We planned our entire Tulum destination wedding remotely with the help of Arlenis and her amazing team. She made great vendor recommendations based on our budget and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for our guests. She's professional, caring, and extremely passionate. We truly enjoyed working with her. I did not stress at all on my wedding day. I knew Arlenis would make sure everything went smoothly no matter what.

My wife and I live in the USA which this was key to search for a wedding planner.

What I personally think on Arlenis and her team are the following areas:

- Attentiveness:
To us before, during and after the wedding and also to our guests during our welcome dinner and wedding day.
My wife's family only speaks English and my family only Spanish, Arlenis communicated with each of our guests which this was fantastic to make sure everyone was having a good time.

-Networking:
Arlenis has a wide range of vendors that she has worked in the past that they provide a magnificent service. Thanks to Arlenis we hired a mobile bar service that ALL of us loved, a DJ with excellent sound quality, a venue which was my wife's dreams one, hair and make up, transportation to welcome dinner and wedding day, flowers, chairs and tables, an amazing chef that made delicious food, a photographer which made memorable pictures, and a lot of more things which would've been difficult to get living outside the area.

- Communication:
Constant communication between us using e-mails, video calls, phone calls.

- Planning:
With all the experience that Arlenis has, she made helped us with organizing an agenda with times, places and protocols to follow. This was very helpful for us because we did not have a clear sequence on how we wanted to manage all the logistics during the wedding day.

Our families spoke really highly about Arlenis which confirmed we made a great decision to work with her.
