Catie is such a gem! She was an absolute dream to work with! My fiance was lucky enough to find her to work with to capture his surprise proposal to me during a trip we took to San Francisco (we're from New York) and I am so happy that he chose her! Catie is so talented at what she does and she has a way to make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera! The images she captures are so natural and breathtaking, I am forever grateful for the pictures she took of our special moment! She is such a sweetheart! I high recommend her!

I can't say enough great things about Catie. Her work is phenomenal and speaks for itself so I won't focus this review on the output you receive from her because she is clearly talented. What I will say about Catie outside of her wonderful imagery is that she is such a great person to have around on your wedding day. As a couple, in the overall scope of your wedding day, you are in constant motion from one milestone to the next and having someone like Catie being around to constantly pay attention to you, your family, your friends and other vendors is so appreciated. She has such a warm personality that it feels like you hired your best friend from childhood to capture your wedding day. You never feel awkward in front of her camera and whenever you are feeling nervous or anxious she will quickly relieve the pressure with a welcoming joke or lighthearted comment. When you gather with your families and friends in the days after your wedding day you always end up chatting about the things that stood out to you. Catie was the one person every member of our tribe said they loved! They all said she felt so down-to-Earth and couldn't believe how efficient she was. For couples looking to book a photographer - I would encourage you to consider Catie. Her work is fantastic in itself but you will be grateful to have her as part of your vendor team.

I spent a lot of time searching for fine art photographers and was taken by Catie's work online. Her style is so classically beautiful, romantically artistic, and that of Martha's weddings and Vogue caliber. She has a way with capturing candid moments well and knows how to seek the best lighting (handy device on hand)!
In addition, she so patiently worked with us with our ever-changing and disappointing wedding plan changes due to the pandemic. Catie was so gracious throughout the process and it was a great relief to have a vendor we could count on to be there when our special day finally came!
The day of our wedding, Catie guided us thorough so many glamourous poses, captured our vision, and paid attention to the finer details i.e. making sure my hair was in place, veil etc. She was so naturally positive and joyful for us that day, it really made us feel special. I cannot recommend her enough! We received the highest compliments from many of our friends who said our wedding photos looked that of magazine work. Her work speaks for itself and on top of that, she is truly kind professional, highly organized, and an expert in her craft. As Ansel Adams once said, “A great photograph is one that fully expresses what one feels, in the deepest sense, about what is being photographed.” Catie captured just that for us.
