This venue is gorgeous, and the owner is wonderful to work with. She really goes out of her way to make sure every detail is thought out.

We found this little gem in Cumberland and immediately fell in love! This venue is so incredibly beautiful. They add new things and every time it gets more amazing. I mean pictures for days here! Anywhere you look it’s a perfect picture op. From the beautiful manor covered in vines and beautiful brick, the the cute waterfall installation added. The tree swings, the adorable pond! And the tent!! What a game changer!! Everything I dreamed my wedding day would look like.

The response time from the venue was a little delayed or slower then I would have liked, but in the end everything was communicated.

What we loved most was how affordable it was and that we had the option of renting the venue from Thursday-Sunday. It made it great to spend some time at the venue with family and friends before and after our wedding.

Tables and chairs and tent all come included with the price, and they have an array of tables to pick from. They also have wedding decor stuff you can rent from them.

Colby was great to work with! We had no issues (that I was made aware of) wedding day with preparations.

It is a more laid back venue which is what we liked about it, so if you’re someone looking for the fast response time (bridezilla) I would definitely suggest having a wedding planner reach out to them.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and worth the photographs, however, this property is poorly managed and I was ripped off at the end. The venue still owes me money that I was promised as refund. The owner never sent me a check and completely ignored my texts, calls and emails. The wedding was stunningly beautiful but I was disappointed at the end.
