We maintained an excellent line of communication throughout the design process and kept up with regular check-ins during fabrication and final delivery. The engagement ring they put together was exactly what we discussed. Super clean work that matched the design renderings to a tee. My fiance and I couldn't be happier. I was first introduced to Elina by my neighbors who had commissioned her for their wedding band sets. Immediately upon contacting her and introducing myself, she arranged a teleconference to get an idea of what my desires were as this was my first time designing a ring. She made me feel at ease and I was able to put into words the thoughts I had for an engagement ring. She was patient in guiding me through the difference in the stones, band material, finish, and setting.

After Elina sent me the 3D markup of my design, I was flabbergasted by the beauty of the design. The finish, setting, everything was amazing. I showed a couple very close friends, individually for feedback and they to fell in love with the design and workmanship in the markup.

In less than 4 weeks, I had the engagement ring in my hand. It had heft and a beautiful finish as I had envisioned; simply perfect. Through every step of the way, Elina was supportive, kept me informed and delivered on the promises she made. She even sent a congratulatory note when I finally popped the question. Such a wonderful experience.

I cannot recommend Elina enough -- I wish I could give her 10 stars! I worked with Elina to design a custom 3-stone engagement ring for my partner. I went into the process not knowing much about diamonds or the anatomy of a ring. I also didn't have a totally clear vision of what I wanted. From the start, Elina was so patient and warm with me. Once I met her, I knew I had to get a ring from her, simply because of what a wonderful person I felt she was and the incredible energy I felt from her.

I will say this - Elina knows her diamonds! She was so knowledgeable about absolutely everything, even including considering the future wedding band that my partner would wear and how we should consider it within the ring design. No decision went unaccounted for and every single detail of the ring was carefully considered. Elina worked within my budget and gave me a level of attention, care, personalization, and customization that I really have never felt before. She went out of her way to not only create the perfect ring, but give me a memorable experience from beginning to end. When I saw the finished ring I could not believe it. I had gone into the process not really knowing what I even wanted and through working with Elina, the end result was a ring that took my breath away and was absolutely perfect. My partner continues to stare at it to this day - it is so beautiful and captures her personality perfectly. I now consider Elina my jeweler for life. I'm so happy to have met her and can't wait to design another custom piece with her in the future.
