My experience with Bridal Babes has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! Wedding planning is stressful enough without a company adding unnecessary frustration and disappointment.On September 30, I was informed that my bridesmaids dresses, originally expected the first week of October, would not arrive until approximately October 17. With my November 6 wedding approaching, I requested a phone call to discuss the delay. Instead, Bridal Babes said they were unavailable. On October 1, they canceled the orders, claiming our messages and requests were excessive. I never authorized the cancellation simply by requesting a conversation!Worse, I am STILL chasing my $100 refund. I paid $100 that was applied toward my sister ******* bridesmaid dress, which Bridal Babes confirmed in writing. After canceling the orders, I emailed on October 7, followed up on October 9, and contacted them AGAIN on October 12. The other four bridesmaids reportedly received their refunds, but mine remains outstanding.On October 12, Bridal Babes claimed all bridesmaids had received full refunds, yet they did not confirm that my separate $100 payment had been returned. As of October 15, my refund remains unresolved.**THIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!** The delayed dresses, canceled orders, poor communication, and repeated follow-ups over my own money have made wedding planning even more stressful.I am attaching the emails, text messages, invoice, payment receipt, and cancellation documentation so prospective customers can see the communications for themselves.Delays happen, but how a company handles problems matters. In my experience, Bridal Babes failed to resolve this situation professionally.**I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRIDAL BABES.** Proceed with caution and keep every receipt and message. No bride should have to deal with this nightmare before her wedding. One star is more than enough!
