Our wedding day would not have been possible without Lindsey’s excellent work! She was there with us every step of the way and it was so appreciated! She is the queen of logistics and executing visions perfectly and had a fantastic Rolodex of vendors for everything we could want (including a Scottish ceildh band!).

We knew we had hired the right wedding planner when all of the vendors who had worked with Lindsey before said that she is the best!

People kept asking if we were stressed or anxious - and we weren’t because we knew that Lindsey had everything in hand. You can’t put a price on that!

There aren’t enough positive things I could say about Lindsey and her team. Because of her, we enjoyed EVERY SINGLE SECOND of our wedding weekend—from the “tailgate chic” welcome party to our 4 a.m. fire pit after-party at the hotel. Her attention to detail, both big and small, was noticed by every single guest and vendor throughout the weekend. Thanks to her, we were able to live out our dream wedding without a single worry. Our only regret is that we can’t do it all over again every weekend!

No matter what is happening, Lindsey is calm, collected, and working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure you get to fully enjoy your weekend. She has a calming effect on everyone. We constantly changed things up, and Lindsey always adjusted seamlessly as if it had been the plan all along. When a guest had a health issue right before we walked down the aisle, Lindsey and her team immediately sprang into action—getting the guest the medical attention they needed while keeping us calm (and still on schedule).

We worked with Lindsey for a year leading up to our wedding. Our “dream” design board from our very first meeting became a breathtaking reality 12 months later. Lindsey has the rare ability to turn ideas into action, while also guiding you through what’s a “must-have,” a “nice-to-have,” and what’s not worth the investment. I’ll never forget walking into the wedding tent and literally seeing our design board come to life.

She joined every call with positivity and great energy. She always listened carefully to our ideas and vision, then added thoughtful suggestions to elevate them even further. Working with her truly felt like working with family. Planning a wedding while juggling kids and busy schedules wasn’t easy, but Lindsey never once complained. Instead, she made us feel special every step of the way and encouraged us to chase our wedding dreams.

At one point, we had planned for our guests to stay at a single resort. But when Lindsey sensed we weren’t loving the atmosphere, she quickly coordinated two additional site visits and even helped negotiate a wedding block at another hotel that felt like the perfect fit. This is just one of countless examples of how Lindsey understood our feelings and went above and beyond to create the exact vibe we wanted.

Lindsey is magic. She and her team delivered time after time again through the planning process and weekend of. We met Lindsey about a year ago and hired her to plan our youngest daughter’s wedding in Woodstock Vermont. It was our 3rd child to get married in the year so I had worked with multiple wedding planners! Lindsey is far and away the best planner ever! Nothing was ever to difficult for her. She was able to secure fabulous vendors from all over and she “produced” my daughter’s dream wedding. Nothing fazed her… put after party food truck cancelled 10 days before and without missing a beat she secured another food truck for Saturday of Labor Day weekend in Woodstock vermont which was far better than the original. When we saw rain in the forecast a few days before the wedding she pivoted with a whole new plan. When we got a sudden down pour during cocktail hour she got nearly 200 guests umbrellas and under the tent in seconds. Every aspect of working with Linsey was such a pleasure. I truly believe she is a magician. If anyone needed anything all weekend Lindsay made it happen. I asked her once if she can fly? She responded sure what do you need! I meant she must fly because she got things done so quickly. I will never use any other part planner Ever. No matter where in the world we are planning and event I would only hire Lindsey!!!

Lindsey was so professional, trustworthy, and organized. Her industry experience was invaluable. Our only job for the weekend was to have fun - she took care of the rest.

She found creative ways to take our Pinterest board vision and make it come to life without breaking the bank. The vendors/partners she recommended were all incredibly helpful and kind, which also spoke to the relationships and reputation she's built over her career.

Leading up to the wedding, people kept telling us that we seemed so calm and relaxed, and I'm certain that wouldn't have been the case unless we had a planner we could trust. Even though we had some rain and had to pivot to plan B, our guests would have never known. Our "plan B" turned out just as beautiful, if not more beautiful than the original plan.

She truly had our back throughout the process and it was the best weekend of our lives thanks to her and her team's effort!

- The granola bars she sourced for the Welcome boxes (we wanted the boxes to be primarily Vermont-based vendors, and she totally delivered).
- The cozy various seating areas and lounge pieces that surrounded the reception, so folks who needed a break could hang and chat.
- The hand lettering on the seating "cards" - they were lollipops! - at our rehearsal dinner.

Here is an abridged list of things that made me extra grateful for Lindsey:
- In the last few days before the wedding, when I was adding bits and bobs (examples: Can I serve mochi desserts? Can we sign a Ketubah? Can we do incense burning ceremony led by our 100 year old matriarch?) Lindsey effortlessly responded to me "No problem." "Heard." "I got you." I never felt like I asked anything that threw her off, and always felt "heard."
- When small hiccups came up (I found out after the wedding about only a few, and I'm sure there are others I don't know!) neither of us as bride or groom had any idea. I knew that since we had been working together with Lindsey to plan the wedding, she knew inherently what we would want, and solved problems behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy ourselves.
- Her perfect mix of attack-mode energy with cool-calm-collected vibe. For our entire event, she floated in and out and around, and it was clear she had her eyes on each detail. She knew what mattered most to us, and always kept our priorities at the top of her list.

I was on the fence about hiring a wedding planner for our daughter’s wedding this past September. The wedding was going to be at our home, and we were pretty confident that we had a good handle on hiring the right vendors and timing the events. My friends told me that the only way to actually enjoy the wedding day, was to hire a planner. My friends were so right! Lindsay proved to be the invaluable insurance we needed to coordinate and realize the weekend that our daughter envisioned. Her comprehensive experience and knowledge of event planning allowed us to avoid pitfalls that we hadn’t anticipated, and she made innumerable positive suggestions to improve our plan. She is a consummate and unflappable professional, with a beautiful sense of style. When she first visited our home, it was dead winter, nothing was in bloom and the sky was gray. But Lindsey was smiling and easily envisioned the wedding with our property in full bloom. On the day of the wedding, she effortlessly multi-tasked all the moving parts, and managed all unexpected events calmly and quickly. An hour before our ceremony, the mother of the groom tripped and fell, cutting her lip and chipping a tooth. Lindsay immediately assessed and addressed the situation - which was fortunately not too serious – and the wedding proceeded without a hiccup. Do yourself a huge favor. Hire Lindsay so that you can relax, enjoy, and be fully present on your wedding day. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Lindsey comes with a vast knowledge of event planning, an extensive vendor network, and a beautiful design aesthetic. What you also get when you work with Lindsey is a collaborator. Lindsey listened to the style of wedding we wanted and to the type of energetic frequency we wanted our guests to experience and from there she presented and built an inclusive team that would carry us through our glamourous and glorious day. We picked a location because of its beauty and together with Lindsey we built the venue that none of our guests will forget. They are still talking about it! We had 2 bands, with members flown in nationally and internationally, each with their differing sound needs and we had a guest chef from Los Angeles that Lindsey seamlessly connected with local food vendors and chefs for an incredible dining experience. We wanted to work locally as much as possible and Lindsey coordinated multiple tent vendors to all work together to build an amazing venue with locally sourced power and lighting and sound. We even had wind and rain for which Lindsey was prepared and executed solutions on sight with ease. Perhaps most importantly, as brides on the day of, we were well taken care of with lunch and gowns being steamed etc. What Lindsey built for our wedding reflected the love we have for one another and for our community. We were able to give our community an event that was just as much for them as it was for us. Thank you, Lindsey, and your amazing team.

Our daughter's wedding last weekend exceeded all of our expectations. Lindsey helped us every step of the way. The recommendations she made for the venue and each and every vendor were spot on. I have received so many compliments from our guests on the quality of the food, the photography and video, the flowers, the band. And to each I said, "you can thank Lindsey."
No matter our request, it was impossible to find something she couldn't handle. When the car full of bridesmaids arrived to the ceremony, the strap had torn on my daughter (the maid of honor's) dress. Lindsey ran over with her sewing kit and stitched it up in less than 5 minutes.
Then the guests arrived on a glorious, sunny Vermont day and were delighted to find pitchers of lemon and cucumber water where they could fill a glass and take it to their seat. I received several comments on this level of detail that added to their overall experience of the event.

If you are thinking about hiring a planner, you should, and if you are reading this review you should hire Lindsey. Trust me. We had gotten to a point in our planning where we had a lot of vendors in place and ideas on how we wanted our wedding to go, but then realized we needed help with execution. Enter Lindsey – she took what we already had, then made the rest of the process smooth and flawless. Our wedding was exactly what we wanted it to be, and she did SO much work leading up to the wedding as well as throughout our wedding weekend, I honestly do not know how we would have had the time to even attend our own wedding without her. You can trust in her process - she will advocate for you with vendors, give you honest feedback on everything you throw her way, and make your wedding exactly what you are dreaming up. There were countless times leading up to and including during our wedding dinner where my husband said “thank goodness we found Lindsey” and I couldn’t agree more. We honestly still can’t believe how wonderful the whole weekend was and it was truly thanks to her flawless execution.
