My great-aunt said to me, "It didn't feel like a wedding. It wasn't a typical florist's work. It felt like walking into someone's garden." That is how amazing Julie is. I am so grateful that she played a part in my wedding day. I had a very specific vision for my florals-- an over-the-top high summer explosion celebrating Virginia wildflowers and lots of bright colors. Julie took my ideas and ran with it, and I could not be happier. They were just stunning. Julie is also a full-service florist-- she was there early to set up, put the flowers on the cake, provided baby's breath for my hair, moved the aisle florals from the ceremony space into our reception, moved the altar (which was jaw-dropping gorgeous) inside, AND at the end of the night she set up a "flower bar" to repurpose the centerpieces into beautiful little posies for guests to take home. Then she cleaned it all up so we didn't have to worry about a thing. She also shipped my bouquet off to a preserver the next day. The flowers were honestly the best part of the wedding. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

From our first phone call, I knew Julie was going to do an absolutely fantastic job filling our venue with beautiful flowers. She listened to me explain my vision and created an amazing proposal which captured everything I wanted and more. Throughout the planning process she was easy to talk to, accommodating with last minute changes and responded to emails promptly! Day of the wedding, my fiance and I were beyond stunned at how Julie's flowers had transformed our space. We loved everything she had done and the florals exceeded our expectations! Julie was even kind enough to stay until the end of the wedding and set up a flower bar where she would make guests their own hand bouquet to take home with them as a parting gift. Stop looking for a floral vendor now, seriously, and reach out to her - you won't be disappointed!

Julie is fantastic and truly loves what she does. She puts her heart and soul into her craft. She is an artist with florals and she exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. We came to her with a request for a moon gate arch in the last few months leading up to the wedding and she took it and ran with it. She had not done one before but took the daunting task and made it look so easy!! It came out so beautifully I wanted to cry over how gorgeous it was. She met with us a few times in the year and months leading up to our wedding day to touch base on what we were looking for. I am no flower expert, but my husband and I knew we wanted pops of burgundy, gold, blush, and greenery for our September 30th wedding. Our artistic styles matched up, which made working with her a dream! Not only that, but she is just so, so kind, thoughtful and does not treat you like another transaction. She loves LOVE and really wants to contribute to the client’s happiness. She always sent me home with a little care package of flowers after our meetings. I will never forget our time with her when I look back on our wedding planning and day. I hope to have another event in the near future that I can work with her on because she is just spectacular. She also runs different classes in studios in Northern Virginia which are great. A few months after our wedding, I took some friends and family to a wreath workshop she ran and we all had a great time. She’s very versatile in the work she does and is extensive with it.
