I would give Lindsay more stars but the website only allows 5. She is professional, organized, and communicative. I felt no nervousness on my big day because I knew Lindsay would take care of anything that came up. If you are on the fence about needing a wedding planner, get one, and get Lindsay. 10/10 would hire her again!

Hiring Lindsay (13Thirteen Events) was the best decision we made for our wedding planning. My mom and I kept saying to each other "Seriously...thank god for Lindsay" many times leading up to the big day. My now husband and I had such a busy year with moving and new jobs and just didn't have the time to handle all of the wedding details that were needed. So having Lindsay as our planner made wedding planning efficient, fun, and so much easier. There were a lot of decisions that came up that I had no idea were even things we had to consider! She guided us so well through everything with the perfect amount of explanation.

Lindsay completely understood what our goals and intentions were for the wedding vibe and style and she knew how to best make decisions that were aligned to that vision. She kept us focused on what needed to get done by when, which I greatly appreciated! Even when I was slow to reply back to emails, she would follow up and keep us on track. Her timeline and ability to spot details were amazing. She caught several issues with timing and worked them all out with all the vendors to make sure the day ran smoothly. Her timeline for the whole wedding weekend made us feel so organized.

One of the best things she did for me was, she reminded me when some things were not my responsibility to worry about for day-of. That made me feel supported and allowed me to really enjoy the moments day-of rather than scrambling around trying to get things done myself.

Lindsay made our wedding a dream come true!!! She is amazing at what she does. During our wedding planning she was always easy to get ahold of and she was extremely organized. Anything we needed she took care of and assisted us with. On our wedding day she made everything run smoothly. If there were hiccups she handled them without us even knowing. Lindsay Swain is the ultimate wedding coordinator! Lindsay is my dear friend, but was incredibly professional during our consultations and during the event. She went ABOVE & BEYOND. She is extremely organized, crafty and creative, detail oriented, and is very assertive. All of these are, in my opinion, necessary traits for a coordinator to posses. She really takes the stress off the bride & groom. Our vendors were all impressed by her precise timeline, and our guests even noted how much she was hustling during the event. I attribute our perfect day in large part to Lindsay.

We hired 13thirteen Events and Lindsay for our companies holiday party last year and she was amazing. She helped us pick out the venue and vendors, reviewed BEOs, help us narrow down and theme, managed all the vendors, and executed everything day of. 13Thirteen Events was hired to help plan our baby shower. Since it was a co-ed baby shower with our closest friends, I requested a casual backyard barbeque with nothing over-the-top girly and no awkward traditional baby shower games.

My friend and I met with Lindsay, who easily understood my vision and knew exactly what to plan. Lindsay is very approachable and comes with a lot of ideas; you can tell she has planned many events. She suggested a Baby-On-Board theme since my husband loves to surf and I love the beach. Her attention to detail went a long way. She designed the cute yet casual invitations, set up the right amount of décor, and planned a beautiful food/drink/dessert display with lots of options and colors. Since I didn't want the traditional baby shower games, she setup cornhole and a giant Jenga set. My favorite part were the party favors - little mason jars filled with white and peach gummy bears and rings, and the lid topped with a baby on a surfboard. Needless to say the shower was perfect and just what I asked for.

Lindsay exceeded every expectation I had for my wedding. The attention to detail, extra dose of care and honesty was just what this bride needed. Not only did she do everything I asked but she out did herself on so many pieces to the wedding day. She saw my vision on floral and went above and beyond making sure that was perfect. She saw my vision on the theme for the wedding and did so many extra steps to make my day a night to remember. I would recommend 13 thirteen events to anyone needing help with planning a wedding , bday, shower, etc. This is a great company!!
