Cimiez Manor is a historic wedding venue located in Leesburg, Virginia. The house was originally constructed in 1840, maintaining thirteen-and-a-half acres just two miles outside of downtown Leesburg. The Oldtown is easily accessible through transportation services, meaning that you and your guests are able to enjoy all that the historic atmosphere has to offer. The venue is available for weddings, special events, banquets, and business events.
Facility and Capacity
Cimiez Manor has a 200 person capacity. Its grand rooms and halls offer over 6,000 square feet of indoor space, creating an ideal environment for up to 150 guests. There are three rooms held with the walls, each providing the ability to host large groups. The rooms that are available to rent include the Grand Salon, the Library, and the Solarium. The Solarium boasts an outdoor patio, perfect for those couples that wish to bring the outdoors inside. For any booking, there are get-ready spaces that present activities such as foosball and pool as well as plenty of bathrooms. There is a gorgeous sunroom that provides a fantastic area to take pre and post-wedding photos. In addition to that, there is also a chalkboard wall that is available for customization as per your request. Cimiez Manor accommodates tents outside to reach the maximum capacity of 200 guests. The plot has a wide view of the valley, perched on the mountainside to gain the best vantage possible. Old-growth trees and a red barn embellish the scenic views, offering a touch of chic romance to any occasion.

Cimiez Manor is available for nine-hour rental periods, offering a free rehearsal hour on a specified date prior to your event. Cimiez Manor is host to only one event per day, meaning that your celebration will take full priority on your selected date. Best team for the worst case scenario - handled flawlessly!
Wes and Jill were lovely to work with. They were beyond flexible with the specific needs of our wedding and we were so impressed with the way they facilitated everything seamlessly! From moving chairs to steam-ironing tablecloths and beautiful hand-drawn chalk art that was personalized to our wedding, Wes and Jill ensured that everything was taken care of. Additionally, there were strong winds on our wedding day, resulting in a neighborhood-wide power outage in the middle of our ceremony. During cocktail hour, Wes and Jill lit every candle they could find, manually ensured the bathrooms were functioning, and were hauling in a generator right as the power magically came back on! They truly went above and beyond and, most importantly, made sure that we as a couple were not stressed and assured us that it was being handled.
Aside from the wonderful staff, the venue itself is a true gem! Getting married in March, we were worried that no venue would have greenery for our early-spring wedding. However, the bamboo provided us with the perfect backdrop! The rooms are beautifully decorated and the manor has various styles of chairs and other decor to choose from. We definitely saved hundreds in decorations due to the manor having so much charm and general decor to use! My husband especially loved the spacious grooms suite that included the entire basement, stocked with games and comfy seating. A gem of a location, especially for a smaller wedding!

Nothing but the best
Wes and Jill Dunn, the owners of Cimiez Manor, went above and beyond for wedding our day. From helping us coordinate the entire day, allowing us to use their decor, and just calming every single nerve you could think of- we could not have had a more special day. Beautiful Venue, Superior Professionalism
I highly recommend Cimiez Manor to anyone who is looking for a beautiful venue and unforgettable experience. The owners Jill and Wes are truly fantastic. Due to Covid-19 we had to postpone our wedding date, and then had to cancel after unavoidable circumstance. The owners had showed exceptional understanding and went above and beyond to help us out during such stressful times. Our family and friends greatly waited for the day to hold our wedding at Cimiez Manor with Classic Catering even prior to cancellation. We will definitely be using Cimiez Manor in the future not only because of the wonderful managers and staff, but the place itself is a perfect combination of historic charm and garden party. Most highly recommend!

Amazing venue and wonderful people
Let me tell you about Cimiez Manor and its owners, Jill and Wes Dunn. Let me start with the venue. The house is perfect for an indoor/ outdoor ceremony and reception. It's so beautiful that you don't even need to decorate it that much except for some flowers to make it look even prettier. There are separate suites for the bride and groom to get ready, which was very important to us as we did not want to drive around too much on our wedding day. Our guests absolutely loved the house and everyone said the atmosphere there was almost fairytale like, especially when the sun set and we all got to enjoy the outdoor lights and the fire pit by the newly renovated patio.
The owners of Cimiez Manor, Jill and Wes Dunn, are extremely accommodating, professional and organized. They are awesome coordinators and communicators. Everything went smoothly on our wedding day thanks to their hard work and professionalism. Not only did they help us decorate the house and set everything up for us prior to the wedding, but they also treated us as if we were part of their family for a day. They allowed us to visit the venue before the wedding whenever we needed it, drop off whatever we needed for the wedding ahead of time and show up at whatever time we needed to on our wedding day with no extra cost. Throughout the ceremony and the reception, both Wes and Jill helped us immensely, especially me, being there without my parents or close family due to the pandemic. They are extremely hardworking, warm, welcoming and wonderful people. They both went above and beyond to make our day extra special. I don't think I have enough words to express how grateful I am for their help and support during not only the wedding day itself but throughout this very stressful process leading up to it. If you are thinking about Cimiez Manor as your wedding venue, just go ahead and book them. You will not regret it!

Beautiful venue and amazing people!
We had our wedding at Cimiez Manor on 8/1/2020 and LOVED it! It was the best decision we made for our wedding. Jill and Wes (the venue owners) are incredibly flexible, knowledgeable about the industry, and wonderful to work with. Getting married during a pandemic presented unique challenges, but Jill and Wes were incredible in helping us through each one. We highly recommend this venue for other couples!

Lovely, charming venue with AMAZING owners
Whether you are looking for a wedding venue or a venue for a party, Cimiez Manor is the place to be! It is such an incredibly lovely and charming venue. The owners, Jill and Wes, are AMAZING! They helped me and my husband through the entire process. From the moment we got to the home to have a walk through and met Jill, we knew that this was where we wanted to get married. They were flexible, knowledge, caring and kind. They brought my “vision” alive. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
