I love aventura. Their bachata is very romantic, but I would leave out "noche do sexo" lol romeo is such a good singer...ahh dreamy. I like "solo por un beso" that's a great wedding song. I'm gonna add this post to my watchlist!

Second the Julieta Venegas recommendation - try, "Andar Conmigo." Also, any of Juanes' ballads, "Te Sone" by Aleks Syntek is just BEAUTIFUL, and maybe some peppier songs from La Oreja de Van Gogh. Also Tiziano Ferro (Italian, but sings in Spanish).

Though you might want to pay attention to the lyrics, since Spanish isn't my first language I might be recommending a bunch of breakup songs.

I only know one spanish song and it's meaning and it's really pretty. I don't know if it's what you're looking for though. It's "Si tu no estas aqui" by Rosana

During dinner my dj is going to do sort of a jazzy soft vibe of music...he's gonna do some gypsy kings, mix songs like coldplay w/ a salsa back ground *this sounds really great*, and do some classics like michael buble...etc. We want to incorporate our style plus our latin backgrounds

That's exactly what I want, Gigi. But, I don't want the "latinness" to only come out during the dancing. There's beautiful music, that's slower... I just can't fins anything I like, or that's not talking about "gettin' it on" lol
