The story of Borracho Tacos starts with Christian España and his dream to share his passion for the fine art of Mexican Cuisine. Christian dreamed of running his own catering service, and in the Spring of 2011 dream became reality as Christian began Borracho Tacos. Christian took pride in making each dish his own, and as he started to cater to friends and family, people began to take notice, and word of mouth began to spread about the amazing tacos. It wasn't long before the aroma of Borracho Tacos began to linger in Orange County and all of a sudden people knew about this awesome caterer with great food and an awesome name (borracho is "drunk" in Spanish for all you gringos!).

Borracho Tacos are AWESOME!!!!! They were wonderful to work with and the food was incredible!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone having a party, casual rehearsal dinner!!! We had a welcome party for all of our out of state guests and used Borracho Tacos...they have a food truck and cooked everything fresh onsite and OMG the food was AWESOME!! Everyone loved it and still talks about how great their food was.
