Facilities and Capacities

Pine Peaks Wedding & Event Center can host up to 300 guests in the Reception Hall and, with indoor and outdoor areas available for wedding ceremonies, the grounds serve as a stunning backdrop for couples’ photographs. Noteworthy features include wildflower gardens and water ponds and streams, cascading cornfields and both indoor and outdoor fire pits. Their Fireside room, with a wood-fired pizza oven that provides complimentary late-night snacks for wedding guests, will make your wedding to a one-of-a-kind event. The venue has parking available for 250 guest vehicles, as well as free RV parking.

Wedding Experience!

We set up a weekend to tour a handful of venues in the Walker, MN area. When we drove into the entrance at Pine Peaks, we knew this was our place. We got married in July of 2024 and booked the reception hall and retreat house Thursday-Sunday. We had immediate family and our small wedding parties stay with us in the retreat house and invited extended family out to see the venue on Friday evening after our rehearsal. Everyone loved everything the venue had to offer. We heard many times that it was an "experience" not just a wedding weekend. The retreat house and extended rental helps you really enjoy the weekend and those surrounding you on your special day. Priscilla officiated our wedding, and she is made for this job in every way. She has such a calm but organized and structured way about her. We never worried that things were going to go off without a hitch. We loved that we got to go visit the venue for a catering menu tasting, and we were treated like royalty when we were there! We settled on the BBQ meal, and the guests RAVED about the food for weeks to come. David really knocked it out of the park with that one. You won't be disappointed if you make a visit to Pine Peaks, and I highly suggest booking this venue if you're looking for a beautiful venue and amazing hosts!

Wedding blessings

Having Priscilla’s help really helped my anxiety on the day melt away knowing she was helping direct our vendors. Such a friendly and supportive family and great venue with many things to offer.

Pine Peaks Wedding & Event C- Downs Wedding

Pine Peaks was everything and more I could have dreamed off! Priscilla was very helpful, thoughtful and made sure we knew she was game to help us at all times. The food was hands down incredible. The retreat house is gorgeous and a must! Everything was perfect and we wouldn't change a thing!

What a fantastic weekend

My daughter and her new husband were married here and it was worth every penny. The food was great and the owners easy to work with. Many thank and please go see them to book your wedding here. Tell them that George sent you.

Absolutely Amazing

Priscilla was so helpful and easy to work with. Our long weekend at this venue was incredible. I would recommend Pine Peaks Wedding Center to all of my friends. Randy the bartender was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We slept in on Sunday and checked out after the football game. Thank you Pine Peaks

I was a wedding guest

My husband and I attended a wedding at Pine Peaks Event Center this past fall and I was very impressed with this venue. The grounds were serene with beautiful views of the country side- in a very private setting. The grounds and buildings are well maintained with ample lighting. The guest house had plenty of room for a large wedding party.

Luckily the weather on this fall day was perfect for an outdoor wedding. The seating was arranged nicely and there was good flow throughout. The meal catered at the event was outstanding and the dance floor was hopping! We enjoyed the evening and I will certainly recommend Pine Peaks Event Center to anyone wanting to host a wedding at a very cool destination in north central Minnesota.

The perfect venue!

Pine Peaks was the perfect venue for our 10/1/22 wedding! Everything from communication from the day we booked in 2020 to our wedding day was seamless! Priscilla, the owner, is very responsive, organized and accommodating. She was always available via email or phone and promptly answered any questions. We stayed in the Retreat House from Thursday to Sunday which was such a bonus! Our wedding party stayed with us in the house and we were able to have the Rehearsal Dinner right on-site. We used decorations available from the venue to decorate nearly everything which also saved a lot of money (and hauling)! I appreciated being able to set everything up Thursday and Friday so that we didn't have to worry about any of that on Saturday. Priscilla and her team handle all of the clean up and tear down on Saturday night so we didn't have to worry about any of that either! The food and desserts were amazing! We got so many compliments on the food, and the woodfire late night pizza they serve is to die for! The venue , retreat house and the property are flawlessly maintained. We received so many compliments on the venue, the staff, and the event itself from our guests. The weather for our wedding day was 70 degrees and GORGEOUS. If the weather had not cooperated, there are options for indoor ceremonies, which was nice to have a back up plan if needed. Priscilla truly made things less stressful and was always available for questions or anything needed! Overall, I can't recommend Pine Peaks enough for your wedding!

An Excellent Wedding Venue


Pine Peaks Wedding and Event Center is a magical wedding venue. The weather was as beautiful as the Bride and Groom. The grounds and outside Ceremony area were perfect and Megan and Brody’s Wedding went off without a hitch. Thank you Pine Peaks.

Worth every penny

We are so happy that we decided to have our wedding at Pine Peaks! Having the retreat house for us and our immediate families was amazing. Getting the entire place Thursday-Sunday is what sold us! We were able to take our time decorating, and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy too. Corey is a great guy, always friendly and willing to help with anything! We really enjoyed him. He is a big reason as to what makes this place great! We didn’t see Priscilla quite as much, but each interaction with her was great and it was nice to see her working as part of the serving/kitchen staff! We continue to get several compliments on how beautiful our wedding was, and how great the food was. We for sure recommend Pine Peaks!

Wouldn't have been married anywhere else...

I cannot begin to express how amazing our wedding day was. Priscilla is kind, caring, and such a fun person to work with! She was able to be accommodating with COVID and push our wedding date back a whole year! The retreat house is an excellent way to have close family and the bridal party stay at because it is just a few feet away from the event center and its amazing!! All our guests that stayed there had nothing but good things to say. Also, lets not forget to mention Corey and the bartender Ryan. The only way to describe Corey is incredible! He stepped in last minute to run our ceremony music, helped set things up that I didn't even know would be possible but was what my dream was, and was always around to answer questions or have a good laugh! And Ryan, he was so nice and sweet to all of our guests! Very accommodating by making our "special cocktail" and was always there when we needed to take a breather from the dance floor and have a chat! I cannot say enough good things about Pine Peaks and I am so glad we chose them for our wedding venue. It was magical and everything we could of dreamed of. THANK YOU so much to everyone who helped. We could not of done it without all of you!!
