My husband and I purchased our wedding bands from Greenwich St. Jewelers, and we couldn't be any more pleased or happy. They have a huge selection of men's wedding bands compared to other jewelry stores. Dana helped us with our selection, and she was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The store kept us informed and up-to-date with our order. Cannot say enough good things about our experience and treatment. Amazing experience!

Getting our wedding rings from Greenwich St Jewelers was such a treat. We absolutely loved the entire experience from first going to the store to meet with Dana, to choosing how to reset our heirloom stones, to the final delivery. I absolutely love my ring and I'm so pleased with the professionalism, service, and experience at GST. I also love that they're a small, women-owned business who are also best in class. My husband got my engagement ring here, which I absolutely love, and so we went back for our wedding bands. They have a great assortment of unique pieces, standard pieces, and will basically customize anything for you. They aren’t pushy, and really work with you to find the perfect piece. Everyone we’ve worked with has been super helpful and kind.

Greenwich St. Jewelers was recommended to us by Joel at Crawford Jewelry & Watch Co., as my fiance (now husband) was interested in a meteorite wedding band, and Greenwich St. carries some Chris Ploof, which is one of the few designers we were able to find with that material incorporated. We worked with Grace, who was very helpful and not salesy or pushy at all! My fiance loved the meteorite ring that was on display, and it fit him perfectly, so we moved forward with purchasing it right on the spot. The transaction itself was seamless, and we have no complaints! A small, well kept and well run store. No pressure, all professional, knowledgable staff!

When I decided that I wanted to propose, the most daunting and fear inspiring task was finding a ring. I had a plan for how to ask and an enthusiastic eagerness to ask. I had even secured permission from her parents months earlier. But I was scared to death about picking a ring. I had never done it before. I didn't even know where to start. When I finally searched for locally owned jewelers in NYC, Greenwich Street Jewelers popped up and I am so lucky it did. From the moment I walked in, Christina set about making me comfortable and easing my fears. She started by offering me a drink - champagne or even whiskey. She then listened carefully as I bumbled about what I thought Tara liked in jewelry and started coming up with examples. She made everything so easy and even coordinated to have a ring custom made to blend different elements that I wanted. The custom made ring was ready in time for my planned proposal date and it was stunning.

We went in together a few weeks after getting engaged so Christina could meet Tara. Again she gave us drinks and showed a tremendous interest in us. She also didn't try to start selling us on wedding bands. She showed that she cared about being part of this joyous time not just selling jewelry.

We did go back before our wedding to pick out a band for Tara. More of the same amazing customer service and another gorgeous ring that perfectly compliments her engagement ring.

I can't recommend Greenwich Jewelers highly enough! My fiance and I picked out the engagement ring together and it was a really special experience. They gave us champagne, which helped make us feel celebratory instead of overwhelmed. We worked with Lauren and felt well taken care of every step of the way. After we settled on a band together, my fiance went back separately and picked out the diamond from Lauren. I don't know about you, but there are apparently a LOT of things to know about diamonds! Lauren was helpful, patient, and not at all sales-y. She helped him make a decision that worked for our budget and looks AMAZING.

There aren't enough stars on here for Greenwich Jewelers! My husband and I first visited before we got engaged to explore different ring options and styles since we both knew very little and had no idea what I wanted. We really had no idea where to start and were a little intimidated, but we were lucky enough to be helped by Mary Herouvis who was amazingly warm, welcoming and knowledgeable from the start. I tried on dozens and different styles and designs and Mary was so helpful in helping us narrow down what we liked without making us feel pressured us at any point. We kept in touch with her and came back to the store a second time to see her so I could try on more designs. She helped us find "the ring" - a beautiful vintage-inspired ring by Meghan Thorne and my fiance worked with Mary to secretly get the ring and surprise me at a later time.

During our wedding planning process, we knew Greenwich Jewelers was the only place we wanted to go for our wedding bands, so we went back to see Mary again and she helped us both pick beautiful and very unique rings. The process could not have been more enjoyable or easy. A few days before my wedding, I went back to see Mary again to get my ring steam cleaned (another nice perk of Greenwich Jewelers!) and it was like seeing an old friend again. We can't recommend Greenwich Jewelers and Mary highly enough!

My husband went there for my engagement ring, and then for both our wedding rings. They have a wonderful selection of jewelry and rings, and I am obsessed with both my rings. I am extremely particular about the jewelry I wear, and both my rings I feel like reflect my personal style and are interesting yet timeless.
