Allen and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process from Engagement ring to wedding bands. Everything promised was done on time and to our expectations. Extremely helpful and straightforward throughout the diamond selection process, I had done my homework, but his process was so helpful to choose what I thought was best with his professional recommendations as well. Will definitely be working with Allen and his staff again, and highly recommend him to anyone.

Let me first say, I came to Bianca Jewelers strictly from reading reviews, as opposed to word of mouth or just physically checking it out beforehand. And this is one of the main reasons for me leaving such a lengthy review now (my yelp review is longer, there is a character limitation here).

It was a refreshing change of pace to meet Allen, Anna and the whole Bianca staff. The moment I walked in the shop, no one rushed me, no pushiness, no one insulted my intelligence. Polite, professional and courteous is how I would describe my first impression. Patience is a virtue when dealing with detailed driven consumers, and I'm the guy who will ask you every question from stone sourcing to design trends to the chemical properties of metallurgy. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, so much so that it became a learning experience in the process. Mind you, I did my research on the style of rings, settings, stones, sizes and metals that I had in mind. Allen still found a way to enhance and clarify my research. Kudos to that guy. (please note, Allen was well aware of the fact that potential customers might have slipped pass because of the amount of time I took up. But in hindsight he probably gained a few customers because a couple people stayed on the sidelines listening to our conversation).

When I finally left that day I felt very comfortable with Allen and the staff. So much so that I decided that my search was over and I would definitely purchase my soon to be wife's engagement ring from Bianca Jewelers. I returned two days later with pictures and web links to rings. Art deco feel, cathedral, filigree, mil grain and enough bling to make a disco ball jealous.

Allen and Anna, worked with me on my design and worked with me on a price. When my custom order was complete, it came out better then I imagined. I will definitely go back for my wedding bands and any other jewelry needs.
