Men in Black are the best! We hired them after interviewing a few different bands. We liked that we knew exactly who we were getting, since the band doesn't rotate members in and out depending on availability like some of the other wedding bands on the circuit. We did not have a chance to check out a live showcase before making our decision but we went off of MiB's great reviews, their videos, and our very positive conversations with Jeff. We made the right decision!

In the months leading up to the wedding, Jeff was extremely available for phone calls regarding timelines, music selections, and other questions. We ended up adding on an extra hour of Nick the pianist's time for cocktail hour- it was an easy process to add this on and it streamlined our decisions since we didn't have to hire a separate musician. They would've done our ceremony too if we'd wanted, but we had our ceremony offsite at a church. The band was flexible in terms of song selection- we gave them our input and they did a great job mixing in our requests with crowd favorites. We wanted to use the recorded version of our first dance song, so they agreed to learn another song that was not on their list in its place, which we really appreciated!

On the day of the wedding, the band was prompt and professional. Nick did a great job during cocktail hour and having the piano music really elevated the experience. The band played a lowkey set during part of dinner, and once dinner was done the party was rolling! Every member of the band brought incredible energy the entire night and it was clear they were genuinely having fun! During our prewedding calls Jeff had mentioned a "audience participation" component- honestly I was a little skeptical, but (without spoiling it), he and Wendy do an amazing job of getting everyone involved without having it be cheesy or forced! My family loves to rock out at weddings and so it was really important to me to have a band who could crush it. Men in Black more than delivered!! You will not regret hiring them for your wedding.

Men in Black was absolutely amazing and truly made our wedding night so much fun! They had a live guitarist for the cocktail hour who was also amazing, we upgraded to the saxophone and he was SOOO good on the floor with the sax , dancing with the crowd. I already knew they were going to be great because i have heard them before, but they were even better than we ever imagined. They sounded incredible, kept the energy high all night, and had everyone out on the dance floor the entire time. They didn’t even take a break because everyone was having too much fun. I especially loved how much they interacted with the crowd and made everyone feel like they were part of the performance. The timing, song choices, and flow of the entire night were perfect. So many of our guests are still talking about how awesome the band was and how much fun they had! We are so happy we chose Men in Black for our wedding and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to Jeff and the entire band for making our wedding night better than we ever could have imagined!

We could not have been happier with Men in Black! From start to finish, they brought the most incredible energy and made our reception such a fun, unforgettable night. They had an amazing ability to read the room and knew exactly what songs would keep everyone out on the dance floor. They played nonstop, covered all the songs everyone wanted to hear, and kept the party going all night long.

So many guests came up to us during and after the wedding to tell us how incredible the band was. The dance floor was packed all night, which was exactly what we hoped for. Men in Black absolutely delivered and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for an amazing wedding band!

Last October, my wife and I were married in Southern Vermont. Going in, we already knew we loved this talented group from having seen them at two previous weddings. However, we couldn't anticipate how much this group would add to our own special day. Jeff and his band kept our many friends and family lively throughout the night with a good mix of classic and contemporary music. They truly know how to capture the moment at each and every stage of the night, not to mention the professionalism with which they do their work. Jeff and his band could not have exceeded our expectations any further - our first dance of Neil Young's "Harvest Moon" is a lifelong memory for us among many from the night. I recommend these great people for any couple looking for a night full of lively energy and laughter. The cherry on top was the cowbell they provided to me and my wife when they graciously shared the stage with us at the end of the night. Thank you Jeff and Team - we hope to see you on a dance floor again in the future!

We had SO much fun with Men In Black at our wedding. People are still talking about how good the band was almost a year later! Could not recommend them more!

We had the best experience at a friend’s wedding dancing to Men in Black that we had to book them for our own wedding and we couldn’t be more thankful that we did. Jeff made the process so stress free and fun for us from the start of our wedding planning to the day of the wedding. He is so knowledgeable regarding how to clip certain songs for the wedding ceremony, wedding entrances, first dances, etc. and kept everything on time in order to allow for optimal time spent on the dance floor. The most compliments I received from guests on my wedding day was how amazing the band was and how much fun they had on the dance floor and that was so important for my husband and I. They brought such amazing energy, were flexible with songs and even learned an extra song for us knowing how much it meant to us. All songs that they played were high energy and kept the guests dancing all night. I didn’t see any guests sitting during our wedding and that is a testament to how amazing the Men in Black Band is. Not only are the song choices top notch but everyone in the band is so incredibly talented and great to work with. They pulled the bridal party on stage multiple times throughout the night and had us playing instruments which was such a highlight of the night. Could not recommend them more!! 

While previewing bands to play my wedding I first saw them at a sports bar - and half an hour later I KNEW I was hiring them. Their crowd work, energy, sound and style is phenomenal. Live music was a must have for my wedding, and I am beyond thrilled with their performance - they blew the doors off. Three songs into the DINNER set, people were on the dance floor dancing. I paid for an extra hour, and at 11pm the floor was full, with people calling for more songs. They worked the crowd, had the groomsmen perform a song, the bridesmaids doing a song, and even *I* was playing guitar despite not knowing how. If live music is something you want - look no further, this is the band you want to book. They are polished, practiced, and can adjust the playlist on the fly to keep the party moving and great moments happening. Thank you guys for the amazing night.

Men in Black is THE BEST BAND to get your celebration started and keep the party going. From start to finish they were easy to work with, helped us plan the timing of everything….then got EVERYONE on the dance floor- even those who don’t dance! They definitely know how to get all to join in and have an amazing time! My daughter’s wedding was PERFECT (at Beauport hotel in Gloucester which was also amazing) and I would not have chosen any other band to play at her wedding. I am still getting text messages raving about everything! I don’t think the band even took a break! HIGHLY RECOMMEND👍🏽

Men In Black performed at Wright's Mill Farm in August for my daughter's wedding. The band did a great job getting guests involved. I especially loved playing the maraca with the groomsmen and band. The band was the hit of the wedding!

We are SO happy we had Men in Black be our band for our wedding!! Guests were singing their praises throughout the night and contacting us afterwards to do so, too. Their talent is evident and the fun they were having was infectious. They were super interactive with the dance floor, but not in a show-off way that I’ve seen other wedding bands do - it was solely for getting the crowd involved to have more fun and enjoy themselves more. It was awesome. Jeff was collaborative and great to work with leading up to the wedding, too. Highly recommend booking them!!
