Having Ample Hills cater our desserts at our wedding was a guest favorite! Erin made everything super easy for us. Sharing our favorite ice cream with our friends and family made for a fun memory. Would definitely recommend!

We had the Ample Hills sundae bar at our wedding, arranged through our venue Brooklyn Winery. It's an add-on option the venue offers, and we couldn't be happier that we chose to add it. We were able to pick 4 ice cream flavors (we went with Strawberry, Ooey Gooey Butter Cake, Peppermint Pattie and Chocolate Milk & Cookies) and they brought pretty much any topping you could think of to create the sundae bar (we also added cones!). The setup was beautiful and very whimsical. We had never tried Ample Hills before and were extremely impressed with the quality of the ice cream.

Before the wedding we contacted them and were able to set up a tasting of every.single.flavor they carry at their Gowanus shop - this might have been our favorite pre-wedding activity. The whole team, and especially our contact person Erin, were super helpful, friendly and just great people to have around. The team serving the ice cream was really nice as well. They started as one shop, and even though they've grown a lot in the past few years, they don't feel like a big corporation - but a small company that really gives every customer the same attention and unparalleled customer service.

We are big ice cream lovers, and this was the perfect way to make sure the wedding felt like an expression of who we are. This was our big surprise for our guests and it was an absolute hit. Seeing our guests dancing the night away with their sundaes and ice cream cones was amazing. And as a bonus, we took the leftover ice cream home and still have some in our fridge! Our guests kept coming to visit so we could have ice cream parties, and I can now say Ample Hills is our favorite ice cream brand. If you're thinking of serving ice cream at your wedding, definitely go with Ample Hills!

We used ample hill as our provider for our auxiliary wedding cakes in the form of ice cream cakes. The experience of choosing and booking was very prompt and easy. The cakes were delivered on time and perfectly intact. The finished product was beautiful and delicious with many guests telling us during and for the next few days after how excellent they thought the ice cream cakes were.

I had a great experience ordering my wedding cake from Ample Hills! My husband is a huge ice cream fan so we knew we wanted some kind of ice cream for dessert. We actually had never had Ample Hills but we knew they were a top pick in NYC. When I reached out to them regarding catering, I thought that we wanted to have ice cream sundaes. However, once they showed me pictures of their cakes, I knew we had to have one. The cakes are all ice cream which is exactly what we wanted (I do not like regular cake or grocery store style ice cream cakes). There are several layers and you can pick multiple flavors and toppings.

We worked with their catering manager, Lauren, who was incredibly pleasant and sweet. We met with her for a tasting and - wow. We had never eaten so much or such good ice cream! She even set aside a pint for us to try a few weeks later when we had expressed interested in a specific flavor that they didn't have during our visit. She even makes the incredibly cute cake toppers!

On the night of our wedding, the cake arrived on time and in good condition. We ordered a large size so that we would have leftovers but our guests devoured the entire cake! It was a big hit all around.
