Our Custom Design Process

1.) Initial Consultation

• Schedule A Virtual or In-Person Meeting at Our New York Showroom
• Discuss Ring Design and Metal Preference
• Diamond Education with a Gemologist
• Discuss Time Frame and Delivery Date
• Discuss and Set a Budget

2.) Diamond Selection & CAD Design

• Receive CAD Design within 2 to 3 Days of Initial Consultation
• Receive Specifically Selected GIA Certified Diamond or IGI Lab Grown Diamond Options within Budget (Options verified by Price Match)
• In-Depth Discussion of Ring Design and Diamond Options
• If Adjustments to the Ring Design are Required, or Alternative Diamond Options are Requested, the Needful Will Be Done

3.) Finalize Your Ring Design

• Confirmation of Diamond Options and Ring Design
• Agreement Invoice Sent with Final Price and Specifications Listed.
• Our Highly Skilled Goldsmiths Will Turn Your Final Design into a Gorgeous Polished and Sparkling Keepsake
