When I met with Tonya, she instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease with the giant task that was planning a wedding. It felt like I had a friend in my corner who cared deeply about my wedding day, and what more could you ask for from your coordinator.

Throughout the entire planning process, Tonya was always available to answer my questions, give me recommendations, and reassure me that I was not forgetting anything! Having her on my team definitely played a huge role in my wedding day going as smoothly as it did.

My wedding day was absolutely perfect. My husband and I both agreed that we truly would not change a single thing, and we owe Tonya for the seamless organization of our timeline, making sure everything stayed on track on the day, and ensuring all of the coordination with my vendors/set up matched my vision (which it did, to a T).

As the MOB, I was involved in the planning process of my daughter’s wedding with the help and support of Tonya and her team at Blueprints. Whenever I had a concern or needed support, Tonya would tell me, I got this, don’t you worry. Tonya’s team was able to handle the day of the wedding logistics, so I did not have to. It was like having your best friend take over, giving you all the confidence in the world they had this and boy did they. This team will make your dreams come true; it will be beyond your expectations.

Hiring Blueprints was the best decision I ever made when planning my wedding! My biggest regret was not hiring them sooner! Even at the 3 months out mark, they were amazing and professional. Blueprints truly captured my vision for my wedding and made it reality. I would say a few things I liked and very poorly describe my vision and Blueprints was like "yes, I know exactly what you mean," and they did! I could not have asked for a better experience. (I'd also like to add for the entire planning process I was on the other side of the country. Through timezone differences & a pandemic they always were on top of things and kept me in the know about what was going on in NC while I was in MT!)

The wedding day....WOW....not a single thing went wrong or off. I mean not a single thing! The day was perfect! Tonya and her team were professional, kind, and on their game. Even some very last minute changes took place (military life lol) and they accommodated it like not even a second thought. I truly never worried about anything, my husband and I enjoyed ourselves at the wedding and there wasn't a single thing to think about except just having fun!!

My family and friends literally kept talking about how great Blueprints was and they took care of so much afterwards...donating flowers and food, truly angels. Such an amazing woman owned and operated team...I guess I'll just have to have another party to work with them again! My husband didn't know all the ins and outs of the wedding (he was in another state than I was) and after the wedding said how great of an idea it was to hire them and how everything was just perfect, no hitches at all. I will never stop praising Tonya and her team for the awesome work they did to make a truly memorable and wonderful day...Can't tell you how many people commented on our wedding being one of the most fun they have been to. Great people, great business plan, great coordination!! I would gladly bet on them for making an event special and just the way you want it! 💯💯💯
