We hired Kristen Talbot for partial wedding planning. She was phenomenal. We got married at a family home on Cape Cod. Due to our lack of a the luxuries of a venue, we had a lot of DIY built into our planning and Kristen did everything possible to make our day what we envisioned. She helped us pick vendors, communicate with vendors, create a solid timeline, organize all the moving pieces and on our wedding day she was spectacular. She goes above and beyond for her couples. She responds to emails usually in less than an hour, she picks up tasks as much as possible, and helped calm our nerves along the way. We cannot speak more highly of her professionalism, kindness and supportive nature as we navigated this amazing day. Thank you Kristen!

I hired Courtney for not only decor and floral, but for day-of coordination. I planned my wedding in Florida from Seattle, Washington and she happily answered all my texts and e-mails despite our time difference. Courtney also went out of her way to visit the venue and tour the site in order to make the best decor decisions in my place.

I considered several coordinators and the reason I chose Courtney was because the first question she asked me was "What is your vision for your wedding?" whereas every other coordinator asked me "What is your budget?" She then e-mailed a portfolio to me with images she collected that perfectly matched what I had tried to explain in words during our initial consultation. This matters the most to me because it meant that she would go above and beyond to make my dreams come true. And oh my gosh, did she ever!!

The decorations were beautiful and tactful, nothing was over the top or out of place. I bombarded her with photos and reference images and she happily made everything come true (even the weird stuff, like mason jar center pieces!) We constantly texted back and forth about ideas and I felt super comfortable asking for her opinion on images I'd found online. The day of the wedding flowed perfectly because of her exceptional coordination; none of my other vendors asked me any questions about set-up or anything! I was free to enjoy the evening worry-free.

So if you're in the Tampa/St. Pete area and looking for the most awesome and exceptional decorator or coordinator, I implore you to use B. Remembered Events!! Ahhh I love them so much!

Courtney with B. Remembered Events was an awesome day-of coordinator for our wedding. She was always easy to contact and flexible with my requests and many questions. She even met with me at the venue prior to our big day to go over details. She even allowed for us to sneak peek the reception area during cocktail hour to make sure it was how I wanted it. I truly think at least a day-of coordinator is necessary even if you planned your wedding on your own, like I did. From the beginning, I thought that I would not need a wedding day coordinator since I was trying to do everything myself. 4 months before the wedding my Fiance at the time convinced me that I would need some help that's why we started looking. Courtney was the first person that I met and I instantly knew that I wanted to hire her. Just by talking to her the first time it felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. She made us feel so comfortable and she was organized and had items that I didn't even know I needed. She kept in contact with me and met us multiple times whenever we met with our vendors so that she would know exactly what was going on. She always seemed very excited and enthusiastic about working with us which made us feel very special. On the day of the wedding is when Courtney really shined and made me feel safe. She took careful notes of the centerpieces that I made and how I wanted it. The venue was a blank canvas and we did all the decorations ourselves and Courtney was there with her assistant Krystal and made sure everything was perfect and it really was. It turned out better than I imagined and at the end of the wedding she made sure everything was taken care of. I feel like without Courtney and B Remembered Events, our wedding day would not have been as perfect as it was. I appreciate everything that she has done for us. I personally recommend Courtney to any Bride that wants to be able to relax on the day of their wedding and not have to even have an ounce of worry. You won't be let down. Thank you Courtney!!!

Courtney (B. Remembered Events) was fabulous! I hired her as my day-of coordinator, and everything went great. My wedding was in Lake Wales, so it wasn't terribly nearby her home base of Tampa, but she made more than one trip out to the venue to meet with us in person and go over details. She made contact with all of my vendors ahead of time and came up with a detailed timeline to make sure everyone was on the same page. She communicated well via phone, text, and email. She was there to help with the rehearsal, and happy to modify any traditional details about the processional and ceremony to suit our needs. On the day of the wedding, she worked closely with the venue to ensure that everything ran smoothly, and that my husband and I were taken care of. Anything I thought of, I just asked her, and she took care of it--a priceless relief on my wedding day! The onsite coordinator at the venue even complimented my choice of Courtney as a wedding coordinator. She said she wished she could work with her more often! :-) All in all, Courtney did an amazing job, and her prices are very reasonable. Give her a call--you'll be glad you did!

I was a guest at Stella and Stephen's wedding and am a good friend of them both. I have to give a shout out to Courtney for this wedding. Everything was so beautifully put together. I'm especially impressed because my own wedding had it's hiccups and that's fine but this ceremony and the reception were seamless! Trust Courtney with your Happily Ever After. She is worth it!
