Music during lunch???
We hired a harpist to play during the ceremony and through lunch. We have our most important songs picked out but I'm not sure what to play while we are having lunch. I thought about Frank Sinatra songs, does anyone know what other kind of music that would sound good being played from a harp? We already have a lot of classical music for the cocktail reception so I was thinking of something different for lunch. Thanks!

The harp is a nice idea during lunch. Instrumental music is easier to talk over than vocals. As a musician myself, I prefer when brides tell me what mood they want to set during lunch (or dinner or cocktails), then let me pick the tunes. Unlike the first dance, cake cutting, entrance, etc., most people won't be paying much attention to exactly what song is playing. Let your musician play what she's best at, within a particular mood.

I agree, let your harpist use his/her expertise and create the kind of atmosphere you want. Concentrate more on choosing the "special dances" like your first dance, father/daughter, etc.
