With it's beautiful trees, plants etc truly offers to be a great location for any special event. Ms. Tamara is wonderful to work with and will take care of you and your guests.
This is an incredibly beautiful location and the coordinator is a joy to work with.
