  The best wedding coordinator in the area

  Tonya and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. The services that Blueprints offered exceeded our expectations. Any request we had they were able to deliver. I truly couldn't have asked for a better group of people or coordinate and organize our wedding.

  The best decision we made.

  As the MOB, I was involved in the planning process of my daughter’s wedding with the help and support of Tonya and her team at Blueprints. Whenever I had a concern or needed support, Tonya would tell me, I got this, don’t you worry. Tonya’s team was able to handle the day of the wedding logistics, so I did not have to. It was like having your best friend take over, giving you all the confidence in the world they had this and boy did they. This team will make your dreams come true; it will be beyond your expectations.

  The BEST decision you can make!

  Blueprints Wedding & Event Coordination was simply the best decision I could have ever made when planning my wedding. The amount of genuine care, guidance, and assistance that Tonya and her team provided with us leading up to and all the way through our day was unmatched. I literally worried about NOTHING for the entirety of my day and our wedding went off without a hitch. I would hire Tonya for any and everything. The professionalism, attention to detail, and value of this company was simply exceptional.

  Perfection

  Tonya and her team are WONDERFUL to work with! She is exceptionally kind and detail-oriented. When I was having a hard time finding certain vendors she was able to provide great recommendations for vendors that we ended up using and were very pleased with. We enjoyed our meetings with her leading up to our wedding and felt that she kept us on track in the planning process. She kept good contact with all of our vendors and made our wedding day run seamlessly. I could not recommend Tonya and her team enough!

  Wouldn't Change a Thing!

  Tonya was such a source of comfort for my daughter while planning her wedding. On the wedding day, the Blueprint Team handled absolutely everything - down to the smallest detail. I was able to be present in every moment of my daughter's wedding day and simply focus on her. Thank you Tonya and all the Blueprint staff for making her day just perfect!

  I can't say enough great things about Tonya with Blueprints & her amazing team. They made the wedding planning process so easy, stress-free and FUN!! Not to mention my wedding went off without a hitch. I am so lucky to have had them throughout this entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any type of event!!

  Best Decision Made During Wedding Planning

  Hiring Blueprints was the best decision I ever made when planning my wedding! My biggest regret was not hiring them sooner! Even at the 3 months out mark, they were amazing and professional. Blueprints truly captured my vision for my wedding and made it reality. I would say a few things I liked and very poorly describe my vision and Blueprints was like "yes, I know exactly what you mean," and they did! I could not have asked for a better experience. (I'd also like to add for the entire planning process I was on the other side of the country. Through timezone differences & a pandemic they always were on top of things and kept me in the know about what was going on in NC while I was in MT!)
  
  The wedding day....WOW....not a single thing went wrong or off. I mean not a single thing! The day was perfect! Tonya and her team were professional, kind, and on their game. Even some very last minute changes took place (military life lol) and they accommodated it like not even a second thought. I truly never worried about anything, my husband and I enjoyed ourselves at the wedding and there wasn't a single thing to think about except just having fun!!
  
  My family and friends literally kept talking about how great Blueprints was and they took care of so much afterwards...donating flowers and food, truly angels. Such an amazing woman owned and operated team...I guess I'll just have to have another party to work with them again! My husband didn't know all the ins and outs of the wedding (he was in another state than I was) and after the wedding said how great of an idea it was to hire them and how everything was just perfect, no hitches at all. I will never stop praising Tonya and her team for the awesome work they did to make a truly memorable and wonderful day...Can't tell you how many people commented on our wedding being one of the most fun they have been to. Great people, great business plan, great coordination!! I would gladly bet on them for making an event special and just the way you want it! 💯💯💯

  I'm so glad I used Tonya! Our wedding was originally 150 people and due to covid was reduced to 10. A small wedding sounds so simple, but there are so many details involved and actually i would say more work involved. We had a lot of set up, meal prep, and decorating to do ourselves since it was at my parent's home. Tonya took on the extra work without hesitation. She is quick to adapt and respond to what is needed. Tonya was hands on the day of and made sure everything was on schedule and perfect. She took detailed notes during our meetings and didn't miss a thing. She heard every desire small and large and made it happen. She is a rock star and we couldn't have done it without her!

  Fantastic and Professional

  Tonya and her team went above and beyond for our day. She was there every step of the way and it meant so much to us. We came from out of town to have our wedding in NC, and having Tonya and her team to help was amazing. Everyone loved the welcome bags that she made for the hotel guest. 10/10 would recommend Tonya and her team!
