Since I watched him on a TV show I knew he would be the right one! I’m glad we get in touch and developed this amazing cake, just not only the appearance the cake flavor was really good. Everyone enjoy it!

I met Nick through a friend who was having her wedding cake made by him. The samples that I tried were such unique flavors and were so delicious that I knew I had to have Nick make my wedding cake. My husband and I had a small wedding in September 2020, but the pandemic did not impact our work with Nick at all. He sent us a comprehensive list of different flavors of cake and icing. We knew which cake we wanted, but weren't sure which icing would go with it best and Nick helped us figure that out. We ended up getting a strawberry champagne cake with vanilla buttercream frosting, and it was amazing! Everyone loved it! I was also able to send him reference photos of what we wanted our cake to look like and Nick nailed it! It was so beautiful. We couldn't have been happier with our cake or our experience working with Nick!

I came to a Nicholas with loads of ideas of what I wanted my wedding cake to look like. I was a bit confused on that idea because there are so many options and it’s overwhelming on figuring this part out. A wedding cake to me was pretty much the next best thing for guests after viewing my dress and venue of course. He made me feel comfortable and confident with all my crazed views and flavors that I requested. Once we sat down and brainstormed, I was confident that I made the right choice in choosing him to do our cake. He’s so friendly, down to earth and obviously passionate and professional at what he does! My vision was black tie, with a twist of whimsical/black swan moment. Finalizing the cakes vision, I put the stress behind me and let Nicholas work his magic. When I finally saw this masterpiece, my jaw dropped! Not only did it look amazing, it was so tasty! My cake took the show and was the talk of the room, so maybe I should have worn that other dress! All in all, I was over the moon with everything, from interacting with him, to the cake itself. I definitely found someone I can trust in making something special for any event I have going forward!
