Circle B Ranch is rustic but eligant wedding venue located just 20 minutes outside of the Twin Cities in the small town of Isanti, Minnesota. Owners Brennan and Rebecca Cox purchased the Circle B Ranch as a special place for those within the community to come together. Once a 200-acre farm that was originally purchased from the government in 1875, the now 88-acre property features a state-of-the-art event center, which officially opens in spring 2020 as the ideal space for hosting the wedding of your dreams. Along with overnight accommodations, it will be open 24 hours and events can go later at night, until 1 a.m.!
Facilities and Capacity
Circle B Ranch can accommodate up to 500 wedding guests in its unique indoor and outdoor event spaces. The venue’s brand new rustic barn event center will feature 10,000 square feet of flexible space. Circle B Ranch’s barn wedding location can seat over 400 guests and features bride and groom suites where couples and their wedding party may get ready before their ceremony. The ranch’s outdoor tent wedding space can comfortably seat 150 guests. Circle B Ranch’s Nest Retreat Center is the perfect intimate place to stay for your wedding weekend. It offers sleeping arrangements for up to 11 people, a full kitchen, a dining room, five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms--overnight accommodations for you and your family!
Services Offered
At Circle B Ranch, couples may host their bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception and elopement. The venue offers three wedding-day packages to couples planning their wedding. Staff at the Circle B Ranch are available to take care of setup and cleanup on the day of your wedding. The ranch offers wireless Internet, high-quality lighting and sound equipment, 50 person hay rides and overnight accommodations at their Nest Retreat Center and the new Isanti Best Western plus Hotel.
While Circle B Ranch also offers on-site catering or bartending services options, as well as being open to caterers of your choice. They have partnered with a few great local caterors and With a Twist to provide catering and bartending services to couples at the ranch during the events they facilitate. They also work with Isanti Rental, who provides tents, tables and chairs to the Circle B Ranch for events. Circle B Ranch is a pet-friendly venue and on-site parking is available for you and your guests on your special day.
