Amanda and her team did such a great job - I could not be more thankful that we hired them as our day-of coordinators. Prior to the wedding, she was always so quick to answer my questions. Throughout the wedding weekend, she was so on top of everything and organized. She also kept things so fun! When I walked into my ceremony/reception space, I was in awe because the way that she set up every detail was just so beautiful! Thank you so much Amanda for making the day so special! -

Calm, Organized, and Comforting!
Amanda and team were incredible. They were so helpful throughout our entire wedding process. We hired them for Day Of and were so happy we did. They provided peace of mind throughout our big day, were our biggest cheerleaders, and were always helping us stay on time. We were able to fully enjoy our entire day and all the little moments because Amanda and team took the stress out of it. I would highly recommend Amanda and her team! -

Amanda is seriously SO good at what she does. She was made to do this. She is so organized, professional, and made sure my wedding and rehearsal dinner were absolutely perfect! I couldn't ask for a better person for the job! Joy and Caitlyn assisted her on my wedding day and I honestly can say she has the best team! Joy came right up to me after the ceremony with a drink and Caitlyn was there anytime I needed something (to pay a vendor, help me use the bathroom, and just to have someone keep me calm). It really meant the world to be have them plan my wedding. Amanda and team, thank you for making my wedding weekend so special! You are every bride's dream! -

Absolutely Incredible
Hailey Rodriguez did an amazing job coordinating my wedding. She made sure I didn’t have to stress about any of the details. She handled all of that for me. She was extremely professional and organized through the entire process. We had multiple planning sessions to make things not as overwhelming. She guided me through everything. The day of- she made sure everything was set up, people were where they needed to be, vendors were in the right places, ect. Hailey handled anything and everything that day. She did a phenomenal job making sure my day was perfect. If you want to have someone who will take care of every detail, stay organized, and make sure you’re stress free for your big day-I can’t recommend Hailey enough. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!! -

Amanda was incredible to work with! She helped us with every last detail, was very organized & provided us great ideas. Amanda has a calming presence that put me at ease throughout our planning. There were several instances (our original DJ & transportation company backing out) that were seemingly nerve-racking yet Amanda always had a quick solution. On the day of the wedding Amanda & her team made our day exactly what we dreamed of. I am thankful for Amanda, her team & their hard work in making our wedding day the best day of our lives!!! -

Amanda is extremely organized and upbeat. She knows what she's doing. Just go ahead and trust her! I had a million questions, and she was always very responsive. We mostly communicated by email (ya know, during Covid), but she also checked in with Zoom meetings from time to time. She put together my day-of schedule and venue floor plan and helped coordinate the arrival of all my vendors. I can't state enough how much I appreciated her positivity and confidence amid this whole process. She brought me so much comfort! She and her team worked like a well-oiled machine on the day, oftentimes operating in the background but ensuring that everything flowed and went exactly how I'd hoped. The team also helped hype up the dance floor any time it got a little quiet, which was great. I also really appreciated how the team systematically cleaned up during, between, and after events to make the end of the night easier. They even packed up all my stuff - and I had a TON of stuff! I had told Amanda (prior to the wedding) that I'd be totally willing to clean up my own stuff, and she thought I was crazy. Turns out, she was right. I was exhausted at the end of the night. I could have packed my stuff, but good lord, it was so incredibly helpful that she and her team did it for me. Anyway, a great experience made possible by a great team! -

I want to thank Amanda, Hailey and their team at Ace Weddings for all the help and guidance they gave throughout the planning process for my daughter’s wedding. They were exactly what our daughter was were looking for when she started planning her wedding. After experiencing a last minute cancellation of the wedding due to COVID they promptly settled nerves, tears and heartbreak to reschedule the wedding date. We had many hiccups and changes due to the reschedule but these ladies handled every detail flawlessly. I cannot say or thank Ace enough for getting Audrey to and through her most beautiful day. I absolutely recommend Ace Wedding Planning without hesitation. -

ACE Weddings and Events was so amazing to work with. Amanda and Bryana where so helpful every step of the way. Our venue canceled on us a month before the event and Amanda and her team made finding a new venue and getting everything set up in a short amount of time soooo much easier. I walked into our event about 10 minuets early and everything was set up and look AMAZING. I was blown away with the attention to detail with decor and flowers and even to helping the guests with anything they could have needed. They even helped with the break down. They made our night so amazing!!!! -

Working with Amanda and her team was the best decision we made! They were on top of absolutely everything the day of the wedding. I couldn't believe how stress-free they made that day for me. Throughout the entire planning process, she recommended the best vendors for us to partner with and offered help and advice on everything. I was constantly reaching out and she always responded promptly and was so helpful. In addition to planning, we had them do artificial flowers for two arbors and they came out perfectly. I can honestly say that hiring Amanda made our wedding so much better! -

Amanda and her team are amazing! When I first started helping my daughter plan her wedding I was lost because I was from up north and my daughter was living in Charlotte NC and wanted her wedding in that area. I came across Ace Weddings and Events and we called Amanda right away and instantly she made us feel at ease and we knew at that moment she was a perfect fit. I have never meet anyone more passionate about what they do and it really showed on the day of my daughters wedding. We also had Amanda do the silk florals and drapery on the arbors for the ceremony, let me tell you they were gorgeous. All I can say is Ace is really the best!! It was the perfect day and everyone who attended is still raving about how perfect everything was. Thank you again Amanda and the Ace team for making all of my daughters dreams become a day she will never forget. -

ACE is your party place!
ACE was hired to coordinate my surprise 50th birthday party at Sofia’s lounge. ACE did an AMAZING job in working with my husband to identify a location, food & beverage menu, DJ, invitations & decor details and everything in between. EVERYTHING was PERFECT the day of the celebration; ACE was on top of all the details and made sure everyone had a memorable time. I am so thankful my hubby chose ACE; the whole team was extremely professional, energized and friendly from start to finish. -

Amanda and her team are INCREDIBLE!! From the moment Amanda and I chatted on the phone about my wedding situation, she instantly took away my stress. Our wedding was supposed to take place in Charleston, SC, but due to COVID, our venue shut down less than 2 months before our wedding date. We decided to move our wedding closer to home (Fort Mill, SC) but wanted to keep the same date. I was connected with Amanda through a mutual friend, and from there she took care of everything. Amanda truly blessed me with the most beautiful, seamless, stress-free wedding. I simply showed up with my dress, and Amanda and her team had everything else handled. She worked with me on every single detail leading up to the wedding, handled all of my vendors, and made sure I felt like the most beautiful bride in the world on my special day. I could go on and on... My wedding would NOT have happened without the ACE Wedding Planning ladies. I highly recommend Amanda and her amazing team!!! -

Honestly, Amanda and her team were the best money we spent on our wedding. As someone who lives with anxiety, it's really easy for me to be overwhelmed--my husband and I decided to hire a day-of coordinator so that I wouldn't have to stress on our big day. Amanda helped us with SO MUCH. From contacting/locating vendors to checking in after we had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID, her and the team have been there to answer any questions we may have. If you're considering getting a coordinator I highly recommend ACE Wedding & Events. Very professional and down to earth. Do yourself a favor and make your day hassle free and enjoy the wedding you deserve! -

Wonderful, organized planners!
Amanda and her team are wonderful! They made sure my Greek wedding ran smoothly, Amanda was available to me my entire wedding day. She and her team helped to set up my reception- beautifully!! Amanda went out of her way to deliver all of our ceremony flowers to our church, contacted vendors to tie up all last minute details, made sure myself & the groom had beverages prepared for us as we approached our reception venue and I’m sure much more that I don’t even know about! These ladies are truly selfless and will make sure you overly satisfied and enjoy your wedding day like you should! I would highly recommend Amanda & her team!! -

We used ACE Weddings + Events for our Fall 2020 elopement wedding ceremony. Amanda and her team were absolutely amazing! Amanda was extremely professional, easy to talk with, and she always came up with awesome ideas. She knew all the right questions to ask to help make my visions come true!
Amanda and her team took care of everything from planning, arranging vendors, day-of set up and timeline, even down to bringing us drinks while we were taking photos after the ceremony. The ACE team made our wedding run flawlessly- We literally just had to show up! It was just about perfect and turned out exactly how we had hoped. I would highly recommend ACE Weddings + Events!!
