As a vendor, I have been at Caffe Luna dozens of times in my career and I can tell you that they are very kind professionals! Their food is always amazing and the staff's friendliness is even better! I always love getting to come downtown to party with Darcey and her staff!

I can't say enough about the fabulous job that Caffe Luna did catering my daughter's wedding. Darcey was so professional, organized, and competent from the first meeting to the end of the event. The food was plentiful and delicious. Our guests left full and happy. I recommend using them for any event. So happy with their services.

My husband and I got married at Caffe Luna this November and we were so happy with the venue! We had both the ceremony and reception at Caffe Luna. It was great to have it on a Sunday as the restaurant was closed and we had the whole place.

Darcey was super helpful throughout the planning process, always happy to answer questions and replying quickly. The day of the wedding, the staff helped with the setup of the centerpieces, served the food and helped cut and serve our cake. And not to mention the food was delicious! Everything went so smoothly and we were able to just have fun and enjoy the day with our loved ones.

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner here over Labor Day weekend, and it was perfect! Darcey was so friendly and easy to work with, responding very timely to emails and phone calls. All the food was amazing (we went with the Ravioli and the white cream pasta dish as our pasta choices, the latter being a huge hit); people said it was probably one of the best rehearsal dinners they have had! It was so easy to just have an open bar of wine and beer. The staff was very attentive, and spaced out the courses perfectly. Both dessert options were delicious. We had a couple people who had to eat gluten free, and the staff was able to use high-quality GF pasta for those people. We had 37 people in our group which felt like the right amount of people; if we had the max amount of people allowed (50), it probably would've felt too crowded and too loud. The room/decor felt very classic and elegant without feeling stuffy. We invited our guests to the speakeasy (Watts & Ward) below the restaurant, which was a huge hit with our guests! Overall, I would 100% recommend this establishment for anyone looking to host a rehearsal dinner or a large party. My husband, my in-laws, and I could not imagine picking anywhere else!

We had our wedding reception at Caffe Luna at the beginning of August (our ceremony was at JC Raulston Arboretum). I mainly chose Caffe Luna for the price because we were trying to have a "cheaper" wedding. It is incredibly reasonable and it makes it so easy that food + alcohol + venue + service is all included. Cost effectiveness aside, I was absolutely blown away by Caffe Luna as a wedding reception venue! Darcey, the catering manager is such a joy to work with. Not only is she nicest person ever, but she is so quick to respond and so flexible. Caffe Luna staff helps with setting up & breaking down & they also serve the alcohol. They helped my reception run so smoothly and were so great to work with. I highly recommend having your reception here if it is on the smaller side (room fits about 80 people with room for the dance floor). You will love the food & the staff! Also we took some amazing pictures outside super close to Caffe Luna (see attached).

Caffe Luna was one of the preferred vendors for The Stockroom at 230, and we are so glad that they were! They were affordable (comparatively speaking), the food was delicious, and the service was amazing. Darcey was an absolute dream to work with! We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and Darcey kept in touch with us the entire time. Even when I had to make several adjustments to what we needed, Darcey worked with us to make sure we were able to stay within our budget and still get what we wanted. I highly recommend Caffe Luna for anyone looking for an amazing, delicious, and affordable service!

What a beautiful venue. The food was amazing (as it always is) and the staff was wonderful. Darcey was committed to making our day special. She was so organized and efficient. This is probably the best value you will get for your money. The buffet price includes wine and beer!

Caffe Luna was very quaint, yet such an elegant experience. Not a lot of decor needed. The food was delicious and the staff was professional and very helpful with all aspects of my wedding from beginning to end.

Cafe Luna catered our wedding at the Cannon Room on 10/23/21 and we couldn't be happier! I'm vegetarian and their normal buffet has a lot of meat on it, but they were very willing to work with us and make sure it was a delicious, largely vegetarian menu. We got lots of compliments on the food!

The staff on the day of the event were wonderful, joyful, and helpful all night and Darcey is a legit pleasure to work with! She was very helpful during our planning process, quick to respond to questions and generally wonderful to work with.

Other things we appreciated: they were open to serving desserts from anywhere and would also serve alcohol we brought in at no additional fee. Another big plus for us was that their is one price per guest that includes food and alcohol. This helped us avoid surprise bills at the end of the event, which was important to us. They also had real plates, glasses, silverware, and linens available as part of the cost.

We used Caffe Luna for catering for our micro wedding. We worked closely with Darcey to build our perfect menu. Darcey went above and beyond to make our catering experience perfect! The food was amazing and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Caffe Luna for your catering needs.
