Your wedding day can be a stressful occasion when you have to answer all the vendors phone calls, make sure all the flowers and centerpieces are exactly how you want them, and a number of other items. All of these items can be handled by our wedding day coordinator.

Our wedding day coordinator will meet with you before the wedding, making a list of all the special items of your wedding day. She will get all the important contact phone numbers and personally talk to them to make sure that everything is in order. She will be able to prevent any problems.

Our wedding day planner will handle all of the following and more:

Flower Coordination
Catering Coordination
Announcements
DJ Coordination
Special Errands
Phone Calls
Ceremony Details
Transportation Coordination
Photo session(s)
Availability: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight
Cost: $500 ($300 when you sign up for our photo or video packages) (FREE when you sign up for our Signature or selected Combination or Album/Photo packages)
Day-of-the-Wedding Coordinator: Susan Aulestia. Susan has over twenty years of diplomatic services experience and is well versed with protocol and reception planning and coordination.
