Based in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina, ACE + Co (formerly ACE Weddings & Events) is a coordination service. Owner and executive planner Amanda founded this business in 2019. She has a background in logistics and a passion for helping people bring their dreams to life. Together with her team, Amanda wants to help couples have an unforgettable day with as little stress as possible.

The best decision!

Amanda and her team did such a great job - I could not be more thankful that we hired them as our day-of coordinators. Prior to the wedding, she was always so quick to answer my questions. Throughout the wedding weekend, she was so on top of everything and organized. She also kept things so fun! When I walked into my ceremony/reception space, I was in awe because the way that she set up every detail was just so beautiful! Thank you so much Amanda for making the day so special!

Calm, Organized, and Comforting!

Amanda and team were incredible. They were so helpful throughout our entire wedding process. We hired them for Day Of and were so happy we did. They provided peace of mind throughout our big day, were our biggest cheerleaders, and were always helping us stay on time. We were able to fully enjoy our entire day and all the little moments because Amanda and team took the stress out of it. I would highly recommend Amanda and her team!

Great for the Big Day

Amanda, Bryana and the rest of the team were amazing. From day one, I knew Amanda would be a good fit for my wedding. She was responsive to emails and helped ease my mind about the planning. She made sure everything was booked and that I didn't forget anything for the big day. Bryana made the big day effortless. She made sure everything was taken care of and made it easy for me to enjoy they day without worrying about anything. I would recommend ACE Wedding and Events for your big day

Amazing planners, highly recommend!

Hiring Amanda and her team was hands down the best thing we did when planning our wedding. She helped us from the very beginning by pointing us to our dream wedding venue, helping my vision come to life with color coordination, rentals, other vendors, etc. and totally took all the stress away from me. They did all of florals as well which was amazing since Amanda already knew what my vision for the wedding was, so she handled everything related to bouquets, floral arrangements, etc. During the rehearsal and the actual wedding day Amanda's team had EVERYTHING covered and under control. They made the day run so seamlessly that even multiple guests came up to tell me how amazing she was. They made me feel so special and made our wedding an absolute dream. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!

Worth every penny!

Amanda and her team were amazing. She made me feel like family from the first time I spoke with her. I knew I could come to her with any question or concern and she would have the answer! She kept me calm through the entire planning process and I honestly couldn’t have done it without her!

Amazing Attention To Details

Amanda and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. They were extremely attentive and helped this very nervous mom enjoy her daughter’s wedding day! Everything was handled perfectly and my daughter and I were so pleased! We highly recommend Amanda and her wonderful team! Trust me, you will not be sorry!
