Hi, I’m Blythe! A wedding, couples, and portrait photographer based between San Francisco and Atlanta, and always happy to meet you somewhere in between (or far beyond).

I’ve been doing this for over eight years now, although it all started with video before I slowly found my way to photography. Since then, I’ve really just been following what I love: creating something tangible out of the people, moments, and stories in front of me.

I’ve been told I have a calming presence, which might be one of my favorite compliments. I want you to feel comfortable enough to relax, have fun, be completely yourself, and trust me to do my thing. And after all these years, I still get genuinely excited about the photos we create. Like, kicking-my-feet-at-my-desk-while-editing excited when I know we got the shot.

At the end of the day, that’s what keeps me coming back; getting to turn a little piece of your life into something you can actually hold onto.

The photographs I love most begin with trust. My approach is rooted in creating a space where you can settle in, let your guard down, and feel completely like yourselves. Be affectionate, be goofy, move freely, laugh loudly. I’ll offer direction when you need it, while leaving plenty of room for the honest, unscripted moments to unfold on their own.

From beginning to end, this is about so much more than showing up with a camera. I want to build the kind of trust where you know I’m fully in your corner, from offering planning guidance and advocating for what matters to you to navigating the day and handling whatever comes up. I’ve buttoned dresses, wiped down ceremony chairs, placed flowers on cakes, and stepped in wherever I’m needed. Whatever helps you stress less, stay present, and have the most fun with your people, I’m there.
