Blu Print 2 Events is an amazing company. Everything I wanted was made happen and more. The collaborative effort between myself and the team was professional and organized every step of the way. The owner Takisha knows her stuff! I was blown away by her creativity and cool ideas! Some people are born to plan once in a lifetime events and she is for sure one of those people. Blu Print 2 events planned my wedding and it turned out beautiful. Everyone raved on how it was one of the best weddings they had ever witnessed. Working with Blu Print 2 Events was a phenomenal experience! From start to finish the care they took was second to none. Takisha and her team were able to take all the stress and worry out of the planning process and she was able to make our EXACT vision come to fruition. She pulled together the most amazing team of vendors that we're professional and helped the vision come together! Her attention to detail, passion and creativity was so appreciated and helped me figure out my vision from start to finish. She was extremely patient throughout the process and well. The day off coordination was amazing!!!!! As always there were things that didn't go as scheduled and you know you have an amazing coordinator when you don't even know about those things until days later. Our day was full of peace and order and it's all thanks to Blu Print 2 Events! I'm already thinking about having a 30th Birthday party and I know EXACTLY the team I'm calling on! Takisha is a native of Durham, NC. A Graduate of North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Minor in chemistry. Takisha spent 14 years in the field of Medical diagnostics through CytoGenetics.
After planning countless parties and events for family and friends, Takisha decided to finally formally market herself as an Event Planner. Takisha always admired her late Grandfather for being the first entrepreneur of her family.
He was a construction engineer and was known for his rare talent of drawing his Blueprints by hand. In honor of her Grandfather's memory, Takisha decided to name her company BLU PRINT 2 EVENTS and the company has grown beyond the initial expectations. Her Grandfather would have been proud.
Director of Event Coordination and Design
Stephanie "Stef" Williams has been apart of the BLU PRINT 2 EVENTS team since day "1". She has an extensive background with paralegal administraton and legal audits. Stephanie is considered one of our most essential employee with EVERYTHING!! LOL!
Lead Event Coordinator
Alex Lainez has been with BLU PRINT 2 EVENTS since 2017. He has an extensive background with theater direction, interior design and floral arrangements. Alex is considered one of our most valued employee!
